I went in (i live 30 min away mind you) for them to tell me that they dont have the mattress in stock. i was upset but was assured the mattress would come in soon. I called back many time in the upcoming weeks to see if the mattress came, they kept telling me its on some random truck, which they could not get in contact with because the trucking company has no phone number... only an email and they werent getting a response from the truck company. now its been a month, and i have no mattress but they want me to pay for the mattress... I was then told i could come in, get a 10 inch mattress of the same brand and they would throw in a "free" box spring. i again drove 30 minutes to this place and they forgot to inform me that the 10 inch mattress was not the same softness as the one i originally ordered. i ask for corporate numver, they tell me there is no corporate number. i ask for an email, they said they cant give me an email bc that email they use is for employees only.... what the hell bro. They tell me i should go online and submit an inquiry about my frustrations . I then ask for a refund. they say they will keep 50$ of my refund because i had the product on layaway. im very confused as to why they would withhold 50$ if they themselves dont even have the product!!! Today, the parts, service and repair people who were in the back have expanded to the entire facility and are keeping up the tradition of excellence. My 19-year-old dishwasher finally wore out. Me, being "thrifty" aka "cheap" priced a new one at Best Buy, Lowes and Home Depot before heading here. Each of them had a model to fit my requirements (24 inch stainless steel front and tub) on sale. None had the one I wanted on display or in stock. I would have to order and wait. Only Lowes had someone in the store who knew how to find a dishwasher in their system without getting help. The appliance department in Best Buy looks like someone went through and shoved everything into a pile. I saved the best store till last. The dishwasher I wanted was on display in the front of the store. The knowledgeable salesperson knew the price and answered my questions. Mr. Reilly diagnosed the problem as a leaky housing, which costs almost as much as a new washer. He advised against repairing it. While he was here I asked him to replace the belt on my clothes washer. It wasn't spinning up to speed like it should. On examination, the old belt was starting to fail at the splice, so it was replaced. Now my clothes dry in half the time. Service was excellent. Calls were answered. Questions were answered. Claimed they could not put it on my wooden pedestal because it was way too big. It would stick out a foot and a half! Like wow. They left the washer on the floor and off they went. Never made an attempt. KNEW it was too big. Well an hour after they left I hired two neighbors to lift this machine onto my pedestal. It was actually smaller than the dryer I had standing on there. And to top it off, fit perfectly. I would say forget their delivery service and pay your neighbors. Their delivery was not worth the charge. They made zero effort according to their very inaccurate measurements. I would give Edward's a five star but because they delivery left me hanging I can't. The pictures show clearly how the washer fits and it's back farther than the dryer.
