Amist the 1-5 review people here with 5 blazing stars I'm going to give this place a real review. Overall, the the optometrists here are great they truly are. I know they have a new optometrist as the 4th doctor and I know nothing about her. Also the eye technicians are overall really nice and have been working here for a long time. Butttt for starters this place does try to squeeze in extra's to charge you more. For starters during your routine eye examine after going through 4 machines they will say "this last machine will tell us about any eye disease its additional $40 not covered by any insurance and the doctors recommend it so sit here." Feel free to say NO! They continue to try to sell you up on stuff after your exam too. Once again feel free to say NO! This is by far the worse place if you want to get contact lenses for the first time. For my first time they charged me sooo much with odd fees I wasn't even aware could exist and the front desk/technician basically made me do this eye contact education with her for $60! I told her I wore these colored dailies that my Mom had many of but nope she said it was essential aka wouldn't give me the contacts unless I did the education tutorial. Then I went to another optometrist and it was such a breeze! She told me price from the beginning, I went and came out with a bunch of samples and a order of my contacts. And iono why but much less expensive for the same thing. Overall I do like the clean atmosphere, the doctors, the familiar faces of the eye technicians but I wish they would try to stop trying to get in certain extra charges. read more

It was apparent to me that you were not very accommodating or receptive to the questions and concerns that we had. In fact, I found your demeanor to be quite unfriendly and unsupportive. I was hoping for a more personable and patient-centered experience during our consultation. Rather than focusing on addressing our inquiries and providing reassurance, it felt as though there was more emphasis on promoting your products and services. I kindly request that moving forward, you consider being more attentive and empathetic towards the needs of your patients. Your approach and communication style have a significant impact on the overall patient experience and satisfaction. I scheduled an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, and they do not have any info about my booked appointment when I arrived. They stated that an email was sent to confirm the appointment. If someone goes to the trouble filling out all of the required info, scan the insurance card into the website, front and back, and book the appointment a phone call to confirm if a confirmation is what they require is too much to ask? It could have as simple as someone calling to tell me we didn't see any reply to an email but wanted to confirm over the phone since you spent the time already to book the appointment that you would still like to come in at that time. But nothing, just show up, and nothing. See image below, if you get that doesn't that appear like the appointment is set? It's asking below if you want to book another appointment!? People take time out of their busy days and the unprofessionalism is unwarranted. Very disappointing. read more

This is a great place to go to. I went yesterday for the first time and it was awesome. The staff is very professional from the moment you get in to the moment you get out. Above all, my experience with Dr. Nancy Wilson was great. She is extremely easy going with a smile on here face always. She is very patient, nice, professional and gives her patient all the time he or she would need to understand the details. No wonder to have such a great place if you have a great doctor like her there. she is smart as she would take her client indirect feedback about her clinic and staff and see client impression. it is all to keep improving her clients' experience. I had a great experience at Woodbridge Optometry! The doctor was incredibly kind, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I came in for a medical check, extreme redness in pneumonia eye. They accept PPO insurance, which made the process simple and convenient as I don't have vision insurance. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. What impressed me the most was their incredible selection of eyeglass frames, it was probably the largest selection I've ever seen at an optometrist! There were so many great styles to choose from. I highly recommend Woodbridge Optometry to anyone looking for excellent eye care and a great overall experience. read more

Had my eye exam ago a couple weeks ago. Everything was awesome! They have the latest equipment, the doctor was very detailed in telling me what I needed to fix my poor eyesight. They took some really cool pictures of the back of my eyes which cost an extra $39 but worth every penny. Robert picked out a really nice pair of glasses for me that I was able to pick up in a couple days and already got a ton of compliments on. They even gave me a bottle of cleaner and some chocolate when I picked up my glasses. Who doesn't love chocolate :-). Its been a while since my last exam because I didn't like my old doctor. I will definitely be back much sooner this time. This place rules!! read more

i had a great experience, i called early Monday 2th of June to talk with Patti , since i know here for many years and she was the one who racomend me to woodbridge optometry, telling her my issue i had, she right away told me , dont worry i will take care of you, i told her my problem and i am leaving country i dont have that much time, she put me urgent appointment for next day, and she really take care of me, and she did everything she could . everyone was so friendly, i believe the Dr. name was Toko, she was great, and answered all my questions when she was checking my eyes, Thank You, And thanks to Patti , who take care of me, , you save meme read more

I had a really great experience at Woodbridge Optometry today! I was greeted politely and professionally by Ezra, who fortunately was able to carefully adjust my recently stepped-on eyeglasses (bought at Woodbridge Optometry over a year ago) with just enough gentle pressure to make them even again. He then proceeded to make sure the glasses were balanced on my face and snug around my ears. I was simply elated. Ezra's courteousness and professionalism really made it a pleasant experience. In my opinion, this particular optometry office offers outstanding customer service and a good selection of frames. I highly recommend this place. read more

Woodbridge Optometry is the best place to go for your eye care needs. I have been a patient for 35 yrs. and I have never been let down. I always saw Dr. Likens and he was such a wonderful and consummate professional as well as a kind, caring human being. The whole staff from office staff to those who help assist with selecting frames and ordering your lenses are top professionals. And, speaking of frames, they have a multitude of brands and styles to suit your needs. And, the way they have all frames displayed is candy for the eyes! After my last eye exam I had a new prescription installed in my old frame. I soon realized it was incorrect. Not wanting to return and deal with their "office attitude" I went looking for help. A family trip was scheduled in a few days, leaving no time for new tests etc. Rebecca to the rescue. At Woodbridge , I found a professional staff that more than answered all my questions plus popped in my old lenses. Clear explanations about all my concerns will no doubt make me a regular. I've been going to Woodbridge Optometry for over 20 years now, ever since I was a young girl. They've always treated us like family and have made us feel so comfortable during every appointment, even now during the pandemic! The staff and doctors are incredibly friendly and patient. For the past several years I have lived in Los Angeles, but I still go to Woodbridge for all my eye care needs. They are well worth the long drive and I can't imagine changing optometrists. This is a very professional optometry. Dr. Karen Toki is very professional, knowledge and kind. She knows the needs of the patient and suggested the right exams and products. Everything was smooth and warm. Shamiela is cool and knows what she is doing. Paty knows a lot about the products and suggested very suitable products (frame, glasses, insurance etc.). I was able to ask all my questions and truly understand the answers. The equipment is state of the art and the staff are above profecient. There is nothing that really stood out for my appointment. One thing is while making the appointment, they never asked me which doctor I am getting appointment with. I assumed that I will get the same doctor I saw last time but to my surprise they had give me appointment of a new doctor. They should make sure to ask/tell the name of the doctor while giving the appointment. read more

The appointment was easy to make. Once I got to the location, safety measures were taken. Staff was super friendly. The exam was great and the office had new technology I had never seen before. Everything went as planned. The person who helped me pick out my glasses at the end of my appointment was very knowledgeable about all the frames. I would definitely recommend. read more
