Our heat went out the other night. I had to call Beesons Mechanical Services in Whiteland after hours. Craig came out and was able to restore heat for us electric/emergeny heat. Craig came back a few days later and thoroughly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it. He is hard working, knowledgeable, professional and was courteous. We thank him and appreciate him. I have had Beesons for many years. Staff have always been professional and courteous and able to provide service to me whether it is a furance, ac, hot water heater, humidifier or install electrical in my bedrooms for ceiling fans. I wish I could give them zero stars but that's not an option. We rented an RV from their business and they gave us an agreement, The owner went into a mental hospital and then changed all the rules and hired a lawyer to help her lie. Just check it out on my case under their last name. It's sick. Ask yourself, would you want to do business with people who do business this way? The choice is yours but the facts remain the same. Wesley was real polite, knowledgeable, and eased my mom's mind when he didn't see anything wrong with her furnace, and she had 2 different companies to come out and say that there was something wrong with her furnace and was needing a new furnace and Wesley reassured her that there wasn't any cracks and she didn't need a new furnace. Thang was the servicer. He seems to be a nice person which I appreciate. He did the job that was required. I'm particularly concerned about sicknesses do I try to clear off my cabinets of anything that may be infected accidentally and he waited in the garage until I did that.
