Now we come to find, our beautiful 22 year old perfectly healthy tree, which we had Creekside Landscapes enhance last summer, is DEAD. Had three separate landscapers out, since we now had to have the dead tree professionally cut down, stump grinded, and a new tree planted, all tell us that too many main roots were cut causing the tree to die. Creekside response was "well you knew that would happen? "WHY in the world would we PAY to have a beautiful old tree KILLED when it provided both shade and privacy. They gave me recommendations on watering and planting. When I followed those, the tree turned out great and my kids love eating the plums every summer. I recently went back for a couple Bald Cypress trees. They had plenty in stock. (Even if they didn't they have always ordered and received the plants in short time.). The trees are doing well The owners are ready to help and the customer service is great. They know their plants and will give you suggestions based on shade, no shade, soil type and proper planting. They even went the extra mile to help me secure the plants in my car and wrap the pot, so dirt didn't get on the inside of my car. Driving a car with three full plants inside was interesting. But I didn't take the option for them to deliver.
