This is our "Go To" place for sure. We go at least once a week, sometimes twice a week. The food is awesome and reasonably priced. The service is spectacular. My friends and I decided to come here after an outdoor pop up market nearby. We were able to get a table outside on the patio. I think they were severely understaffed because their service was not great. We were there for a very long time because our waitress was tied up with a lot of other tables. She was extremely nice though! We are unsure if pets were allowed but she let us sit on the patio with my friends small dog. Yesterday was my moms birthday, so we went shopping and then to dinner. We had never been to Wolfies before and decided to give it a try. As soon as you walk in, the place definitely feels like a sports bar. Its styled like a log cabin with several TVs around the indoor seating area which were playing a football, a bar, and doors to an outside patio seating area. There were very few people there when we showed up, but that didn't last long. We got in shortly before the "dinner rush" and soon the place was full and lively. The place really seemed to come alive with lots of people there, if you know what I mean. My parents each ordered a burger and I ordered the pulled pork tacos. The one teeny, tiny thing I didn't like was that on the menu, they forgot to mention that the tacos were topped with coleslaw so I wasn't expecting it when they brought them out. I was able to remove it easily, but next time I'll probably order it without. Other than that, the food was delicious and the drinks were nice and cold. I'm sure we'll be back sometime. I am very happy I tried out Wolfie's. I drove by it so many times, but never really thought to give it a shot. One night, for Boy's night...we wanted something around that area...and someone suggested Wolfie's. For no real reason, I reluctantly agreed thinking it was a fancy Applebee's....boy am I glad I agreed to come. The food was stellar! Yes, it is bar food, but it is very well done. All the food we had was delicious and no one had a complaint. We got the fried cauliflower appetizer first and while a few places around town do it much better (Big Lug or Twenty Tap), it was perfectly good. They are a little different here as they fry them in batter, versus naked. They also use a sauce very similar to Bang Bang sauce. We also got the Brussel sprouts, which were the star of the night. The are very well cooked so not to be sour...cooked in bacon and then hit with some sweet soy (potentially Teriyaki?) sauce. They were my favorite and I'd come here again just for them. We got a variety of sandwiches for our main course, from burgers, to french dip, to tenderloin. Everyone was happy with the food. I did try some of my buddy's French dip and it was excellent. My burger was well cooked and tasted great. I would come here again in a heart beat anytime we plan on boy's night. I visited the Broken Barrel the cool speakeasy a year ago and have been wanting to return to get Wolfies wings again. I met up with small group of friends and was surprised to see the parking lot full but the restaurant wasn't which I was glad. I think the rest of the folks were in the bar. The tables were spaced out as well. On to the food I didn't realize Wolfies had so many appealing appetizer options it was a hard decision so we all ended up ordering a different app to share. I went with the fireside cheese sticks and others ordered pretzels and the boom boom cauliflower. They were all good but my fave was actually the cauliflower. It was nice and crisp and had great flavor. I ordered a new old fashioned with rye whisky it was really good and smooth. It was dinner time so although I wanted wings I got hungry and ended up getting the Nashville hot chicken. It was good and had a nice breading. I was expecting less buffalo sauce but it was good. The portion was just right so I wasn't able to eat all of my fries. I got one more drink and it was a mule. I enjoyed the mule more than I did the New Old Fashioned. It was refreshing and light. I can't wait until my next visit until Wolfies Grill. Great tasting food at a reasonable price. read more

I would say Wolfies is a 3.5- upscale bar food. But I will round up since there isn't an option. The bison burgers are good. Pending on who's cooking - it could be more/less charred. But even with the smoky taste it is was good. I probably wouldn't order the crab stuffed mushrooms ($9.49) again... All I could really Taste was cheese not crab. That being said. Anything covered in cheese is still good. :) I'll just stick with the fiesta fish wrap next time. read more

I visited here last night with a group from out of town. The service from the waiter was great as was the speed of service. All of us enjoyed our food as well. The amount of protein provided for the salad and salmon was incredibly tiny. I have never seen anything so tiny! Also the live band was bad. They sound checked for almost half an hour. Once the music began it was bad. It was so loud you couldn't even talk to your table let alone think. The music should've been tuned down a ton and started later. It got to the point a table literally picked up their plates of food and walked outside! We couldn't wait to leave because of this. Not a great experience. Passing through on a trip home to Michigan. Food was okay. Service was lacking. Was accidentally served the wrong meal (and waited for the corrected meal) and then I was charged for the accidental AND corrected meal. Two meals were named Alpine something. I asked for the taco salad and got a salad with fried chicken on top. It took too long to get the bill after saying we were finished. The waiter finally approached me as I sat there frustrated and said he thought he had already cashed us out. Though I think our waiter struggled a bit to stay on top of things, I do want to note he was kind and courteous. Mixed drinks weren't priced on the menu, which I personally find annoying--and doesn't quite fit for this generally lower priced restaurant. Was shocked to see $28 for two small (two inches of liquid) old fashioned drinks. I pay this at high end bars and this is not that. I would not return, nor recommend. read more

Our server was nice, but absent. The pork bbq nachos were ok. There was a little too much sauce but overall good flavor. The pork tenderloin has a wonderful 10/10 on the crunch factor. Came in for a quick late-night dinner at the end of a long day's driving on a road trip with an infant. I wanted quick service, a meal low in carbs, and no BS. I picked the right place. Walked in and seated myself at exactly the table I wanted. Service was lightning quick - I'd placed my drink order in fewer than 60 seconds from stepping foot in the door, and they indeed had a wide selection that included exactly my particular gin of choice. My drink appeared in no time at all, barely giving me enough time to peruse the menu. It varied slightly from the older version of the menu I had previewed online, and I was worried the dish I wanted (iceberg wedge plus small steak portion) was no longer available. No problem for these service rockstars. I mentioned the dish and my waiter didn't bat an eye. He said they would make it for me no problem whatsoever. Really above and beyond. The food came out as expeditiously as had my drink, even though I had sat myself in a more remote section outside. When it arrived it was not only a perfect medium rare as I had ordered, but the portion happened to be ideal to my appetite. I wolfed down every bite, but not so quickly that my on-point waiter didn't have time to visit the table and check on everything, which was perfect. Didn't even wait for the check to arrive before handing the server my card. Even though I had ordered off-menu I knew that he was not going to screw up the check. I left him a generous tip reflecting the outstanding level of late-night service, and promised to write up this glowing review on my way out the door. All told I was in and out in under 40 minutes, exactly what I had hoped. I left satiated and impressed by the whole operation. Strong recommendation for a late night stop! We had a great experience there! The manager helped us figure out what drinks we wanted and was super attentive in general, even with a large party coming in around the same time as us. We got the chicken bacon club and jalapeño queso burger and both were great! Jalapeño burger is actually still good for ppl who aren't fans of spice since it didn't have a crazy kick. What a difference..... One of the owners of wolfies reached out to us after our last review. They did send us a $20 gift card to try it again. I'm certainly glad that we tried it again. This time we went in the middle of the week in the evening. Neither one of us sort of the same thing as we had the last time we were there. Collectively we ordered anybody chicken fingers which were awesome.... Super heavy on the breading but with seasoned and cooked perfectly. The french fries were very hot very crispy perfect. The chili was new to the menu but it was excellent. The buffalo chicken wrap was awesome as well. We both ordered dessert. We have the banana bourbon cake and the carrot cake. Nothing over the top about the desserts I would say they were just mediocre. About tasted good but didn't seem like anything extraordinary. based on the way to react to our last post we will definitely try this wolfies again. I came here to get a drink after an amazing job offer I accepted to celebrate since they were across the street! I'm glad I did because they made a really good water Long Island for me! I also ordered some boneless wings with their blue cheese and I'm so glad I did because they were so good! My favorite restaurant wings by far and the blue cheese was so good, i accidentally spilt it all over me but my waitress was very nice about getting me another one! My husband tried their Mac and cheese and he said the cheese on it would be really good on its own lol like a dipping sauce lol! I agree tho it was definitely tasty! We left around the time a band got their to play but I wish we could have stayed to hear them! They were going to play alternative and classic rock! ( my jam) lol The atmosphere was family friendly but also had a lot of people sitting at the bar! The only downfall was that they had more tables than booths. I don't mind sitting at a table if I have to but booths are just way more comfortable. Other than that this place is 5 stars in my eyes because of the wings and Mac and cheese ! Wolfies Grill is a small Hamilton County mini-chain, or I guess you could call it a mini-chain, of bar and grill type joints. The website says there are four locations, though it lists five including two in Westfield, one in Carmel, one in Fishers and one in Noblesville. I've previously been to the location in Fishers, though it's considerably smaller and I'd always wondered about this spot right around the corner from Flix Brewhouse. I was enjoying a Sunday afternoon off and hoping I'd find a local restaurant where I could get my first Yelp review for 2017. I spied Wolfies and figured it would be an ideal choice. As Wanda M. noted, this location is fairly large, comfortable and has a strong lodge atmosphere with river rock stone fireplaces, brown rough cut pine planks and a forest green trim. There's a large bar area and an actual dining room area where kids are apparently welcome since they were there while I was dining. There's a Den Room to the right when you enter as, as Wanda noted, it's an extremely comfortable area that's available for rental and can be used when not being rented. It's roomy, but definitely more for small-to-modest gatherings. The menu offers your usual bar and grill type foods - appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, salads, a variety of house specialty dinners and sandwiches, and a full bar menu. I ordered the Craftsman, a build-your-own burger that starts off with shredded lettuce, red onion, pickle and tomato - additional toppings are $.50 each. They do have some specialty burgers that are all pretty much within this price range. It comes with fries. I ordered my usual unsweetened iced tea. As one might expect, sports was on their large-screen televisions with the emphasis on today's Indianapolis Colts game. The atmosphere was friendly and casual. My server was attentive - I got my always desired refill and one to go. The restaurant has a couple of accessible parking spots along with an outdoor ramp. The front door is glass - pretty workable, though vision to most staff is obscured so if you have trouble opening a door independently you may want to have someone with you. I'd already seen the heads up from Yelp friends Rick and Holly G. that their tenderloin wasn't the greatest. So, I opted to avoid that route. I still had pretty high expectations, though for the most part Wolfies fell into a middle-of-the-road experience. The fries were on the bland side and a little hard. The burger, made from angus beef (you can also get chicken for the same price or bison for a $2 upcharge), was good but the bun sort of detracted from the overall quality. It's toasted, which I love, but it was just a touch on the bland side. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't one I would drive out of my way to get. They do have outdoor dining during the warmer months and I could easily see the outdoor area adding a nice atmosphere. Wolfies wasn't, at least for me, a lingering kind of place. It struck me as a great place to meet for socializing, but as someone who usually dines alone and likes to read it didn't really relax me enough that I would have stayed to watch the whole Colts game. The meal came in at right $12.26 without tip, though if you choose alcohol the meal could easily go higher. While I'm pleased to have given a local business my first review, I will admit I'd hoped it could really be a rave. Wolfies in Carmel is a solid option for area residents or those in the area shopping. The service was solid and the atmosphere is terrific, but Wolfies is a 3-star review all the way. read more

Our food was luke warm arriving at our tables and we had to ask at least twice for drinks. We had reserved this room for this many people and we still had people standing to watch the game. I'd like to give a SHOUT OUT To Wolfies. We've been to Geist, Noblesville(Morse), Carmel, Fishers. For years. Their food is always excellent. And consistent at each location. I seldom get restaurant burgers. But often get them at Wolfies because they are AWESOME. I usually get the Wolfies burgers with bacon. Always crispy at Wolfies. Something many restaurants neglect. I'm glad Wolfies brought back the homemade chips. The servers are always professional, efficient and friendly. I like the tropical shirts and floral lei worn by many servers at the Morse location. Adds to the atmosphere of being on the water. We kinda miss Brady at the Morse location. Sydney did an excellent job on our last visit to Morse. She had another large table, but never missed a beat at our table. We often go to Fishers location on Friday for lunch with 8 to 10 from work. Rhonda and Danine have always given us GREAT service. Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Service was terrible. It took forever to get our drinks or food ordered by the waitress. Did not see her very often. We were a party of seven. The first meal was served - 20 minutes later the rest of the meals came out. The first person was almost done with their meal by the time the other food started to arrive. Of the seven entrées, there were problems with two. The tenderloin sandwich, which was ordered with extra toppings, had none and was served burnt - dark brown/black in color. It was sent back, and my husband elected not to have it replaced. My son's chicken sandwich was served without chicken on it. By this point, we were annoyed and just decided to finish the food that we had and left. We did not want to wait another 30 to 40 minutes to get these meals corrected . The manager did stop by the table with a brief apology, telling us he would remove those items from our bill. We ended up having to stop and get drive-thru for two people in our party on the way home. Will never go to this place again and would NOT recommend. read more

Meeeeeh. Wolfies Grill just kind of feels average for me. I have been to this location in particular a handful of times. They have my favorite cover band play, so that is always nice, but the service is mediocre and the food is good but nothing fantastic. This past time we waited a long time to order because our server was chatting in the corner. And the water I had tasted like straight up bleach... it was horrible. My Fish and Fries, as well as wraps and sandwiches ordered by the rest of the company were in stride with the first impression - solid and a bit old-fashioned. No flights of gastronomical fancy, but satisfying. Our "family hours" prevented us from seeing the band that was setting up on the permanent stage - a sign of regular live music events. Hubby and I dined here last Saturday. First impressions were not good as our waitress walked past us 3x and only stopped when we made eye contact. Not sure what that was about. She wasn't very attentive. Hubby had the salmon dinner and was pleased. I got the ahi tuna tacos.
