Vegetarian Flatbread, chicken wrap, Irish Benedict, Pumpkin Pancakes, Reuben (if you can see that far out)

Vegetarian flatbreads can often be an afterthought on food menus. Not here! Loaded with diced vegetables and greens, seasoned and splashed with balsamic onion jam and basil aioli, it is a delicious and filling meal. Fish and chips 5/5 as well, onion rings are a welcome addition. Group tried three varieties of wraps served with fries, everyone loved the fries. Irish Benedict and Reuben Sandwich. Pumpkin Pancakes were the only downside, too salty and bland. Service was fantastic, interiors were clean and inviting.

Needed a nice ice cold drink after walking around in the heat in Salem! Stumbled upon this restaurant and it only seemed fitting. We were sat immediately and the vibes were instantaneous! Music was amazing. 2000s pop was jamming and my friend and I instantly started jamming out and dancing. Ordered some calamari, a chicken quesadilla, margarita. Calamari was good, not the best but not bad either. Chicken quesadilla was delicious, very flavorful and actually a big quesadilla. My friend and I decided to order their $5 mystery shots. It tasted like one of those caramel hard candies. Not bad for $5. Plenty of seating and all employees were super friendly and efficient. Great location and a nice resting point if you are touring Salem. If im ever in the area, definitely will be returning.

I went here for dinner alone and ate at the bar. The service was nice. I ordered the chicken pesto panini with fries. They were both great. There wasn't a lot of patrons when I was here. The bathrooms were clean and it's located right next the parking garage so the location is great. I would definitely come back here.

Our waitress was great! Was Sat outside and she came and helped right away. Our food came quickly too. You have to order the Brie and fig appetizer! And the buffalo wings were great.

The food was good, BUT... We had a large group of folks that had preordered their food from a pared down menu. When we arrived, they didn't do a great job of getting each person what they'd ordered. Some of us never got our dessert, even though it had been paid for. Employees on site were unable to make satisfactory adjustments (like how about you comp my cocktail because I didn't get my dessert?). Even though the food was good, the overall experience was definitely lacking.

Everyone was so kind here. Our waitress checked in on us many times to make sure we liked our food. Ambiance was relaxed. I mean even with the line outside, I feel like people were in and out pretty quick. We didn't feel rushed! Fish and chips 6/10: The fish itself was decent. I almost thought the outside coating was pale although crispy. Chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream 7/10: Nothing bad to say. It was a great pairing. Chocolate mousse cake 11/10: I'm just saying but... me and my friends were still talking about this cake DAYS after coming here. This is your sign to order this !!

This is the kids chicken nuggets. I sadly didn't get a picture of my meal.

The food was very good at witchside tavern. My food came pretty fast and the service was excellent. I would come back here for sure. Not only I enjoyed the food, my family loved their food too. It had cute painting of witches on the walls, which is perfect because were in Salem, aka witch city. It had a mystical feel. They were playing music and had a great Playlist. They just need to clean their bathrooms better. Overall I had a great time.

Great food. Great service . Great ambiance. Classy not tacky. The poison apple drink was on point. Definitely worth checking out if you are ever in Salem

It's ok. The ambience is if a sports pub decided to have more witchy themes and every TV played something other than sports. The good? Service was quick, friendly and our waters never went without being filled quickly and our finished plates were cleared in an extremely timely manner. The food is none offensive, very American (flatbreads, sandwiches, burgers, you get the gist), and everything came out completely edible but nothing to write home about. Good place to grab a quick bite to eat and fill yourself for a long day of walking around the charming city of Salem!

We came to Salem to explore and after a few tours, decided to stop here for drinks and appetizers. Since it's Halloween season, there was a line when we arrived, but the wait for our group of four was only about 20 minutes. The place had a lively vibe with old-school R&B playing and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. We tried the margarita flight, which was too sweet for my taste, but would be great for anyone who likes sweeter cocktails. I also had the mystery shot, which surprisingly tasted pretty good. Service was a little slow getting our order in, but given the Halloween crowds, it was understandable. For food, we ordered the nachos and flatbread both were solid choices. I also got the Witch's Brew cocktail, which was supposed to come with a souvenir cup, but unfortunately, they were out by the time I ordered.

There was a line to get in. Staff just told me to stand in line. There was no name to put down or reservations. Just stand and hope you're it out there too long. I have seen people move along. I finally went in about 20mins later. Waitress was friendly and easy to speak with. They had a nice margarita flight option and a mystery shot for $5. Loaded nachos and egg rolls (Philly cheesesteak and buffalo chicken combo). It was crispy and flavorful. It was cooler inside than outside because of the air conditioner on blast. But overall it was a nice place and decor suits the area

Perhaps they were understaffed but service was very slow. Food was fine. Would probably not go back.

We just went in and dropped a worthy $80 on lunch - 2 tequila mules, a special of buffalo bites (if u are lucky and these are on special again - order them!). Chicken kabob sandwich - juicy, perfectly grilled chicken and my husband got the mouth-watering pastrami sandwich. We packed half of it up for dinner tonight. I only gave 4 stars due to the lousy, noisy, raunchy bar flies. They couldn't care less about other customers as they were shouting and cussing away. Having a conversation with my husband was impossible. The bartender, who was 5 stars in her service to us, attempted to remind these people to stop yelling. I understand being a local, as I am one, and it makes me want to keep my favorite places in business. However, disruptive and rude bar flies should be shut out ff earlier and asked to leave or at the very least pipe down. Ultimately, I highly recommend anyone local or out of town to try The Tin Whistle for the food and service. Maybe try one of the tall comfy wooden booths would make for a better atmosphere.

After walking by earlier, we decided on the Shanty for dinner. We ordered some of the fried cheese curds for an appetizer with a couple drinks and each got the lobster roll. The cheese curds were delicious and did not last long. The lobster roll came with fries. The lobster was great! Everything tasted fresh and I really enjoyed the softness of the bread with the lobster. The fries were not as great. Just something about them didn't hit like I hoped. Our server was great and the restaurant was busy but not packed so it felt nice and relaxed for our meal. The lobster roll is listed at market price so make sure you take note of that when you order. I think they were around $40 each which is a little pricey. We would definitely come back whenever we have a craving for lobster in Salem.

They have a "rule" that you should walk outside the building to get to the restrooms, and the dude is policing this rule since he has nothing to do. Need an extra bowl to split the soup? No worries, the dude will lecture your elderly parents his unsolicited opinions on how the soup will spill everywhere, so you shouldn't do it. Funny enough, the same dude spilled the soup all over the place when he was bringing them to us. Aside from the rude dude, prices are insane. We are not even in peak season, so they are serving the locals but their prices have a 50% or so markup from industry average. ($40 for a small and $60 for a large lobster roll). They have an automatic 20% gratuity on parties of 3 or more, so they get rewarded on their bad service no matter what. I highly recommend avoiding this dump.

When the second bartender came out from around the bar, we perked up, only to find them addressing yet another couple that arrived after us. We got zero drinks, we got zero acknowledgment. For a bar that says "all souls welcome", we certainly did not feel it.
