We have used U-Rich Services for our commercial property the last 2 years and will continue to do so based on their pricing and professionalism. Their communication is very good, and we always know what to expect. A seamless process overall, making for one less property management task to stress. Thank you! read more

My landlord uses U-Rich services, and so far we haven't seen them perform one snow shovel service yet this winter. Our driveway and ally is a complete ice rink, a direct correlation to them missing the storm on November 29. Unfortunately, our back driveway has become unusable and it has created tremendous issues amongst current tenants. I've fallen twice on this ice and worry for my safety. At this point nothing can be fixed since the snow froze over and U-Rich's excuses couldn't deliver on their promises. This message is funny to me. Our landlords don't seem concerned but I felt it was necessary to voice my displeasure as a current tenant. Take responsibility for your awful staffing, this message was extremely misleading. Very upset with my current service (we've never received any snow service all year again). read more

During the recent snow, Alexander told us that they would not even start cleaning until the snow finished. Then he said they were overwhelmed and couldn't say when they'd get to us. It's been 36 hours since the snow started and 20 hours since it stopped. Apparently they don't have enough staff to service their number of clients. If there's a light snow, we don't need them. If there's significant snow, they are overwhelmed. I'm not sure what we're paying them for. "Dear Clients, If you're receiving this message, your property is actively in today's route. We knew this storm was going to be massive - and it has absolutely lived up to the forecast. The volume of snow is overwhelming: equipment is struggling in places, crews are physically exhausted, and we're throwing everything we have at it. We're experiencing delays beyond our normal 7-hour window, and I'm truly sorry for that. But please know this with 100% certainty: We ARE coming to your property today. We will not leave anyone behind. I just can't give you a more precise ETA right now - we're pushing crews as hard as is safe and humane, and we're re-sequencing routes in real time to keep moving. Your patience today means the world to us. These are the toughest days of the entire year for our team, and knowing you're rooting for us keeps everyone going. We'll get it done. We always do - especially for you. Thank you for understanding. We've got this. Stay warm, " read more

Reached out to Alexander through Yelp about snow removal service this winter (Jan 2024), and he was not only fast to respond with a quote, but offered to get me up and running for service the following day. I was in a bit of a bind being out of town for work and requesting a quote right before a big storm was forecasted- truly appreciate how quickly he was able to provide a quote and timeline for service! His prices are very reasonable compared to others in the Chicagoland area for seasonal service, and he went above and beyond to confirm in person that his team had shoveled for my building that day by in person sending video confirmation. I've been impressed by his quick communication and through contract for seasonal service - very pleased to find a trustworthy local business operator that offers additional property management services as well. read more

Very good communicators, very easy to schedule. Was able to fit my building into their schedule on short notice. Did a very thorough job and gave me the additional quotes I asked for very timely. Will definitely use again and will definitely be considering using them for more services. Highly recommended. read more

U-Rich Services is a great choice for your lawn care needs. Alexander was very accommodating in meeting with us in the evening after work for the initial consultation. Pricing is more than fair, and I liked how they provided the price for each service individually on the quote. Once I chose the final services and accepted the estimate, they began work a few days after. The attention to detail in carrying out the lawn clean up (including removing dead bushes/plants and weeds), sod installation, and mulching was evident in the final product. My lawn was a muddy mess due to having two big dogs running around out there and was covered in leaves and other debris. They worked hard all day and did not cut corners. I am very impressed and will definitely be calling U-Rich for future projects. read more

I just contracted with Urich for snow removal. Though it hasn't snowed yet we needed some winter readiness clean-up. Instead of coming home to changes we received before and after photos. Alex did a great job on my fall cleanup. His crew picked up all the leaves and cleaned the whole year. Will be using Alex again.

If I could give a higher rating, I would. Our condo association needed some spring clean up work completed and I contacted U-Rich through Yelp. I received a very prompt response, with a few follow up questions and received an estimate the next day after he had a chance to evaluate the space. (By the way, 2 of the 3 other people I reached out to have yet to reply) Much to my delight, the work was scheduled for 2 days after I signed the contract, and when I saw the completed work, it met my expectations. But here's where it gets REALLY interesting. I was satisfied with the work and indicated so. Despite that, two days later people were working out front again, and I checked my email to see if I had missed something and had heard back from U-Rich indicating that he had followed up on the work that was done, it was not to his satisfaction and as a result was sending his team out for improvements at no additional cost. This is literally the definition of above and beyond and I think I've found our new landscaping service! read more

We needed to get regular lawn maintenance set up for the season, as well as a spring cleanup and grass reseeding. Alex was great! He emailed back right after I asked for a quote, and he came out to do an estimate the next day I was available. He was able to do the work the day after, even set up a timer with a sprinkler to help make sure the grass seeds grow. Very professional, responsive to messages, and very flexible to meet when I was available. He even did the work on a Sunday! I am confident that this will be my lawn maintenance company for years to come. read more

U-Rich Services was fast in responding to my yelp request for landscaping of my small patio area that has become overgrown.
