Well I have known Mr Brewer for 10 years and am willing to put my name to the fact that Mr Brewer is honest and has the utmost integrity in his business operations. That's what you want, right? Someone you can trust. When you find someone trustworthy there is no stress. You know the quality will be great, you know the price will be fair. You know they will go the extra mile to install equipment right, using the best resources. Just the other day I was in my furnace room and noticed another thing they did above and beyond the call of duty of workmanship. Safety is another thing you won't have to worry about. The technicians take care to be safe, the workmanship is such that you know your home and family will be safe. Also I appreciated the fact that they even did all the paperwork to get me rebates for high efficiency energy saving products. Brewer Heating & Cooling takes care of our home and business. They are always: On Time, professional, and polite. The installation team has installed new units on the roof at G&P Machinery and recently installed a new system in our home. It was raining the day they installed the system in our home and the team still got the job done and left the house cleaner than when they arrived! I noticed the first few months, our electric costs have gone down significantly vs. the same months last year, we're very happy with the system and the warm feeling in the house. I'm always happy to see their employees do an excellent job and communicate very well, I've never had a problem with billing or scheduling and they are very prompt in taking care of their customers! Brewer Heating & Cooling replaced our entire system with a new Energy Efficient Trane Heat Pump and Gas Furnace. Isaac calculated the return on investment, and we are actually ahead of pace! The Trane products are fantastic. Isaac recommended products that we can adjust the system remotely via wireless internet. Recently we vacationed in Mexico, my mother-in-law stayed in our house. I was able to check the temps throughout our house and make adjustments from Mexico to make sure she was comfortable. Today was third time I have had Brewer Heating & Cooling check my heating system for proper cooling and heating. Josh did a VERY thorough job checking not only the heat pump and furnace but the thermostat as well. All aspects of concern and questions I had were thoroughly explained in language I could understand. Was very impressed with the knowledge Josh had and the time he took to explain system to me. Brewer's installed our heating and cooling system in 2010 and we have been very happy with the system and all of the service people who come twice a year to do routine checks. Recently the service person, Steve, found the answer to our concern that the unit was not cooling as well as in the past. He identified the problem, discussed it with us, made the necessary contacts, and arranged for the needed parts. He returned early the next morning to make the repairs. I always prefer to support local, family owned businesses and wish I had found Brewer years ago. They were great at communicating to me what was going on at my rental property and did not try to "sell me a transmission when all I needed was an oil change," which I've experienced in the past. Most recently, I came home to a very cold house during this past winter due to a burned out heat limit switch. Note to self...change the filter regularly.
