Unfortunately, the installation completely failed to meet that standard, and the customer service follow-up was non-existent. The discharge point they installed sits in a depression, meaning the water constantly overflows and sheets directly across the public sidewalk instead of draining properly. This created a slip hazard and left a permanent puddle in the yard. Because the water was left to sit stagnant, my grass is now dying and turning orange from iron bacteria. When I reached out to Daniel with photos of the flooding, he told me to 'wait 10 days' for the ground to drain. I waited the full timeframe, but the problem persisted. I reached out multiple times afterward to get a plan together to fix the grading or extend the line. Daniel completely stopped responding and abandoned the project. I am now having to hire a second landscaping company to fix the problem.

He suggested PVC pipe instead of my hose. He and two employees completed the work, cleaned up and replaced the sod in just a few hours, when it was convenient for us. Initially our rating would have been 5 stars. We were given Danny's information from a neighbor. We…read morerecently built our house and used Danny's to install our patio and lawn in the front and back. Our patio was beautiful and our sod in the front was great. We had the back seeded with the promise that Danny's would come and put extra seed down in any bare spots that didn't take. Danny's also gave us a three year guarantee on our brick patio. All this work was done in October of 2016. In April of 2017, 6 months later, all edges of the patio had began cracking and pulling apart. They also built a step going into the house which has fallen apart on both sides and came loose in the middle. It was so loose, if you stepped on it the brick would pop up. I started calling trying to resolve these issues in mid April 2017. They finally came out in the beginning of June to look at it. They spoke with my wife and said that since it was not a safety hazard, they would come back later to repair the patio/step and reseed the bare spots. Never gave a date or time when this would happen. I had Carlos' cell phone number, but at this point it had been disconnected so the only way I could get in contact with them is to call the "office" line. The office is someone's house. It is virtually impossible to get in contact with them. After several messages on the office voice mail, Carlos called me back and came out to look at the issues. This was the final week of June. He said that they would be in the area during the July 4th week to do any repairs. He gave me his new phone number. Well, the week on July 4th went by. So did the next week, and the next week and the next week. I have sent many text messages, left many voice mails to all the numbers that I have. They have not returned any of my messages. My wife called over a week ago, multiple times, to all the phone numbers we have as well. No call back. No one showing up to fix the issues. Now we are stuck with a patio and step that are falling apart with absolutely no way to get in contact with them. We are just about 5 months in with trying to get our repairs taken care of. 5 months!! I don't know of any customer service industry where this is acceptable. When we were new business and new money, Danny's treated us like royalty. After they got our money, we are basically outcasts to them. It's such a shame, since they made such a good first impression.
