They have your usual fare of Malaysian cuisine, but everyone I see will include the classic Hainanese chicken and rice in their order. Since the chicken is steamed without any overpowering spices, the texture is important to get right. You want tender chicken, but not overly so to the point of mushy. This type of chicken needs to have the right amount of "bite", and I think they hit the nail on the head. That paired with the flavorful sauce and rice makes a great combination. I also tried their beef rendang, and while it was tasty, the portion of beef seemed very small to me. However, I came for the chicken, and it did not disappoint.
