Simply the most amazing delicious juicy ooey gooey luscious indulgent burgers, fries and chicken sandwiches you'll ever taste. Incredible. Worth the stop. Fast casual atmosphere with a cute patio and friendly servers. It is not cheap we paid $90 for three sandwiches and a side of AMAZING truffle fries and some soft drinks. But the sizes are huge even for the single burgers and they are WORTH EVERY PENNY!

CGK's Salem outpost is a shared space with East Regiment Beer Co. Lots of brick and natural wood in the tables make it a cozy environment. More importantly, the burgers are of the same high quality as in their Malden and Boston (Newbury Street) locations. The beef is strong in flavor but delicate in feel, which is perfect. Great crust for contrast-- they call them smash burgers, but they're a little thicker (that's a good thing) and much, much juicier, which is why I love them. Several interesting configurations to choose from and you really can't go wrong with any.

Great staff, love the patio, and the flavors of the food were amazing!!! We stopped in late night after on a trip and there was a walking tour that stopped here at the end who said it's some of the locals' favorite food!

Expensive menu, with only a slight pay off. My family enjoyed the hot mess burger (very reminiscent of freddys if you've ever tried them!), and the blue milkshake. The loaded fries were kind of a hot mess, but I have teenagers so we ate them regardless. Their ranch was the bomb! Loved how much dill was in it. Would consider coming again.

After eating Fish every day on our visit to Salem. We needed BEEF found this on Yelp and they do NOT disappoint! It's in side the the East Regiment Brewery! You will miss it -but worth the time to find. It's sooo good ! First bite I had to stop and just enjoy the flavors. Fries were excellent too. And to add to it. Friendly people here ! Did I mention the beer is excellent too. Got a flight Make this your stop for a great burger

The food visually was beautiful, the burger was seasoned and built nice and the milkshake was delicious, we got a Nutella milkshake so thick no point of a straw it was basically ice cream, ate with a spoon delicious tho! The cheese fries were ok the fries were good it was the cheese that was slightly off. The ambience is different from the Newbury st location because this one shares a space with a beer tap. Service was excellent! 7.5/10

This burger was amazing. They say it's a secret but whatever they do to make these crispy, medium cooked, juicy burgers is amazing.

Great burgers! Nice to have a more local spot than five guys for a good one. A little salty, but I guess that's to be expected.

We just went in and dropped a worthy $80 on lunch - 2 tequila mules, a special of buffalo bites (if u are lucky and these are on special again - order them!). Chicken kabob sandwich - juicy, perfectly grilled chicken and my husband got the mouth-watering pastrami sandwich. We packed half of it up for dinner tonight. I only gave 4 stars due to the lousy, noisy, raunchy bar flies. They couldn't care less about other customers as they were shouting and cussing away. Having a conversation with my husband was impossible. The bartender, who was 5 stars in her service to us, attempted to remind these people to stop yelling. I understand being a local, as I am one, and it makes me want to keep my favorite places in business. However, disruptive and rude bar flies should be shut out ff earlier and asked to leave or at the very least pipe down. Ultimately, I highly recommend anyone local or out of town to try The Tin Whistle for the food and service. Maybe try one of the tall comfy wooden booths would make for a better atmosphere.

For food, we shared the Nachos, Clam Chowder and Whipped Feta. Everything was really good including the drinks. I wish we would have either ordered more food to try or came back for another meal. I loved the vibe and interior of The Tavern - it was spooky and old timey. You could see and feel the history of this hotel and it was awesome to experience. The dining room had a bunch of tables, but did not feel overcrowded. The Tavern is a great place to grab a drink and relax. It would also make great for a romantic date night. I also loved that the lobby was decorated with a bunch of pumpkins. Staff were also very friendly and attentive! I would absolutely come back here the next time we are in town! Check them out - you won't be disappointed!

It's not a true hidden speakeasy since the sister restaurant upstairs, the Dire Wolf Tavern, has signage on the street for it, but I didn't care - the drinks just looked beautiful, and the moody decor was so on trend for Salem without hitting you over the head in a touristy way. We walked down some pretty steep steps after having dinner at the DWT - not sure if there's another entrance or not, but seems a little accessibility challenged. We sat in some of the low down, trendy looking, cushy chairs, and had to order drinks at the bar. Table service would have been nicer, especially for what they're charging for a cocktail. I asked for a pretty drink I'd seen online in a coupe glass with foam and purple and yellow almost flower shapes in the foam, but was told it was from an old menu. No big deal, I figured as such since it was an older photo online. I ordered the Midsommar cocktail without egg white (was very excited to see Creme de Violette on a menu, but the flavor was more mild than I hoped). It was pretty good, and quite strong. I wasn't over the moon in love with it - I actually liked the drink options upstairs better lol - but it was quite good and made quickly. This spot would be great for a photoshoot, I'm dying to get a spot at the unique lit up circular bar they have. It started getting busier and louder later into the night, but when we first arrived it was nice and calm and relatively quiet. I'd go back to try more specialty cocktails, but for $20 including tip for 1 drink that was honestly quite small, it feels a bit like an overpriced tourist spot. Very fun to visit but not great if you want to be having multiple drinks. I'm glad we went and would try it out again for sure.
