Consequently, three trees on our property were cut the way that the company wanted to do it, based on a conversation months before though our desires had changed. The arborist spoke with me on the phone that day, did his best to apologize and try to make it right by not charging us. He said he would come to the site and talk to me, which did not happen. He called me back and made arrangements to review the job for a quote which was a mulberry tree that grew to a 20ft+ monster that was growing into the neighbors yard. While reviewing the job request/site survey he also looked around the yard and asked questions about another tree that really needed removal, as well. We agreed to the project and he gave me a quote and a time frame when he could do the job which was a few weeks out.
