Decent prices for single slices of pizza but dang it takes them forever to get their food out and the dude at the cash register was a legitimate jerk. I don't know if "wiseguy" is code for anything and they're just trying to be in character but the guy was a punk to me and then he popped off to my dad and we just had normal questions and we're enjoying vacation. Perfect. Fresh pizza by the slice (baked per slice post-order) was quick and great tasting. I was passing through town, following several days in the backcountry hiking/camping, not expecting to find much on a busy holiday weekend Sunday afternoon., however, I was very pleasantly surprised with this place. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought 3 slices of pizza and a salad for my 10 yr old son and myself. Spent $20 and gave $4 tip at register before service. We sat down and waited a long time for them to reheat 3 slices. But no big deal. We dicided we wanted another slice. I gave my son my card to order. The young man rudely told my son, if using a debit card they had a minimum $5 policy per order, even though the slice was $3.67. I tried to explain that I had already spent $20 plus a $4 tip. But he refused still. So I said, I'll you what how about you then give me back the $4 tip and I will buy the slice that way with the cash. Yet he refused to give me back my tip. So I feel like they stole my $4 tip! This gentleman was so rude and aggressive a and really a complete jerk. STAY AWAY.. unless you want terrible customer service and like theives. PS. We were exhausted from a full day of outdoor activities in Ketchum and didn't feel like getting ready to go out to dinner. I asked a local where the best takeout pizza was in the area and she said she liked Wiseguy Pizza. We wanted to get it delivered but they said they were really backed up with deliveries and it would take over an hour. So instead I placed an order and picked it up 25 minutes later - which was really no big deal since it was nearby. It was ready when I arrived and you can park right out front and put your flashers on. We got the Wise Guy pizza and a house salad. Everything was good - not the best or the worst pizza we have ever had. It was what we expected and we were happy with it. Despite the fact that we were the only people at this pizza joint at 8 PM on a Saturday, the food and service were on point. Thus the sparse Saturday night crowd was not a result of service or food...the true Idahoans ordered their pizza for delivery and stayed away from the cold. We started with an Idaho brewed beer, a regular size of the house salad (perfect for three people to share) and a 14-inch margarita pizza for around $40. We had two slices leftover. Stopped by this pizza place while vacationing in Sun Valley, Idaho. Very good pizza and the price was great too (about $18 for a large two topping pie). Thin crust with a little "girth", but just right! The sauce was amazing and the cheese and toppings were very fresh. Ate on the sidewalk dining area and enjoyed the fantastic weather. A great beer selection (I recommend the River Bend Ale from Oregon). Two sizes (pint and 52OZ mug). Drop by if you are ever in Sun Valley on vacation (highly recommended). read more

I ordered a pizza for pick up and ended up having a beer there and chatting with the locals about the weather and predicted snowfall. No nonsese and no snootyness. I loved the pizza, got the anti-greek pizza which was great, it doesnt beat out rico's pizza but the price is a hell of a lot better, plus if your looking for a laid back environment where you can where your after ski gear this is the place. Me and a few friends came in and had 2 separate orders. We ordered over the phone (without looking at prices), when we went to pay we were shocked at the price of the pizza. We willingly payed for it, even though we were shocked, but the bad review is from the lady at the front (wish I would've asked for a name). She asked our first order if we wanted to tip, we said no, she then proceeded to push for a tip after we had already denied. With our second order we denied a tip as well, and she said "wow you too?". Not only is this frustrating for how overpriced the pizza is, but also the demanding nature of asking for a tip. read more

They have an excellent selection of beer on draft (including Ninkasi and Deschutes...three cheers for OR beers!) You can order 2 different sizes of beer. They also had a couple of wines to select from (I went with the malbec, hefty pours but the wine was a bit warm, I know I was ordering wine when I should have gotten beer). For dinner we ordered the greek salad, the small garlic knots and a 14" Dirty Bird (chicken, red onions, tomatoes, garlic and feta). I knew we were in for a treat when the garlic knots were sinfully good. The crust on the pizza was A+ and the toppings superb. This would definitely be my go-to pizza place in town. Great place for no nonsense darn good pizza. Went there after a day on the water fishing, I was beat and hungry. I ordered the Fat Guy pizza, Salami, Pepperoni, Sausage, Ham and Bacon. it was fantastic. I ordered the pizza for take out and had the perfect amount of time to have a pint of a local brew at the counter while I waited. Heck, they even had the Mariner's game on! Excellent thin crust pie in downtown Ketchum. We stopped in this place following the recommendation of our hotel front desk clerk, and we were very pleased. There are plenty of microbrews on tap, and the pizza is quite delicious. The house salad was a bit flavorless, but it was the middle of winter in central Idaho, so tasty tomatoes and cucumbers might be asking too much. Very casual atmosphere with a friendly staff seemingly comprised entirely of snowboarders. As for price, a 14" specialty pizza, salad for two, an iced tea and a large Dead Guy ale came in at $23. WHOA! i ordered one slice of cheese pizza. i was treated very poorly by their employee who needs anger management, may he get the help he needs. i ordered a slice of cheese pizza and said, for the first time (i've been here many times), if you could please not burn it. his response, DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO! EVERYBODY turned around i replied, standing my ground bc he scared me a bit. if you give me a burnt slice i won't eat it. YES YOU WILL. so i said, please be an adult and do the right thing. he muttered, i haven't done the right thing since i was 16 years old. he took out the slice of BURNT (they always burn the cheese in ketchum, NOT in hailey) pizza and did not hand it to me, thank god. not sure what i would have done. he put another slice in. anyway, i usually really like this place but i have had 7 cheese slices and they always burn it. i decided to ask nicely not to have it burned. and the guy totally burned me.
