Small space with a chill vibe. Glad they have cocktails in addition to wine. The service was fast too!

Finally I stop by this wine bar. I passed by so many times and wanted to try someday. After having dinner with my best girlfriend, she still in a mood to drink more and her favorite is red wine. Woodhal Wine bar is on our way and my friend loves the wine they have. Bartender is very nice to is and my friend was super enjoyed the bottle.

Great wine bar and I like it so so much fun and chilling out and I enjoy so so much. I'm very happy with my friends with so many wine bottles. Love love this place so so much.

This is definitely a beautiful Wine Bar with a low light moody atmosphere. I stopped in for a glass of wine with my husband and sat by the open windows. They have a good menu and a lot of interesting people. Semi-fancy. Prices are competitive, but I think the quality is worth it. The bartender was a nice fellow. I wish he would have told us about the Happy Hour specials.. didn't notice till we walked out. I'd like to try their appetizers..

Strolled into this wine bar on a Wednesday night. Filled with lovely people on dates and friends amidst conversations gave the place a lively vibe worthy of a second visit. I was on a scotch/whiskey kick so wanted to try something brown. Their selection of Whiskey might be small but it was on point. Tried their Johnny Drum 101 Proof whiskey. Wow. Give it a go, if you're in the mood for something strong.

Very nice place. Wish I asked for the bartenders name. He was very cool with us. The drinks where great. The atmosphere was very welcoming. We visited on a Monday night at around midnight. When we got there it was just my wife and I. By the time we left. It was packed. Not an uncomfortable packed. But it was lively. I hope this gives a good description. Overall, I really loved Woodhul.

This is a great, low key wine bar, a little off from Bedford so that it's not jam packed every night, but still close enough. The owner is really nice and happy to let you try wines until you find the right one. We came here for a drink and small snacks. I'd definitely come back again.

My go to for a great drink and holiday vibe. Very seasonal atmosphere. Have them make you a mezcal margarita. It's not on the menu.

The Highlights: * Polpo (Octopus): This was the standout for me. The octopus was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of saltiness and it paired beautifully with the creamy potatoes underneath. A very well-balanced dish. * Salad: Sometimes simple is best. The greens were incredibly fresh and the dressing was light and balanced--not overpowering at all. * Classic Tomato Spaghetti: You can always judge an Italian place by its red sauce. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, staying true to the traditional Italian style. It was simple, fresh and deeply satisfying. * Chicken Dish: The chicken was surprisingly tender and juicy. It's often a basic choice but they executed it perfectly here. Overall: Naked Dog offers a cozy atmosphere with food that feels both elevated and comforting. Whether you're a fan of seafood or classic pasta, you won't be disappointed. I'll definitely be coming back!

There is local artwork on the wall (for sale if that is your goal), there are dozens of seats between couches, tables and even an old wooden desk from the 1930's. There's also a great outdoor patio with some covered tables and chairs. Effortless cool, this is it. Coffee: 5/5. We had the espresso and cortado. Both were rich and dark, and came in a nice porcelain cup. We appreciate the small touches, because coffee in paper cups is just not as tasty. Ambiance: 5/5. The decor is perfect for creative types looking for remote work locations. Plush couches, small high top tables with bankers lights, and a few long coffee tables makes this place ideal for work or socializing. The noise level on a Sunday afternoon was muted, but it might be louder during weekdays. Value: 5/5. The prices are well below market value for Greenpoint, about $1-$2 less than other coffee bars. And they have so many mocktails under $10! Wow it's like 2018 in here!

Not too spicy but not wimpy either. Red Ricer is worth a visit if you want great coffee served with a warm coffee house vibe.

Bouquet is a small business that hasn't promoted much on Instagram or Eater, so it seems to have gone under the radar. I'm hoping I can do it justice as the first reviewer on this platform. We stumbled upon Bouquet during a mini bar crawl in Greenpoint. We initially planned to hit a few spots, but ended up settling in here for most of the night. We were mostly served by Eric who I believe was the owner operator. He's a NYC native who is super passionate about wine. The wine bar focuses on natural wines and other wines which emphasize minimal additives. The goal here seems to be to sell from producers who try to capture magic in a bottle. The wine list is three pages, so it's long but still approachable. There are about ten wines available by the glass. I started with a Montelpuciano. I sampled a bit and found it to be gassy and funky. The bartender was receptive to my feedback and made another recommendation - a different wine from the Loire Valley. The second option was more of what I was looking for. It was a more structured wine with a more traditional palate. I decided to eventually circle back to the Montelpuciano for my second glass. I'm stubborn and like to give a different flavors a chance to grow on me. I'm a person who doesn't like blue cheese but continually tries it just to make sure. The aroma of this wine was minerally. The best description I have is an Iron adjacent smell. Almost like blood but not the same. The flavor was earthy and rooty. It was the best part of the wine. It had a short finish. I'm no wine expert, but I can tell I was tasting something special. The last time I had wine like this was at a wine making competition. I also tried some of the wine on draft. It was an easy going wine that you could easily have a few of. We didn't have any food, but it seemed like the signature of the menu was their smash burgers. They also had some small bites like fries, cheese, olives, charcuterie, and salads. The other big items were schnitzel and the Rigatoni Alla Vino. The operator said the Rigatoni was an ode to a dish from Don Peppe's - a locals' favorite Italian restaurant in Queens. The space is welcoming. It part of the new wave of wine bars that aren't stuffy. It's about trying fun and experimental wines. Young stuff. Not necessarily hawking out for carefully aged vintages. It's fun and the team is very hospitable. Music is what I'd expect from a Queens local. Lots of 90s and 2000s hip hop. Playlist was filled with A Tribe Called Quest, Talib Kweli, and Common. They have some big speakers and turntables for vinyl records. They had a new record from Future which I suppose is something to boost for audiophiles. Acoustics here were as good as any listening lounge that we've been to in NYC. Entertainment wise, they have some board games behind the bar. No TVs inside the bar, but they have a projector in the backyard which can be used for special events. Two gender neutral restrooms. The one I used was handicap accessible. There is a step to enter the establishment, but they have a button to press in order to request assistance with entry. Good luck to Bouquet! They'll certainly be my go to for wine in Greenpoint.
