My wife and I began our master bath renovation and purchased a bathtub faucet from Woodbridge as we truly like their products being simple and elegant, and it was the perfect fit for our new freestanding tub. All went well with this faucet as it had everything we needed for the installation. A few weeks into the renovation we realized we needed matching vessel sink faucets quickly so I found the same trademark being sold on Amazon. Since we needed them fast I ordered a pair that had a small defect on the spout attachment. I reached out to Woodbridge's tech support asking if these tiny rust dots were normal of the faucets and they were surprised to hear that and recommended purchasing directly with them. Well, since my plumber took a long vacation it bought me the time to return the Amazon ones and order them from Woodbridge directly. Only to find out one of them arrived with the same rusty dots on the welding where the spout meets the main body. I reached out to Woodbridge in Pacific time (CA) and Mayra P. Picked up my case. We worked together in solving the issue as Mayra took it to upper management to ensure I received a replacement faucet with no defects. Only to find out the aerator became clogged within days of installation. In dealing with all this Mayra sent me a technical video on how to remove the aerator. Once done I discovered the clog was there to stay, and I took a video of how even swapping out aerators with the second faucet proved a defective aerator. Once again, Mayra got upper management to literally fabricate the part to send to me. Of course all of this has taken time to resolve, nevertheless Mayra came out like a champ in resolving our faucet issues. We are very happy with our new faucets and await the aerator being fabricated and sent to us within a few weeks. Thank you Mayra for going the extra mile in making a happy customer. read more

I installed wall hung toilet in one of my bathrooms, this stuff is amazing. I never clogged the toilet ever since. Poop goes smoothly through the pipes on small flush. Truly engineered with passion. Now I am replacing all my toilets. I had a problem with installation on last of them: I cut drain pipe too much. I reached out to support and they shipped to me a new on free of charge immediately. I bought the Woodbridge toilet/bidet after much research. I had seen the Totos in Vegas and Japan but at over $5k too expensive. The Woodbridge toilet looks awesome and has cool features which is always a conversational piece. After two weeks the remote screen failed. It still worked but you could not see data on the LCD screen. Customer service was very responsive. Carla R. contacted me via email, had me try a simple step to fix, which did not work. I ordered a freestanding tub through Lowes and when the tub delivered and my plumber was ready to install it, he informed me the finish of my drain and overflow was oil rubbed bronze, but my fixtures are all brushed satin nickel. I knew it would be a forever process with Lowes to get this corrected, especially now since COVID and being short staffed with new employees, so I contacted WoodBridge directly and my customer service representative Mayra was so helpful and polite. I ordered the Woodbridge 67" freestanding acylic soaking bathtub via Amazon a few weeks ago. The tub is a nice size and the color is exactly what we wanted. Woodbridge bath has been very professional and helpful since the the tub was delivered on 6/3/2021. Unfortunately, when we ordered the tub we chose the wrong color drainage cover to match my bath faucet. The company was very helpful and they guided us through the process of ordering the new drainage plug. We are very happy with the tub and the qualIty of the material is top notch. I am truly happy thus far with my experience with Woodbridge. I purchased a free-standing tub online, for a great value, even more so that I was able to pick-it up locally in NJ. The tub was ready for pick-up and the warehouse staff was extremely helpful. Purchased the Woodbridge B0960S in 2021 via Wayfair.ca. Was so pleased with it, we purchased a 2nd unit in 2022 for the guest bathroom. Recently there was a problem with the 2021 unit. The keypad was not communicating with the toilet seat open/close function. I wrote to Woodbridge in CA. Their customer support team and Urith was excellent and prompt in getting back to me with a solution to resolve the technical issue. I purchased a Woodbridge 72x36 shower pan from Amazon. It is a solid surface shower pan and is very heavy duty and sturdy.
