I've been on a long hunt for a nice pair of textured tights. Something unique / sexy / classy all rolled into one. Wolford was the end of my search! They have a huge collection of legwear...from textured tights, to thick tights to wear under knee-high boots, leggings that I would seriously consider wearing even though I'm resistant to 80's fashion, to stay-up thigh high & knee high hosiery. They really cover any possible legwear item you may be longing for...even ones with calf fringe and flare! My goal was to buy some tights, but Wolford had tons of other clothing as well such as lingerie, body suits, dresses, coats, & accessories that I would have like to look into as well (great work clothing that you could wear out afterwards for a classy dinner/drinks combo). Super high quality items, and nice one-on-one service. I will definitely go back! read more

Wolford - Women's Clothing Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

Thankful for this cool boutique at the Bravern. If you love pretty lingerie, leggings and knits you should make a stop here. And the service! I got a call letting me know about the summer sale happening now at 50% off. read more

The review is for the products, prices and customer service. They are not fit for many types of bodies, don't have much of a selection, but the items they do have are fabulous, yet fabulously expensive. The customer service was kind of awkward. I tried to describe what I was looking for-one pieces, lace only- but the saleswoman did not offer me much and didn't even welcome me into the store. I am still going to go back and hope for better, if not then it's off to Zovo's I go! read more

I discovered Wolford while shopping in France several years ago and have since purchased from the same store in France, as well as in NYC and now in Bellevue. I mostly buy the leggings and the shapewear which are both excellent quality (and sexy) and make Spanx seem dumb and uncomfortable. I also purchased several pieces of their ready to wear line "PURE PLUS" Love the line! Very easy to wear particularly when you don't feel like thinking too much about it. The sales help has been quite good to me and I will be making a return, and inquired as to the policy thinking it would be difficult, but was pleasantly surprised by a "no worries" attitude. I'll continue to purchase from this store. I like the quality, the selection, and I think the staff is quite lovely too. read more

Quality, luxury and unique

I have been to the Wolford Boutique multiple times and I am always impressed and happy during every visit to the shop due to the friendly service and staff. They always make me feel so welcomed and comfortable when I am walking up to the entrance. They remember me by first name when I show up or call the store, and I get top of the line help and assistance, though they give me perfectly adequate room to browse and peruse the products. The products are top of the line-simply amazing quality of course. It is Wolford afterall. I will be doing business with Wolford as often as I can afford trips out to the Bravern. They are by far the most comfortable and relaxing of retail to date. Yes, I am a guy, married to a lovely, caring and understanding wife, and I am an in and out shopper anywhere else I go, but I am into being as comfortable an environment as possible and the Wolford Boutique is always the most relaxing shopping experience. If Wolford sold more Men's items, I am sure I would spend even more money there as their products are beyond superb. read more

Just don't try to return anything!!!! Very bad management. My initial experience at this store was excellent. I brought in three dresses and the salesperson helped me pick stockings for each dress. She was great. Then I decided to also buy two other pair, both patterned. I bought five pair all together, this being my first experience with Wolford. The three she suggested for my dress are great but the two patterned ones she suggested have a "V" in the back which go so low, I'd have to wear a long length skirt for it not to show. Before I bought them, i asked her about it and she assured me I'd be able to wear them with a short skirt. As soon as I put one leg in, I knew they wouldn't work so I put them back in their package. When I went to exchange them, not return them, the manager told me I couldn't exchange them because they were worn. I explained I only put one leg in them. She argued with me, saying things like since my skin touched them she'd need to return them as "damaged goods." I told her that was fine if that was their policy but I was given wrong information and there was no way I could try them on in the store. She finally told me she'd make an exception, but this was only after her customer service was terrible. I told her if she'd told me that this was their policy and she'd make an exception but I just needed to know about this for the future, I'd be ok. But for her to spend time arguing with me was horrible customer service. She told me she'd have "to have a talk with the salesperson." If this manager treats a customer like this, I can only imagine how she'll treat the poor salesperson who sold them to me. I told her, in fact, that I liked the sales person so much that I wanted to wait for the next time she's working to have her help me. So after buying five stockings in one day, they just lost a good customer because of bad customer service. read more

Keep in mind this store is for the ladies and not for the men, but me coming and looking for my sister and getting the excellent help from the staff. I use to come in with. You ex all the time and nothing has changed here. Great service and the guest here seem to be happy coming in. I would suggest this place to all ladies of all ages. read more

My newest favorite...so much luxury! These products are pricey, but once you wear them, you'll understand why. After spending a small fortune on sub par hosiery for years, it is certainly better to go to Wolford and just take care of their lovely designs and use them over and over. The quality is there...the sales help is great, and the designs are like nothing you'll find anywhere else. I'm addicted! read more

The store is ok, but the customer service and management sucks. They are way over priced given their return policy. And their location is so inconvenient that you don't just stop by, you have to go out of your way (hence my delay in returning the unworn product I purchased). The initial sales associate was very helpful in selecting the product that I was looking for. I asked if I would be able to return the hose if I didn't need them since I was buying them for a specific event, she said yes if they were unworn in their original packaging - seems reasonable. When I went back to return them (6 weeks later), the sales clerk held up the sign stating their 14 day return policy. Really, 14 days??? The manager had left for the night by 6pm, so I called her the next day. She was completely unhelpful and really quite rude. I spent $50 on a product that I won't use, and the store won't exchange them, let alone return them. After a waste of money like that, I can promise I won't go back. read more

***TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNACCEPTABLE FOR A SHOP WITH SUCH EXPENSIVE MERCHANDISE.**** My significant other purchased some hosiery for me as a gift, and picked out the size based on the salesperson's recommendation (and he gave her my correct height and weight). When I tried on the hosiery the fit was awful, much too big for my height/weight. However they refused to take the hosiery back, or even gift store credit or exchange, because the package was open - even though they had recommended the size. In sum: Shop at your own risk, because they could care less about their customers! read more

I recently discovered this Wolford Boutique existed. I've been wanting to visit one for years and now have one where I live. I wear hosiery for comfort and Wolford is top shelf quality. I visited the boutique and was not disappointed with what I found. The pricing is standard of Wolford items you would find anywhere else. The quality of Wolford is matched with the cost, and actually I think it's a bargain for what you get. The woman working at the store was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable browsing around. She was very informative regarding the layout of the store and made me feel right at home. There is a good sized bin with fabric swatches of every kind of hosiery they carry, so this is a good opportunity to feel the texture, examine the transparency and see the color of the hosiery, before you buy. I bought a pair of Satin Touch 20 tights when I visited, but I wish I could have spent thousands on many many more items if the wallet was a little more full. Overall it was a great experience. The sales lady was very professional and informative. She, like I said, made me feel entirely welcome and I plan on going back again as soon as I can. read more

I have been to this store on numerous occasions and have to say the service is always amazing! Today I had the best experience I have had while out shopping in a long time as the two ladies working there were very friendly and very helpful which is appreciated. The items can be pricey depending on what the item is and you could definitely find cheaper tights and hosiery elsewhere, even at nordstrom they have tights and hosiery like donna karan for 18-20 dollars, but the quality is not nearly as good! Wolford makes great quality tights and I should know as I have tried numerous styles and they also make beautiful patterns of which I have also! Based on my experience today, I would definitely recommend people go in and check out their products. I also have to say thanks that they did not ask me to leave the store because of the way I was dressed wearing shorts and tights, looking to buy tights for a friend. Even though Nordstrom does carry some of Wolford's products in their stores, I would recommend coming to the Wolford boutique as they have a larger selection of products and they did not ask me to leave the store or have me escorted out like Nordstrom did. I also have to say that based on the today's experience I would be more apt to go into the store and look at tights to buy for myself in the near future as it was a pleasant and overall amazing experience! read more
