The job was delayed, communication was poor throughout, and my property was damaged. The crew also left the work in an unacceptable condition as a completed job before I had to request them to correct the horrible planting (see photo). What professional company would leave a job like this? What's most frustrating is that I simply requested a $250 refund (about 20% of the total cost) to cover the damage. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was put through an unnecessarily difficult process. I ultimately paid the full invoice just to move on. This company used to provide reliable, high-quality service, which is why I stayed with them for so long. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I'm willing to pay for quality--but based on this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.

Beware that he might seems nice all upfront but he is very rude and ungentleman. He even said he knew this would happened like I am the one trapped him to get the job done for me and had him curse me. The proposal said trim ,i used the word cut during the discussion with him and i thought he used interchanably, in that case his price is not the cheaper.
