Called Szabo plumbing around 5 pm on a friday night. The next morning Joe, from Szabo, sent me a text message and told me not to fear. No walls were going to be opened and he would take fine care of me. Even sent me pictures of other jobs he had done. He arrived about an hour later and had me kill the water to the house. About 45 minutes to maybe an hour later, I not only had a new cartridge installed, but also a new escutcheon plate, pull handle and a new fully functioning shower diverter. I paid for the work done, you can't get quality work and expect to pay discount prices. Joe's work was professional and beyond and trust me, Szabo plumbing and Joe's contact info got saved to my contact list. I now have a recommendation if someone asks me: "Do you know a good plumber?" Job well done Szabo Plumbing and Joe. Thanks, John and his 3 happy ladies.

With that said, the crew didn't take any shortcuts and made sure that the task was completed properly and in a very timely manner. Bonus, when requested, they also gave us an on-the-spot estimate for future improvement work. Very reasonable and no surprises. Looking forward to future projects and service calls.
