Third time has to be the charm right?! Made an appointment this time. It's my birthday I am treating myself. My daughter in law is with me. Her pedi was good. I opted for mani pedi again. Mani was ok. The tech was attentive. She was kind. My pedi. Well it has left me pissed off. The tech sawed at my heels with that stone. I am now suffering with abrasions and scratches. Did I mention I have arthritis? The tech was trying to lift my legs to heights that are not possible. Add arthritis to the mix. And now I have back pain. Heel pain from the scratches she caused. I told the tech I have arthritis I cannot lift my legs the way she needs. Nor should I. And after 30 years of pedis. Never had this issue. She was annoyed with me because I couldn't move my feet where she needed. Remember. I am getting a mani. There is a pillow on my lap. I can't see my feet. I have never had tech be so frustrated and rude. Insult to injury! I paid for a 10 minute massage. Never got it. The mani tech did my massage that is included in the price of the manicure. The tech doing my pedi did not. I should have spoken up when checking out. But I was so annoyed. My back hurting. My heels hurting. I just wanted to go home. Never again. And warning to others watch the attitudes there. Also watch because the tech doing my pedi was shit talking me! I have a translator on my phone. As we all do. Never ever again! So tired of paying money for attitude and half ass care! Wish I could get my money back for every visit! Terrible service!

After two nails on each hand were completed, I politely spoke up and apologized for not saying something sooner. Unfortunately, the nail technician responded in a very hostile manner, telling me, "You should've told me sooner," in a mean and dismissive tone. I understood her point and apologized again, simply asking if the French tips could be made a bit thinner. From that point on, her attitude became increasingly hostile. It was also very obvious that she was talking about me to the nail technician next to her, as they both looked over at me and my nails while speaking. This made me extremely uncomfortable, and I no longer felt at ease addressing any further concerns. She continued working on my nails, but her frustration was clearly reflected in the final result. My nails are uneven and not worth the amount I paid. A young woman I believe to be a supervisor came over and spoke to the technician, and it appeared she had already been informed of the situation, as she also looked closely at me and my nails. Due to how I was treated and the uncomfortable environment, I did not feel safe or comfortable speaking up to anyone at the salon. I am very upset not only with how my nails turned out, but also with how I was treated as a customer. I would not recommend this nail salon as a French tip full set is proved to be a complicated request.

This will be my first and last time coming to this place. Their service is bad, the price is too high for an old salon that need alot of upgrades. There are no sitting area while you wait, just 2 very worn out chairs by the front door . The service was loudsy , noone speak english there , and the spa chairs? Gross. The smell is god awful. Whenver they turn the water on I can smell algae? I cant imagine how it will be like in the summertime .Probaly much stinkier . I would not recommend this place to anyone . There are so many new salon around the area ,dont waste your time and money here.How this place stay open is mind boggling to me.I ask for gelish and they took me to a corner and show me two shoeboxes and in em , where the gel polish sat. LOL !How professional is that?I have to literally pick one by one up to see the gel colors !Imagine how much money they make there, of if they made any at all. There is only one word i can describe this salon. RACIST!! I cannot believe how they treated me when i was there. First of all ,should customers going in first get first come first serve ? I walked in a waited for a few minutes no one said anything so i sat there and waited til my turn. 5 minutes later this nice cauacasian lady who also came here for the first time lwas help and taken to a spa chair. I figure maybe she have an appointment and pay no attention about it. 15 minutes later, they set me next to her and we started talking because the salon was quiet . She told me that she was sorry they skip me .This is when i found out the damn salon treated color people differently. If you are any color beside white you will be treated differently here . The most stinkiest place in plano ? Yes you found it here at Wonderful nail salon. This place smell like a wet dog everytime i come in here, sewer problems ? Maybe! but i actually think that smell is not coming from the sewer , I think the smell coming from the old used up spa pedicure chairs that they have there. I took my son there last month and wanted to leave right away. But before i got got a chance to ,they actually force me to sit. I did not get a chance to say no! i wasted $30.00 for a pedicure , when i could get it elsewhere for $20.00 . What a waste of money and time, and worse of all my 3 year old son was complaining about the smell the whole time. DO NOT GO HERE. These ladies and gentleman have been wonderful since I started coming here about 8 years ago. My friend started taking me here, however I kept coming back because they really do a great job! They even started working on my parents as well, which is a shock if you understand my dad is 6'3 and about 270 lbs. He's all man and all Texan, but because of his diabetes, needs help keeping his feet looking good. I happen to have ingrown toenails and they get them all - everytime! I've tried fancier salons and never have they done as good a job. Highly recommended! read more

I've tried nail salons all over Plano and this one is my favorite. The staff is so friendly, and they take the time to make sure you leave happy. Their prices are also great compared to other nail salons in the area! I would definitely recommend trying them out. read more

Because I also had to remove dip and apply extensions, we started half an hour earlier so there would be enough time. Although I texted in English, I was greeted in Mandarin--as a Chinese-American, this made the whole encounter feel like I was being reprimanded in Chinese school or something. Dip removal and extension application was done systematically and skillfully. This design must have been difficult and too frustrating, because I was given excuses--I was told it was winter style and not fitting for a summer wedding. Absolutely shocking since everyone else treats brides nicely. I was also told this was completely out of style and that I should download xiaohongshu for more recent Chinese styles. (My parents worked way too hard to leave China, and I'm definitely not about to download xiaohongshu.) I stated that I don't like recent Chinese styles, and this was the style I wanted for my floral-themed wedding. Only then was I told this design was too difficult and we were running short on time, but I asked them to try their best anyway. Sometimes speaking Mandarin helps to build rapport, but on the other hand, I don't think I would have had such an awkward exchange if we had only spoken in English. Although it was allegedly out of style in China and although it doesn't look like the inspo photo, I like how it turned out. I received many compliments for my wedding as well. I might go back for another special occasion, but next time I might try someone else.

They told me that they're fully booked, but they can accommodate me after 5 pm. I went and met Thao. She did take care of me and had a blast talking to her. This place is clean and well lighted.
