One snow, every member of the block club tried to call them out to have them plow the snow but all we got was an answering machine. They got over $3000 from our block, but never again. I could not, in good faith, hire them to remove anything. They are unprofessional and do sloppy work. Find some neighborhood kids to remove your snow. You'll have less drama.
