He also told me that these thermostats function without the batteries even though my experience tells me that they need batteries to work. Lastly, he advised that my built in humidifier was wired wrong and he should add extra parts such as wiring and transformers to correct it. That humidifier has been working great for me for at least 10 years. I'm giving them 3 stars because they came out quickly and did give me a good furnace cleaning. Again, I just don't know.

The unit itself had a minor issue after two weeks, however, Lamont came by without hesitation to corrected the issue. In addition to installing our HVAC, Lamont repaired our shower unit, added a piece to our gutter to redirect rain water leaking into our garage, added a security cage to the HVAC unit and put in a screen to keep birds from getting into our attic. We would not have been able to complete that project without the efforts of All Pro Heating and Cooling. It is not enough to say just that, however. An understanding of the situation we were in when we contracted with All Pro is needed. We had originally contracted with for the entirety of the project went out of business shortly after completing the rough sheet metal work, they had wired in the variable dampers and pulled the line sets. Most of that work was done well, with some minor issues related to the line sets. The remaining hardware: furnaces, condensers, split units, and control system we on order to now out of business HVAC contractor. Some of the materials ordered had been delivered, some had not. Most components had been ordered some had not. The control wiring was not labeled and some of the control wiring was wired incorrectly. So as you can see my project was in a bad state, making matters worse there was no one at the original company to speak with about any of this. All Pro Heating and Cool stepped in a took over the project successfully identifying the shortcomings, either re-ordering or working through the various supply houses to find and complete the materials list and testing all aspects of the work performed by the previous subcontractor. This was no small feat and would have been expected of any replacement contractor. However, Dave and his team did this well and communicated with us regarding schedule, material tracking and performed all inspections as needed without complaint or extra charges, blamed on not understanding the scope of work. Should I ever need HVAC or plumbing subcontractors in the Indianapolis area again the first company I will be calling is All Pro Heating and Cooling. They can and will meet or exceed your expectations as they did mine. Thank you Dave see you on the next one.

Jonathon came out the same day, fixed the leak, cleared my slow moving drain and was in and out in less than an hour! He was also professional, polite and 100% cleaned up the work area. Could not be more impressed and pleased with this company and its owner, Wyatt. Our '78 gas boiler…read morestopped working right dead in the middle of winter. Thankfully we had a heat pump to get us by but that thing was reaching the end of its life. We had five companies come out to quote us a laundry list of things with the main items being a new package unit, and removing the old boiler and heat pump. Wyatt was the only one who bothered to get down into the crawl, took photos, and showed us issues we didn't know were there. Additionally, he sealed up all the duct seams, ran a dedicated duct to a room way across the house that now feels comfortable, a new Ecobee thermostat, Halo air purifier, a new return setup, and a few other much needed repairs... NONE of which he tried to upsell me on, but I was the one who pointed out most of these issues to which he had solid solutions that fit our budget. I'm sure I'm missing something! He spent almost an entire week here working his tail off so that we'd have reliable heat ASAP. He was very reasonably priced, polite, and an absolute pleasure to work with. No doubt we'll be reaching out to him again!

Each one had different ideas and different prices. By the time I contacted Roy Rogers I felt like there was no hope. That i would just be out of AC for most of the summer. Roy was able to get to me as quick as he could. He also offered me the ability to finance what I couldn't pay right away and had a brand new unit and new wiring for my AC within the same week.
