One of the biggest challenges was that all of the demolition debris had to be taken out through a very tight access point, but the crew handled it efficiently without any issues. From start to finish, Daniel and his team were organized, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They removed the shed, demolished and hauled away all of the old concrete, cleared the overgrown lawn, and completely transformed the space. The quality of the materials they used was excellent. They built a beautiful stone patio exactly the way we envisioned it, installed an elegant pathway accented with Mexican river rock, and created two separate areas--one for our pool and another with fresh sod for a small lawn. The finished project turned what was once an unusable backyard into a peaceful retreat where our family loves spending time. What impressed me most was the pride they took in their work. Obviously, Lisa and her team did a fantastic job with the landscaping. She presented me with three different design options, worked with me to stay within my budget, and then executed the project exactly as she explained she would. She even moved my project up on the schedule after I mentioned I was planning to sell my house soon, which I really appreciated. What really stood out, though, wasn't just the quality of the work, it was the communication. It was clear, transparent, and consistent before, during, and even after the project. That level of professionalism is surprisingly rare in the home improvement industry. I own a house that was built in 1887, and over the past eight years I've hired countless companies for projects including a new deck, porch, fencing, painting, paver installation, and just about everything else you can think of. One of the most frustrating parts of working with companies in this industry is the lack of organization and communication. They're usually quick to collect the deposit, but after that you're left constantly following up for project start dates, updates, and progress. Working with Lisa was the complete opposite. She then took those and made three very detailed designs in video format. From there we went back and forth a few times as I wanted a combination of designs. Initially our rating would have been 5 stars. We were given Danny's information from a neighbor. We…read morerecently built our house and used Danny's to install our patio and lawn in the front and back. Our patio was beautiful and our sod in the front was great. We had the back seeded with the promise that Danny's would come and put extra seed down in any bare spots that didn't take. Danny's also gave us a three year guarantee on our brick patio. All this work was done in October of 2016. In April of 2017, 6 months later, all edges of the patio had began cracking and pulling apart. They also built a step going into the house which has fallen apart on both sides and came loose in the middle. It was so loose, if you stepped on it the brick would pop up. I started calling trying to resolve these issues in mid April 2017. They finally came out in the beginning of June to look at it. They spoke with my wife and said that since it was not a safety hazard, they would come back later to repair the patio/step and reseed the bare spots. Never gave a date or time when this would happen. I had Carlos' cell phone number, but at this point it had been disconnected so the only way I could get in contact with them is to call the "office" line. The office is someone's house. It is virtually impossible to get in contact with them. After several messages on the office voice mail, Carlos called me back and came out to look at the issues. This was the final week of June. He said that they would be in the area during the July 4th week to do any repairs. He gave me his new phone number. Well, the week on July 4th went by. So did the next week, and the next week and the next week. I have sent many text messages, left many voice mails to all the numbers that I have. They have not returned any of my messages. My wife called over a week ago, multiple times, to all the phone numbers we have as well. No call back. No one showing up to fix the issues. Now we are stuck with a patio and step that are falling apart with absolutely no way to get in contact with them. We are just about 5 months in with trying to get our repairs taken care of. 5 months!! I don't know of any customer service industry where this is acceptable. When we were new business and new money, Danny's treated us like royalty. After they got our money, we are basically outcasts to them. It's such a shame, since they made such a good first impression.

After confirming we wanted to move forward with Dante's team, they started the work within one week. The team was extremely efficient and had the work done in 2 days. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable of the process to help manage our expectations. They went above and beyond what we had asked to ensure the new grass would not be overrun by surrounding weeded areas. They did an exceptional job cleaning up the area once the work was done. I would take pictures of the unfinished job and call them. They would argue with me, make excuses or say "maybe we are not the company for you" I would go out and talk to them while they were at my property about what needed to be done and they still would not remove all the snow from the parking lot. One excuse was that there were cars in the spots, but even when there were no cars in the spots, the snow still was not removed. Another excuse was they would say that part of the parking lot was the alley which was not true as cars are not parked in an alley. Don't waste your money.
