Decided to give this place a whirl based on the reviews. I went inside to place my order but there is a drive thru, which I think is awesome. I took a look at the menu & I went with an order or shrimp fried rice and Mongolian beef. The lady who took my order was kind of friendly & fast. It didn't take 10 minutes for my order to be done. When I got home there was so much good that 3 people could have eaten! The shrimp were plump and not overcooked! That's something rare with Chinese food. The Mongolian beef was good. Very generous portions served by a friendly staff. Chicken Moo Goo was pretty good, especially the vegetables. The other entree we had was Orange Peel Chicken was good, but slightly over cooked. One entree came with two fried dumplings. Again, good but slightly over cooked. For a small restaurant, they serve a wide variety of food in a timely way. If I could give them a zero I would!!! So I just moved to Euless, TX a few months ago and had been looking and researching a good Chinese restaurant. I have been so skeptical about the Chinese restaurants here from the stories I've heard, so I decided to give Wok Express a try tonight. Well, for starters I was treated to professionally by the Asian gentleman at the register, while the other Asian lady was behind him kind rushing me to order. Upon order, I noticed the cooks were in the back spraying a pink cleaning solution and I asked the gentleman why they were spraying a cleaning solution over the are they had to cook my food. He assured me they weren't cooking the food until they finished cleaning... well that was a lie, the pulled my beef Lo mein right from the area they had just sprayed over without removing or cleaning the the cooking utensils they used to cook my food. Then just before starting to cook my General Tsos chicken, they sprayed the areas that had the cleaning solution on it as the chef was cooking my food. When I said something the Asian lady in the video began speaking their language, bashing me, I'm sure... and they were very rude and unprofessional. I am reaching out to the health authorities in this area and I would advise everyone to refrain from eating at this establishment. I have the video footage for proof if anyone cares to see it. Finally. Chinese takeout that reminds me of being back in New York where great Chinese is abundant. This is the first Chinese restaurant that was surprisingly clean, fresh tasting and flavorful. Thanks to the Yelp community for pointing me this direction. I tried it last week and ordered the Chicken Pad Thai. It was very good. So good, I had to come back today with my coworkers and see if it was a one hit wonder. The place looks like a hole in the wall, but the interior is immaculate and tastefully designed. I do think that they are going to need more help soon because the poor ladies behind the counter were juggling a full house, people in the drive thru, people waiting to order and a phone that never stopped ringing (they deliver!). This time I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and the Chicken Lo Mein (thank you Tony B. for the suggestion). The Kung Pao flavor was spot on and spicy without being obnoxious or overpowering. I brought the lo mein home with the intention of eating it for dinner, but I barely made it in the door before the smell drew my pickiest eater to the kitchen with a very interested look on his face. I reluctantly opened my bounty and let him take a forkful. It was game over at that point. I barely got a small portion before my 14 year old son, who will only eat ONE dish from ONE Asian restaurant, inhaled the entire thing (this is enough food for at least two meals). It was very, very good. The chicken tasted fresh, the veggies were crisp-tender, and the noodles were perfect. This place was pretty reasonable on pricing and the food is decent but I wouldn't say it is THE spot to get good Chinese food. It holds up to its name in the Express department. We ordered our food and by the time my mom called it in, changed clothes, and got there to pick it up from our house (about 5 min away) it was ready. I would recomend it if you just had a bad craving for Chinese food and wanted it quickly, or if you needed a quick fix for dinner because you forgot to start/thaw out what you WERE going to cook and needed a back up plan. Back in Dallas there are many great authentic chinese/vitenamese/thai/korean restaurants, but this is not really the case for Euless; many Asian restaurants here seem to blend the various cuisines to be more appealing to American customers. Walking into Wok Express, I saw a drive thru sign and only saw one other patron eating dinner there, so initially I was very offput, and almost considered leaving before even ordering. My girlfriend convinced me we should try it anyways (because she desperately wanted to find some better asian restaurants in the area). TL;DR: The owner seemed pretty nice. We ordered tsao's chicken, mongolian beef, and 8 fried dumplings. Food was cooked to order, came out very hot. Very little wait time, less then 10 mins. The dumplings were perfect, light crispy outside, juicy inside. The chicken had a good crispy breading as well. Big plate of food, only cost ~$7 per person. Good clean atmosphere, free wifi. relatively authentic. things that could have been improved: -Restaurant used Thai rice, instead of Chinese rice (most american patrons will not care/notice) -A bit too much sauce, in the future I will probably ask for half sauce -tsao's chicken was completely mild, but it did have cayenne peppers so maybe that's why it was labeled as spicy If I had to make a comparison, this restaurant is like a less Americanized cheaper pei wei. read more

After trying just about every Chinese restaurant in the area, I stumbled across this place. Best Chinese in the area by far. Chicken fried rice is fresh with huge pieces of chicken! The orange chicken is a must and I always order the steamed dumplings as well. I have not ordered anything from this place that I haven't liked. Ordered delivery and after giving them the address, name of the apartment, and the exit you take off the highway the delivery driver still couldn't "find" us. He gave up looking after waiting an extra 40 minutes and they told me it would be an additional 30 minutes to get our food after I called to check in. I was supposed to wait for him to deliver to the next person, return to the business, and have them send out another driver with our food and they didn't even notify us that he gave up trying to find our place. I had to call them to find all of this out. If you are going to order from them I would HIGHLY recommend not doing delivery because they have incompetent drivers. I have been a loyal customer of here for some time now and have referred plenty of people to your restaurant. I had one time called them to let them know that there was no meat in my food. I even paid for extra shrimp so I called to tell them about there mistake and was immediately called a liar. I have 5 witness in my home to verify what I was saying and wasn't even asking for my money back or to return the food. About two weeks later I called for a delivery and was told that they refuse to deliver to me and that I need to find another place to go to from know on. The man said that I lied and because I called to alert them on their mistake that I could not eat there anymore. I am appalled and very disappointed with their way of speaking to me. Then he proceeded to lie to me and say they refunded my money, per my bank statements no money has been returned to me. This is a show of horrible customer service and I have now told all of the 13 people i referred who order regularly from here about this and they will no longer be coming here either. Great new place close to work. People are very friendly and the menu is divided equally between those who are vegetarian and those that love a meater dish. Great atmosphere and very clean. I have to admit, I drove by this place awhile before even bothering giving it a try. My mistake, because the food here is great! It even has a convenient drive thru! I guess that was my reason for avoiding it in the past, I just had mixed feelings about the drive thru. It's an extra bonus! I've gotten their combination fried rice (E1) and their vegetable lo mein (E2). They always fulfill my request for General Tso's chicken, which you can get with either steamed or fried rice, but I have no idea where it's located on the menu. I just ask for it! Crab rangoons are tasty as well. I thought I had reviewed this awhile back when I first tried it - guess not... I would have given 5 stars... but due to a recent drive thru purchase, I sadly have to withdraw one star due to: decent drive thru wait, only to receive what tasted like stale(?) crab rangoons (like they'd been sitting out!) and OVERFRIED General Tso's chicken... there were probably 3 soft edible pieces. Please note that this was a completely different experience than the last few times I have visited, which did NOT yield such results, only delicious food. But just delivering delicious food here and there isn't up to par, it is consistency. Great drive through Chinese restaurant! I'm so excited that this has opened near my house. If you're craving quick Chinese food definitely pick this over the other drive through in Euless. I've had the orange chicken, Mongolian beef, and the sesame chicken, all of which have been really tasty! Also the fried rice is really good, it looks plain but tastes amazing! I also ordered the kids chicken nuggets and fries which were covered in salt. I would just stick with the Chinese food, it's much better. Also they serve the food in awesome plastic containers that come in handy as Tupperware. I haven't been inside so I can't judge the atmosphere, but I can say that the food is quick and delicious! read more

I've been going to this place since they opened and have always have great food, but the last two times I've gone there (today being one 07/30/14) it was gross and just not the same as it always has been. I've had one of the spicy dishes each and everytime, but today it was beyond spicy, so hot and full of pepper I couldn't eat it. I hope this is only a temporary set back for the business.
