Bosch 800 dishwasher new from the box and tested before sold. 25% off MSRP! Extremely happy with the purchase.
    Courtney H.

From start to finish working with the staff at WNY Appliances 4 Less was very easy. The showroom is filled with appliances reduced up to 50% the MSRP. The pricing depends on the exterior dents, scratches, and scuffs. All appliances are tested before going out to the show floor. Everything is backed by a 30 day money back guarantee and a year third party warranty. Appliances must be registered with the third party within the first 30 days. OUR PRODUCT/EXPERIENCE: We were able to call ahead and they happened to have both a Bosch 500 (what we were searching for) and 800 (the next level up) dishwasher both in like-new/new condition. We purchased the 800 for about 25% less than MSRP new out of the box with no exterior dings. Once installed a noticeable tention was discovered when the door fully opened but we called WNYA4L and they were out within 24 hours. The technicians were courteous, professional, and thorough. As a female home alone at the time, it is noteable that I was not uncomfortable with the workers at all. Overall, we will probably start at WNY Appliances 4 Less if the need for a home appliance happens upon us.

This is the one we got. Photo from internet.

Today, the parts, service and repair people who were in the back have expanded to the entire facility and are keeping up the tradition of excellence. My 19-year-old dishwasher finally wore out. Me, being "thrifty" aka "cheap" priced a new one at Best Buy, Lowes and Home Depot before heading here. Each of them had a model to fit my requirements (24 inch stainless steel front and tub) on sale. None had the one I wanted on display or in stock. I would have to order and wait. Only Lowes had someone in the store who knew how to find a dishwasher in their system without getting help. The appliance department in Best Buy looks like someone went through and shoved everything into a pile. I saved the best store till last. The dishwasher I wanted was on display in the front of the store. The knowledgeable salesperson knew the price and answered my questions. Within a minute I knew the price here was better than any of the big box prices. I ordered my dishwasher on the spot. It was in stock, delivered, and installed at the date and time promised. Bravo!

We didn't even realize they sold appliances but when our old washer broke we called the owner, Mike, and he professionally told us that it wouldn't be worth repairing such old equipment. We bought a new washer and dryer pair from him at very competitive prices and they were just installed by two young men (Alex and Christian) who were excellent. Efficient, helpful and polite. Will definitely buy future appliances from them.

All Appliances Parts & Service - I had a top control panel dishwasher, but the front panel is a lot better IMHO. This time I got the front panel.

And got rerouted to a call center in another country! This happened 3 times, with the phone numbers to 3 different stores in my area. I was told, stores don't answer the phones, they reroute to a call center. Well, if Best Buy can't be bothered to allow their clerks to answer the phone in a store, they've lost my business. BTW, I asked my question of a call center person, and was told I'd have to physically walk into a store and ask a clerk. Well, I'd do that, but we're in the middle of a 3 day snowstorm, which is why I was trying to call the store in the first place. I really didn't feel like driving 35 miles in a whiteout to see if a store had a certain item in stock. If I'm going to deal with a business that impersonal, I may as well use Amazon. No wonder brick and mortar stores are going under.
