The delays in coordinating with their insurance company were unnecessary and avoidable. Quoting Discrepancies: The initial snow plow quote was lower than the written quote later provided, raising concerns about accuracy and transparency. Pattern of Excuses: Tasks are consistently delayed--sometimes by hours, sometimes by weeks or months--with explanations that do not justify the lack of performance and follow-up. Impact: This repeated lack of reliability is unprofessional and undermines trust. The first snow and our property looks a hot mess. We have elderly and partially handicapped people which was explained to them when we initially talked. A time given to come out and fix it and they still can't do it.
