From start to finish, this is one of the best experiences I have had working with a contractor. William came out himself to do the quote. It makes a difference to have the person giving the quote actually be the one doing the work. He talked me through exactly what he would do, what repairs needed to be made before painting, what the outcome would look like and what color matches would work best for the paint vs. stained wood. He gave me an estimated date of when he would start and kept me informed of his exact start time, progress for each day during painting and estimated date of completion. Communication through the process exceeded expectations. William and son painted or stained (as needed) the exterior of my house, including the wood gate, fence, patio, car port overhang and garage. The exterior window trim was peeling badly and needed an extensive amount of repair. William and son took the time and care to bring the 1940's wood trim back to near original condition instead of just painting over the problem. My house also had extensive stucco damage, and they repaired it to match the house exterior as best as could be expected. William explained to me what could be done about the stucco and set realistic expectations of how closely the patch would match the original. What was outstanding about his approach is that he pointed out what may have caused the damage and directed me to have the original root cause fixed or the problem would just happen again. I could not be more pleased with how my house came out. The entire process was painless, the work was as expected and completed by the estimated date. I highly recommend William and son. read more

Moved to a new home and there was work to do. Went to William to do a bunch of interior and exterior work. As always he and his son Billy did an outstanding job. Always friendly, and very helpful with selecting colors and suggesting the repair of some very detailed things that we would have over looked. Fair price. Great work. Could not ask for more. read more

If you're looking for a good painter that is professional, trustworthy, easy to work with, very fair with pricing, attention to details, and most importantly licensed AND insured, look no further, Wm Wall Painting is the company you should hire. They did an excellent job, arrived on time, finished on time, and were very pleasant to work with. They take pride in their work and it really shows. read more

Good communication, the clean up each evening was so nice. We knew each day what we needed to do ahead of time. It's a family business and William worked with us on colors and suggestions. He painted our exterior and repaired boards. I just can't say enough. He painted several of my neighbors after ours, and they had the same experience. read more

If every professional worked the way Wm Wall Painting does, this would be a VERY pleasant world in which to live! You won't find a more professional, responsive, thorough, fair-priced and friendly painting contractor. I contacted Wm Wall Painting through Yelp, as one of the 5-star rated painters in the area. I also got competing quotes from others on Yelp, as well as outside of Yelp. William contacted me within minutes of my initial posting. While the other contractors were reasonably quick contacting, they were either very high-priced or vague in their quotes. William took the time to come over, scope out the project, make excellent recommendations, and then give a very fair price. And it wasn't a 3 minute visit either (like one of the other contractors). He took his time. And I got a thorough written quote. Everything about the project went smoothly. It was an interior paint job in a cavernous living-dining-kitchen space (vaulted ceilings up to 20 feet), plus hallways and doors. He always answered questions in the weeks before the start date. He always arrived on-time. His crew consisted of himself, his son, and a long-time associate. He expertly did all the necessary prep, including disassembly or disconnection of items on the walls, plus fully covering the floors and all surfaces during the work. The job that he did was absolutely splendid, with excellent coverage (two coats) and attention to detail with regard to baseboards, corners and paint lines. He was always available to fully answer questions and to address special attention items, from patch work to the reinstallation of certain wall items. And he and his crew were always polite, pleasant and considerate. At the very end, there were no surprises, and the job was completed perfectly. AND ahead of schedule! We met a tremendous professional whom we would have no problem recommending on any project, and frankly, I feel we've added a friend to our life. It's great meeting a family man who is dedicated to his family, his craft and his customers. We were so happy, we had to take a selfie at the very end. William is the man in the middle! William, thank you again for an outstanding job, and kudos to Billy and Bob for their excellent work. read more

Finally a contractor worthy of writing about and a pleasure to deal with!! William and Billy are just great. Very professional, informative, clean and thorough. William, the owner, was very competitive with pricing, helpful in advising color and did a very complete walk around of the property with me. Discussed all the products that would be be used in advanced and made sure I had no questions before beginning the exterior paint job. They were on time every day and always let me know what the plan for the day would be. They finished the project exactly when they anticipated. Our exterior looks great!! Have already had the neighbors give positive remarks and ask for a referral. Cannot say enough positive things....dont think you will be disappointed! William and William junior made our house feel right. Quick to respond and provided more than a fair project plan. The family team made sure to check every area to be painted to insure the highest quality at every step. Job started and done in 3 days which was spot on for what I needed. The before after show the quality not only the fencing being painted but properly sealing our chimney to keep weather out and a long lasting safe home. Highly recommended for paint stucco chimney protection as well as garage epoxy. Great work William and William Jr! read more

William was absolutely the best! He was so communicative, helpful, transparent with pricing, and finished painting one day early. Him and his son did such a good job and they were both so kind and great to work with. Billy and Will were amazing! They are SO thorough and will work with you for anything you need when it comes to painting. We repainted our entire exterior home and they are perfectionists. They checked in with me every day to make sure I liked everything and gave many opportunities to tweak or catch something if needed (which I never needed to bc they were always precise). They fit us in earlier than what we scheduled and finished earlier than expected! Not to mention they are the friendliest and nicest father son duo. Whenever I was going in or out of the house we chatted and it felt like talking to family. Their pricing is very reasonable and competitive and we couldn't be any happier. It's been almost 5 months since and we still have a beautifully done house that we get so excited still to see when we drive up. These are your painters! read more

Wm Wall Painting - Beautiful paint job, accents, staining on the new wooden wall and fun accent door color! So clean and fresh! - Painters Near Me - Burbank, California

I wanted to share that William Wall Painting was an Excellent Experience!!! Why - William was on time to our bid walk and everyday thereafter when the painting was being performed. We have an older mid-century home that needed some small corrections with wood fascia, cover plates missing, holes / patching and William came up with suggestions to correct and I accepted all of his ideas and said to please include in his price. His attention to detail was what I was looking for. I asked him to paint our Garage Door Trim, Masonry Wall, Chimney, Metal Handrail, Wood Fence, Front Door and of course our Home. We asked William to use Dunn Edwards Evershield on the wood siding of the house and everywhere else to use Aristoshield for high quality and durability. The key to a great paint job is the prep work and William and Will were excellent in taping off our windows before engaging all said surfaces to fix, sand before the first coat of paint was sprayed and or rolled. William and Will were a true to pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their home to be painted with tender, love and care by them. read more

William Wall and his son were fantastic to work with. I had received a couple of other quotes to paint the exterior of my house. William was much more detailed in how he went about evaluating the job and gave a fair price. The combo of father/son did a great job on the house and we recommended them to our direct neighbor who just completed their exterior paint job. I used the Yelp reviews to help me make the decision to hire them and I am glad I did. read more

I cant recommend this guy enough. We needed our back deck repainted and our last painter disappeared. I called and got estimated from 5 different painters and right from the get go he was the most upfront, honest and knowledgeable guy. He walked me through what the process would be, gave great recommendations on colors/ types of paint all this AND HIS QUOTE WAS STILL THE LOWEST!!! Once the day came to get to work he was very punctual (even showed up early one day) and kept me in the loop for the whole process (took about 3 days). On the last day we asked about repainting our back french doors and despite him being booked out for awhile said was able to do that in the same day!!! I will definitely be using him for all of my painting projects in the future and will be recommending him to everyone else. read more

We needed a paint job for our shutters, garage door, front door and some trimming and had no clue who to find that I could trust to do a great job for a fair price. I am so grateful that William from wm wall painting reached out after sending a quote request blast to multiple companies via yelp. He sent an initial estimate that I felt comfortable with although William (the owner of the company btw) wanted to come out to the house to see first hand. I could tell right away when I met him that he takes his craft seriously and has alot of passion and pride in his work. He is very friendly and answered all the questions and concerns I had before accepting his team's services. The job just finished today and my wife and I couldn't be any happier with the finish! Please keep in mind that William only accepts cash or check. This can be a deciding factor for some of you but 100%, if you can swing it go with William and his awesome team that include Fabio and his son, Bill! You will not be disappointed! read more

If I could give more stars, I definitely would. William and Bill, a father and son team, have painted several houses in our neighborhood and the one thing I noticed was their attention to detail and prep work. They explain everything and actually show you the products they use and why they use them. They took extra time to fix problem areas and made sure that my wife and I would be satisfied with the end result. They fixed stuff that other painters couldn't! Our house looks amazing, and it's probably the best paint job this house has ever had in the 70 years it has been around. I didn't even bother getting a second quote, as I knew from seeing his work and how happy my neighbors were that the point was moot. Straight shooting, honest and hardworking, they truly go above and beyond. They stand behind their work and are proud of what they do. I love these guys! Thank You so much William and Bill! read more

I did a lot of research on Yelp for painting for both the exterior and interior of our home and am so glad I chose WM Wall Painting. I contacted many vendors for the job, and after meeting with William and his son, Billy, I knew, this was the company I wanted to hire. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. We were extremely pleased with the job they did. We did not know the correct colors for the interior of the house so it was a bit tricky. But, William and his son, kept working at it to find the perfect match. They are friendly, reliable, honest, hardworking, competitive with pricing, the list goes on and on. We will absolutely be using them in the future for the other work that needs to be done at our home. Look no further, Wm Wall Painting is the company you should hire. You will not be disappointed! Got several different estimates and William gave me a great deal! He owns a local mom and pop shop so he has less overhead to deal with. I hired him to paint the entire outside of my house including stucco, trim and pop outs. He is very easy to work with, extremely accommodating, is punctual and meticulous and does an excellent job. He is not finished yet, but so far I am very pleased! He did all of the work himself along with his son, and they rock! He will be finished is less than a week!! William and his son Bill just finished my home exterior. I'm really happy with the results. They are true experts and William uses his knowledge to help you walk through the various decisions you need to make. He came up with ideas I never thought of. William, his son, and Fabio did a wonderful job painting the entire exterior of our home. They were efficient and patient with all my questions and requests. William went above and beyond to make a big job as painless as possible a process for our family, having entire rooms painted and put back together so our kids could sleep in their own beds again at night. William and his son painted my house in preparation too sell. He was the most reasonable of 7 bids. His bid was thorough and included minor patch work. He made cost saving suggestions as we as we walked through the house knowing we were on a budget. He and his son did all the work including painting some shutters next to the front door that weren't in his bid. He told me he didn't like the way they looked next to the freshly painted door and he already had the paint so he just went ahead. Bill is my hero. He truly did the impossible - I had a major RUSH job, and he got his crew over and painted my entire kitchen and two linen closets in two days. TWO DAYS. And they are beautiful. Bill did the whole first day himself, and his work is flawless. His crew joined him the next day and got it done - not as perfectly as Bill, but that probably is not possible. (Not just because my time frame was absurd but because Bill has been at this his whole life and is just excellent.) Work quality still gets 5 stars because it is gorgeous despite the short period. Bill answered every question I had, not just about the paint job but about the bigger project of updating my condo. I was very appreciative of his expertise, and he genuinely cared about giving me good advice and options to consider. Finally, Bill is just a GOOD GUY. Really amicable and a delightful contractor.
