My landlord uses U-Rich services, and so far we haven't seen them perform one snow shovel service yet this winter. Our driveway and ally is a complete ice rink, a direct correlation to them missing the storm on November 29. Unfortunately, our back driveway has become unusable and it has created tremendous issues amongst current tenants. I've fallen twice on this ice and worry for my safety. At this point nothing can be fixed since the snow froze over and U-Rich's excuses couldn't deliver on their promises. This message is funny to me.
