Felipe was very professional (clearly knows his stuff), responsive and efficient, both in coming out (on a Saturday) to inspect and determine what needed to be done and in getting the job done the next Monday morning. Felmar came out to grind up some stumps after I had a emergency from some tornado damage. They grind the stumps and made a mulch from the stump material. They helped me clean up the leftover tree roots. They were knowledgeable about who should pay for what after storm damage involving neighbors. Very kind and hard working professional arborists. One tree was a very old, and very tall!, pine tree with branches close to electric/phone lines -- the other was a crabapple that was located in a tight space between my house and my neighbor's. This is a wonderful company all around. A neighbor first hired them a year ago for a difficult removal of a branch growing over power lines. But the few reviews Felmar Tree Service received made me comfortable enough to reach out for a quote to have a huge tree & stump removed from our backyard.
