When Michael came to the house for the appointment I was very impressed with the fact that first of all he showed up (how many times have people not shown up and left us hanging) and just his overall professionalism and helpfulness. The crew was super polite and were so great at their jobs that made it look easier which I know is the furthest thing to the true. The job site was cleaned up as if they were never there. The tree they took out was sentimental to me and they made it easier to see it go. Best decision I could have made.

He quickly secured the limb for full removal the next morning. I think he's used to bigger jobs than ours, but he gave us more attention and expertise than we could've hoped for. I talked with Louis (the owner) and he sent a guy to give me a quote the same day! Manuel was on time, answered all of my questions, recommend procedures and gave me a reasonable estimate. Using this company was the best decision we made! Manuel and his team came on time the following Saturday. It took them about 3 hours to do everything. As you can imagine having a tree cut down makes a lot of mess. While they were cutting the trees, they removed all of the falling branches and grinned them. After they finished they cleaned everything! They used a broom and a blower. They left our neighbors yard as it was before they came. There were no debris or branches left behind.
