They did an amazing job on our driveway that looked awful. it looks brand new. It poured on our scheduled day and they rescheduled immediately and squeezed us in right away. Very impressed! read more

DO NOT BOOK ASPHALT REPAIRS OR SEALCOATING WITH WOLF"S SEALCOATING Joliet, IL I had some quotes done in April 2026 for 2 small hole repairs , widening asphalt ramp from existing asphalt driveway to newly replaced concrete sidewalk, and sealcoating 2 1/2 car wide/5 car length asphalt driveway. 1st issue. 100% Pre-payment required 2nd issue Received written detailed quote which stated gravel base would be put in before asphalt for ramp was placed. No gravel was ever used. Called owner as workers were doing repairs, was told it wasn't needed, if I had trouble with in sinking thet would gladly redo it. Workers struggled with their saw when cutting area around where repairs were to be made. They actually left to get new saw blade, and it made easy cuts but the repair section had to be made bigger because of the old blades jaggedcuts that caused existing asphalt to break and crumble. After prepped holes and ramp spaces were filled, one area was not completely filled. I figured the sealcoating which was scheduled for the next day would fix that over site. The sealcoating which normally leaves a smooth surface was done the next day. The hole left by repair crew was not addressed and the actual sealcoating application had large back and forth curved lines on parts of driveway. I contacted Wolf's and spoke to Tina to tell her this work was totally unacceptable and needed a plan from her to fix the problems. SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME, in the middle of my sentence, she said "she was tired of dealing with me!" I had never spoke to her about anything. I even booked and paid everything on line. I reached out numerous times asking for a timeline and details when they would come fix things or even discuss any part of what my expectations were and the unsatisfactory result of my 100% pre-paid work. Today after2 months of ignoring me and not acknowledging my concerns I finally got a text response from Tina(owner) they have decided to do nothing, based on pictures, and quotes they won't make their customer happy in any way shape or form. Shame on me for 100% pre-payment, was charged for gravel that was never used, there is a hole that was made using a jagged saw blade that could have simply been patched while doing the repair, and I have been treated like garbage. No one from Wolf's has come to look at their finished job or taken pics. I guess owners Tina and Wolfie saw an opportunity when a senior citizen on a fixed income with mobility issues was a easy target! Another weird reality, Wolf's Sealcoating contract states they will place their company sign in yard after work is completed....they didn't leave a sign after they were done....WHY? Guess their sub-par workmanship speaks volumes....I don't think they want anyone to know it was a WOLF'S SEALCOATING job...they aren't reputable in my opinion. 39 read more

My driveway was looking bad, grass growing in it etc, Wolf's sealcoating told me it would look new when they were done and IT DID!! very good prices and absolutely outstanding job!! read more

We had our driveway seal coated twice from them in less then one month due to the seal coat lifting, leaving tire marks and what appears to be oil spills from their poor quality of work product. Upon reaching out to them, I was advised by text and voice by Tina and Shannon the owners, this has never happened before. I wish I would have searched for reviews prior to hire. My driveway now has four set of tire marks that are imbedded into the driveway and continues to create additional tire marks, due to the seal coat not sealing despite being over two weeks from second seal coat. I do NOT recommend them. read more

I had a driveway extension done. Great communication. Staff was nice. I'll update when done.

This company is the worst. They sealed my driveway in June. The next day we saw huge discolored marks all over our driveway. Big dips started showing up. Called them to ask what they would do to fix the problems. They were very rude and crude. Owner is the worst. They admitted to using inferior product due to not being able to get the right stuff. I have been calling for 3 months and no one will do anything to fix my driveway. They do not even deserve a 1 star rating. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!! They do not back up their work. read more

Had my driveway sealcoated one week ago and I now have a striped driveway. Looks like they did not mix the product properly. I am trying to reach them to resolve this problem, but so far I just get voice mail. Hopefully they will correct this problem, as they have always had a good reputation. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Poor customer service and TERRIBLE WORK. We paid for crack repair, they didn't do it and when I asked them about it first the one man said it would seal the other said it was too late. Then they decided to pour something into the crack which made a shiny mess. They left it that way. There are also oil spots ON THE NEW SEALANT from their truck and they didn't even complete under our fireplace. I called and texted them at least 10 times and no response. Guess they don't care about their reputation or satisfied customers. I am so disappointed. read more

Had some patching and seal coating done on my residential two car driveway. Overall not impressed by what should have been a very easy job for such a large company in the area. First off I scheduled a month in advance so as to get the date that was most convenient for us also allowing a few days leeway in case of bad weather. Tina in the office is very nice and professional. She gave me a Mon/Tues date with a reschedule date of Thurs in case of bad weather. All days were agreed upon and worked for me. Weather was not a factor throughout any of this, sunny all week. Patchwork was not started until Thursday evening. Actual patch work was done. Upon leaving, I noticed they ripped all the branches off my front tree with their truck, left garbage on my lawn, and scorched the back half of a bush with the patching machine. Called office and got an apology and was told they would pick up mess. No BS excuses given, just that they were busy. It is Sunday evening and I am still waiting for them to seal coat which I was told would be done today. My planning to avoid as much inconvenience as possible has completely gone the other way! I expected BIG BOY work for big boy prices....instead I am getting all around little guy work and still paying big boy prices!!! Oddly enough they asked I reschedule again. Apparently they expect you to put your life on hold for over a week while they play catch up due to over booking. Owner told me he will try and get back in touch with me after they take care of a "big large church job". I understand bigger jobs pay bigger money but sad that a so called "family business" has no problem sacrificing the little guy. read more

First of all I am not a customer of this business and I NEVER will be. This business was sealcoating two driveways across the street from my house. The workers blew all of the dirt, gravel, broken up pieces of asphalt into my yard. I watched them do it. I went out there and asked why they were blowing it into my yard. One of the workers got a huge attitude with me like he wanted to fight. He said they could've just left it in the street. I told them that would have been better than putting it in my yard. I told them that they really should've swept it up and took it with them or blew it into the yard of the people's who driveways they were working on. Anything would have been better than putting it in my yard or anyone's yard who has nothing to do with them or the work they were doing. I called the company, NO ANSWER. I left a message and NO RESPONSE. Do yourself and your neighbors a huge favor and call/hire another company. Any other company than Wolf's Sealcoating-Landscape read more

Zero stars! I am super disappointed. I contacted Wolfs Sealcoating in April. It was too early to schedule an appointment but they put me on a call list. Mid May I was contacted with a 12 hour window to seal coat but couldn't get my neighbor to call me back (townhome). Finally they scheduled me again with instructions they would call the day before with a window for the next day... no call... no show. I call them back today & was told " we can get you back on schedule next Wednesday". RIDICULOUS. Bad business! Who would wait over two months for a service. read more

These guys had great communication, very professional and my driveway came out great! Pricing was fair! Will definitely use their services again. read more

Wolfs gave me a fair price and did a lot of extra patching before they actually put the seal coating down - I'm really glad they used coal tar because that's what lasts the longest. they actually took my driveway which was in pretty bad shape and polished turd - it looks really good now. They were on time and kept me updated with plenty of communication. read more

Wolf's did an amazing job, They gave me an amazing price that fit my budget perfectly. They satisfied me with everything I wanted done I made sure to explain everything I wanted done and how I wanted it done. They did it exactly how I wanted it done. Paid 250 for hot crack fill and seal coating. They gave a year warranty. 3 days after it was done it started coming up and stuck to our tires. Driveway looks worse than it did before getting it done! Shitty work! read more

I recently had Wolf work on a very neglected driveway. From the estimate, scheduling, and the work, they were awesome. My driveway looks amazing. It was worth every penny I spent. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

$95 for less than 15 minutes of work. The driveway looks terrible and they lied about curing and sealing-they didn't realize I saw them and totally lied about the time they spent. I called to complain as several of my neighbors did and the same guy came to look at it that originally did the jobs. There are visible cracks everywhere and he said it all looks great to him. read more

I almost cancelled because, like the poster before me, the office personnel was very rude and also hung up on me. However, the owner called me to apologize. The guys who came out to do the work were top notch. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They more than made up for the rude office woman. They were polite, professional and very detail oriented. I would recommend this company to anyone. Just get past the rude woman in the office and you'll be okay. lol read more

UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner of Wolf's and he personally came out to meet with me and discuss my driveway. Mr. Wolf was apologetic and really concerned about the situation. He took the time to explain the best course of action for my driveway and how we could achieve the best results. We set up a date to have my driveway resealed, they arrived on time on that day and resealed my driveway. The driveway turned out beautifully! Sometimes, you end up becoming best friends with your worst enemy and end up becoming best friends for life, of course, this usually happens over a misunderstanding or miscommunication and this is the case here. After meeting with Shannon (Yes, first name basis) I learned that he really does care about his business, his customers and his employees. He's a family man and wants everyone to be part of his happy family. I might be the red headed step child in his family, but nonetheless he did take care of the situation and I'm very happy with the results and follow through. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

this company is awful, we scheduled an appointment, which they did not honer, just showed up on a day when i was not home, they said they were in the area, wrote out an estimate that was impossible to read, (stuck it in my mailbox) I had to call them back out to interpret the estimate which they had difficult doing. Red Flag! I had the same issues after the so called work was completed, when I called the owner he agreed to repair some of the areas and refund some of my money but when i got the check it was much less than was agreed upon and the repairs was never done. that was 5 months ago. I do not recommend this company, Take my advice, SAVE YOUR MONEY. Do some research, find someone else !!!!!!!!!!! read more

I have used this company twice now. The driveway looks great I have no issue with that. The issue I have is that somehow the spray from the tar has gotten all over the entire front of my house. I am speaking about on my cedar siding, windows, gutters and eaves and front door. The first time I noticed it on my gutters, eaves and windows but didn't put it together that it was from sealing my drive. So I tried to clean it off myself to no avail. The second time I checked immediately and sure enough it was everywhere even on the leaves of bushes. Both times it was not windy at all. I truly do not know how this would happen. So I called and was told someone would be out the following week to take care of this. No one came so I called again and was told the same thing. Then the bill came and I called again and waited. Finally I paid the bill because I am an honest person who was provided with a service. This company still has not been out to correct the issue or even call me back. Now the front of my house is covered in speckles of tar and will cost me more money to correct their careless work. I will never use them again and suggest that you look elsewhere to have your driveway sealed. read more

Two neighbors and I got our driveways done at one time. We asked if there was a deal for getting them done at once (as many other companies offer). We were told that the price quoted was getting a deal. It was higher than other companies, but that was o.k., because they gave a song and dance about not watering down their products. Another neighbor just contacted me and said they received a quote and wanted to verify the price we paid. It was the same price the three of us paid. I called Wolf's and asked not once, not twice, but multiple times if they offered deals for multiple driveways and she never directly responded to my question. Instead, she gave me the song and dance about their products being superior and hung up on me. A quick and easy response could have been "No, sorry, we don't do deals for multiple driveways." But then they should say that in the beginning! But instead, she hung up on me. Real professional... read more
