We've invested $20,000+ worth of repairs with Peterman over the course of four years, along with the $17/month membership. We live in an old house, so it sadly came with the territory and we had to hire their services for repairs that were beyond our skill level. Our trust with them came to a screeching halt when the time came that I needed to speak with management. We've had an almost 3-year HVAC issue, where five different technicians kept doing leak searches (and charged us for all of them) with no offers for long-term solutions. After my initial call to hopefully address this, it took about a week for them to send me a text offering the minimum possible resolution without even speaking to me. Conveniently, the call-back number they sent didn't work, either. It just goes to show that their management doesn't have the professionalism or courage to have actual conversations with loyal customers. They all hide behind the veil of their customer experience team who unfortunately don't make the decisions. My experience with Peterman Brothers has been very disappointing. They installed a new HVAC system for me in April 2022. Within the first year, the system began short cycling due to an improperly sized lineset that should have been replaced during the original installation. After paying around $10,000 for the system, I was then told it would cost an additional $1,700 to fix their mistake. After months of back-and-forth, they eventually corrected it. Now, just three years later, my heat pump is completely frozen. I was given conflicting information from 2 different techs who were sent out, and ultimately quoted about $3,000 to replace a defrost board and condenser coil sensor--despite those parts being covered under a 10-year warranty. Given the prolonged stress the system endured from the original installation issue, it's very reasonable to question whether this premature failure is related. Customer service has also been frustrating, with poor communication and difficulty getting callbacks. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Very disappointing furnace installation. It started with them not bringing the correct grill for the return. Despite it being on the work order. They used the same grill which I am not convinced is correct. I called on Friday and told the service department that I did not need a new thermostat. I was told they would notify installation to take it off. The tech said they couldn't because it was included in the order. They would just leave by furnace. Told them to forget it and just install. I put in a Goodman system because it worked well in my previous homes. After installation I was told they would told that two gas valves did not work and they would have to order part. Then they would reach out to schedule. The tech even said he "hates when this happens". So why is Peterman even selling this system. Yesterday Peterman Brothers came out to look at our heating unit and told us we needed a new burner, but that it couldn't be replaced until Monday. At the time, the unit was still working--just intermittently. After the technician left, the heat never turned back on. I called Peterman Brothers and was told they couldn't send anyone back out until the following day. With temperatures at -2°, we were forced to find somewhere else to stay for the night. This morning I had another HVAC company come out. They immediately found that the Peterman technician had not turned the gas back on and had also reinstalled one of the burners incorrectly. The new company had replacement burners on hand, installed them easily that same morning, and charged about half of what Peterman Brothers had quoted. I've been a member for a while, but the quality of service has clearly gone downhill. Leaving a family without heat in subzero temperatures due to basic oversight--and then being unable to respond--is unacceptable. The fact that another company resolved the issue immediately and at a much lower cost only added to the frustration. I hope Peterman Brothers takes a serious look at their service standards and training, because this experience was extremely disappointing. Also one other note. I purchased a unit a little over a year ago. When we turned on the air, it was not getting cold and making noises. I have the service agreement ( no one has ever contacted me to schedule the routine check like I was sold). I called them to look at and they said it needed a new condenser and the estimate is $5674.00 . I called Peterman Brothers to look at my leaking AC in July 2025 during 90-degree temps. The AC was on, blowing cold air, and working. I had a clogged condensate drain line, which Peterman Brothers fixed last year. The technician, Jake, was horrible; he did not fix the problem and turned off my AC unit until we could meet in person to "discuss the issue". This was a part of his high-pressure sale tactics to sell me a $35K heat pump solution and their Peterman Protection Club membership. They also sold me an Ecobee smart thermostat for $800 (because it was "in the truck" and ordering would take 1-2 weeks). The same thermostat is $139 at Lowes (before any discounts). This was the beginning of a horrible experience with mold, overpriced thermostats and equipment, poor workmanship, and worse customer service. This was never resolved by them and their management team (Michelle) refused to escalate and finally stopped returning my calls. I did not have AC for a week and a half. I had to call another company to come and replace my heat pump and AC; comparable unit for $12K. I am a former customer that will never use Peterman Brothers again. read more

So I will just say it $513 to diagnose where a Freon leak is $2400 for Freon and $4200 to replace a compressor on a Goodman heat pump. I purchased a membership that would allow me free or discounted services, as well as faster service, in some cases. Several weeks ago, I made three different appointments with them: HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. For two of these appointments I asked my daughter or a friend to be at my house during the window they said they would come ('afternoon'). For the third, no one was available so I took the afternoon off of work, using my PTO. All three times the company cancelled within an hour of their appointment window. I understand that sometimes jobs take longer than expected. But 0 for 3? My time is valuable, too. I expressed my displeasure, cancelled my membership, and requested a membership refund. I was told they do not offer any refunds. I cannot recommend Peterman Brothers. They are unreliable. read more

The first quote, Aug 30th, indicated that the igniter is bad and needs replacement, at about $400+. Tech (Collin) did not check the ohms across the igniter, which would have suggested that the igniter was not broken. Replaced igniter and it didn't fix problem I checked ohms myself and it's value was 49 ohms the same as a new igniter so not defective. Another visit after I returned from a vacation - Sept 24th, indicates a need for a control board, which is likely correct from my understanding. However, the tech didn't check if the output to the igniter was 120 Volts - I checked it after he visited. It never reaches 120 V, stays at about 9 V before the gas valves opens, and doesn't glow, so it doesn't ignite. This occurs three times, and then error 34 appears. If ignition is done manually, it ignites without error codes and runs the proper sequences. Tech (Collin) also did not check the voltage on the board for the igniter in case of an issue with the wires. Quote for board replacement over $3000 and another for $2000 (unclear what 'premium vs. economy price' means). I asked for the part number that would be used, as I wanted to ensure the correct part is used - new and not refurbished. The newest superseded part is HK42FZ088, obtained by using the Carrier app and furnace model 59MN7A100V211222. The part should cost about $600 new (online), plus the cost of installation. Let's say 2 hours for travel and installation, on the high side. Collin would not provide me with the part number that would be used - newer parts superseded multiple part numbers, so I wanted to ensure I was getting the Carrier's most recent recommendation. Tech didn't like that I'm an engineer and asking questions, and I do understand how the Carrier Infinity unit works and cycles. Additionally, my adult children are Purdue electrical engineers, so we are not intimidated by a furnace's electrical system. We do have to read up on them, but it's not that difficult. If the price were more reasonable and the tech less defensive, I would have used them. Instead, I called a different company today that had installed the system 10 years ago, and we had used them until this attempt to try Peterman Brothers - that was a mistake for sure. Update next day 9/26/2025: Star Heating and Cooling (Ryan - he was excellent and had no issues with me being there and discussing the system in detail. He performed a comprehensive check of the system, including ohms and voltages, and brought the correct board with them, the HK42FZ088. He then showed me the board number and installed it to verify if the problem was resolved, which it was. Ryan also made a minor adjustment to one of the switches, which may resolve an issue with an error code that appeared every year on extremely cold days (single-digit temperatures) since the unit was installed. Price was significantly lower than Peterman Brothers' quote, and I did not share their pricing with Star Heating and Cooling. read more

My furnace went out 11/29/25, PB tech came out 12/1 and tried to sell me a service contract 1st thing. Listed 2 items that might be bad, The inducer motor because of hum and pressure switch because trouble light showed an open switch which it would do without inducer pressure. He also said the blower motor could go out. He said I need an inducer and switches (2). I said ok to the inducer and he said don't be mad at him if they are bad. He tried to sell me a new furnace since mine was 15 yrs old. Ordered part, came back 12/5 wrong part, returned 12/11, installed part and said bad switch. You have been without heat for 13 days and you should get a new furnace. You can talk to the sales rep and have heat tomorrow. I would be without heat another week, pay $1000 for two $50 switches. I purchased a furnace for $6500 which is $1000 more than other companies. Poor service with no heat 10 days due to CSR, Dispatch, wrong part. Upsell, predatory sales, profit over service. The switches were never hooked up on reinstall. Tech got what he wanted, sold a service contract and made a new furnace sale. I feel that I should be compensated for no heat due to their poor service, predatory sale tactic during the upcoming weather warning. I feel $1500 is fair compensation. I forgot, Thomas took a picture of the heat exchanger which had a black line across the top which looked like it was made with a marker. He said a group would look at it and decide if it needed replaced. He again said he would get a new furnace since mine was 15 rs old. I told him it was under lifetime warranty. The other outside job entailed putting in a clean out trap and replacing a cast iron sewer connection with PVC. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this company. We've had a membership with Peterman Brothers for over four years soon after we bought our first house. I thought we found a gem, and we've hired them to do many projects, including putting in a new AC unit. We've probably paid them $10,000+ over the years. However, our latest experience with them was so awful and is seriously the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. I am floored at how horrible we were treated. Last month we had a plumbing maintenance check, and they found bits of a dead roach inside the electrical panel of the water softener unit in the garage mud room. The plumber (Tom) acted rudely and kept saying things like "I have to think of my children" as he ran out of our home. They said we needed to do a pest inspection before they can service our home, which is fine and we agreed. We paid for an inspection by a A+ BBB pest control company, and they found we did not have any bug problems. We showed Peterman Brothers the receipt, and the plumbing appointment was rescheduled. The next plumber supposedly found a live roach that he claims to have squished with his foot but SHOWED NO EVIDENCE of this actually happening. He too ran out of the home with very little explanation, and a "no service" hold was placed on our account. We had the pest inspector come back, and he confirmed again that we did not have a problem. We also put out bug traps and have caught zero roaches. When I spoke to the Zach (customer service rep), he did not even try to explain his company's response or address my concerns and would only say we could "cut ties." When I explained that the inspections were clear, he suddenly changed the policy and said they'd need evidence of a "full scale extermination," which was not recommended by the pest control company. I get that a plumbing company needs a bug control policy, but the way this was done was exceedingly unkind, rude, and outright insulting. We did everything we were supposed to do and were treated horribly. I called to cancel my membership today and was told they had already done it without even telling us. After 4 years with this company, I am so shocked and disappointed. Based on other reviews, it appears they have changed their business model. I suspect they no longer wanted our service and tried to find a way to insult us out of our membership so they can raise rates. We have used Petermann Brothers for a number of years. They always give great service, and have very friendly servicemen. We had them come to clear a clog in our drain, and also to replace our garbage disposal. The person who came to do the work was very friendly, respected our home, and was great with our dog. The price for any of this kind of work is always very high, but theirs doesn't seem as bad as many. I am happy with the work that they did, for the price that they charged. And it's always nice that when they come to do the work we request, whether it be plumbing or working on our air conditioner or furnace, which we also had them replace a few years ago, they are always friendly, get the job done quickly, and get out of our way. read more

Peterman Brothers - Greenwood, IN Peterman Brothers tried to scam my 80-year-old mother during a routine service call for a gas furnace tune-up. After completing the inspection, the technicians said the furnace needed replacement because it was over 35 years old and worn out. My mother agreed to the cost and payment plan between both parties. Since she is on a fixed income, she applied for and was approved for a $35,000 loan. The technicians worked diligently on the removal and installation of the new HVAC system. During the installation of the panels, the technician said there was an arch when the metals contacted each other, unsure if there was an active wire in the system. The technicians recorded the problem, showed the video to my mother, and said an electrician would be needed to check the wiring. They informed my mother that an electrician was en route. When the electrician arrived, he performed routine checks. He told my mother he had good news and bad news-- the good news he could not reproduce the issue, and the bad news--that the house was not up to code. Speaking to an elderly woman whose 938-square-foot house was built in 1920, he used fear tactics, stressing the urgency to fix the alleged fire hazard within weeks. He emphasized the risk by asking or stating: Do you run your dryer while watching TV? Don't run your microwave and run your vacuum at the same time; this may cause an overload in the system, and your home doesn't have outlet boxes every six feet. The distribution line from the city to your meter connection has burnt marks on two of four lead wire connectors, the junction box needs to be replaced, and the hanging wire between the floor joints in the basement could be live. Your kitchen counter outlets are not up to code for normal daily operations. Imagine being told it's going to cost you $35,000.00, and holes are likely going to be put in your walls and maybe your ceilings, and she will be responsible for the repairs. This is the kind of scam you are running on senior citizens. A second opinion is always needed. A second opinion is needed because you have put a terrifying fear in my elderly mother's mind. Because your trained technician painted a picture of her burning up in her own home. And now, she feels unsafe. My mom's friend from church recommended an electrician who's licensed, bonded, and insured. The electrician is a journeyman in his career field, an active member of the IBEW union. During the estimate, he noticed a tag on the wire with a date of 06/2023, letting him know that work was done in the basement, which let him know the house is up to code. Everything that needed to be done was explained to my mother, and he also apologized for the scare tactics used by the people within his career field. The electrician fixed everything within an eight-hour day, identifying all live wires and removing the wires that were dead or unused, rewiring the junction box, and adding three light fixtures in the basement. It is all done in eight hours, at a cost not exceeding $800. This incident will not go unnoticed. I will be filing a Consumer Complaint to the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. I do not recommend Peterman. They came out to look at an air conditioner that wasn't performing well. The technician looked at the unit, checked the refrigerant levels, and then announced that I would need a new air conditioner. The refrigerant was 10 lbs lower than it should be, and it would be better to replace the whole system. Using their bottom-of-the-line equipment, The quote for this was $13,000. So, obviously, I got a second opinion, a third, and a fourth. All 3 of the other companies disputed Peterman's claim that the refrigerant was low. It turns out that a $35 capacitor had gone bad and was causing all of my issues. We replaced the capacitor and cleaned the outdoor unit just for good measure, and we are back to blowing cold air. I signed up for Peterman's membership program because it would save me a lot of money on this supposed new unit that I needed. I asked them to cancel my membership and refund the money they had charged me for the first month. A few weeks later, I got a call from their membership department telling me that if I canceled my membership, I would have to pay $87 for the original service call. I let the membership rep know there was no way that was happening. In response, he snapped at me and said that they would go ahead and process the refund, and he abruptly hung up. I wish I had never called Peterman. I had a previous bad experience with one of their plumbers who came out to clean a drain. In both cases, their technicians failed to get the job done and tried to upsell me major projects. Their sales guy was very pushy, and their membership team was flat-out rude. Beware: Your appointment for scheduled maintenance may be cancelled on the day of service via a text message. I had a plumbing maintenance appointment scheduled for Oct. 7th between noon and 5 PM. I received a text at 11:27 AM confirming I was on the schedule. At 1:23 PM, I received a text stating that I needed to reschedule my appointment. I have never had a company cancel an appointment on the day of service, and I find it to be totally unacceptable. They really botch everything they touch. They send inexperienced techs, work often needs to be redone, and they change dates without warning which put my contractor behind. Another time, one tech told me my HVAC was broken, another said it was fine. They've scratched the hell out of my floor when installing a new hwh then said the scratch wasn't "that big" - on my brand new floor. They also had to come back to fix the brand fucking new hwh which leaked the day after the install. Wtf?!? Yet another time, they had to remove and reinstall the HVAC so the subfloor could be repaired. They reinstalled it 2 inches to the left, which does not seem like a big deal but it made the tight fit between my HVAC and hwh even tighter. Cob job on literally everything. Recently they installed new pipes throughout my house. I am terrified and waiting for those pipes to fail, and if they do fail, I intend to sue Peterman right out of business. Fuck these people. interesting how the google reviews are surprisingly positive, yet very few good ones from Yelp. All within the same time frame. Extreme dirty business dealings. ALWAYS more repairs needed to equipment that is still under warranty. No accountability or honor when faulty equipment is installed and set up in properly. We had purchased a water softener and iron shield equipment and have had nothing but problems with it. When installers arrived, they did not know what they were installing. After installation, they left without giving us any instructions on the equipment or what they did. They left tools in our garage, and came back a day later acting as if we tried to steal tools from them????? Several months later, our water is still bright orange. We call Peterman and they tell us that the installers forgot to set the settings on the iron shield and so none of the equipment had been working since installation. Several months after this service, we call again because the water is still orange and they tell us that we now need a hot water heater and then it's not their equipment. Several months after this service, we are told that the iron shield settings are still not set up correctly but this time they actually HAVE fixed the problem. 6 months later, our water pressure has been acting up. We call two other plumbing services to get an assessment and figure out what the problem is. BOTH AFTER TURNING OFF THE IRON SHIELD SHOW OUR WATER PRESSURE RETURNS TO THE LEVEL IT SHOULD BE AT. But, because we are still paying $9,000 for the system we bought less than 2 years ago, we call peterman's to see what they are going to say. The plumber, Teri, I came at 8:00 a.m. . After several attempts at testing different things and cleaning out our filter, she still does not know what the problem is. Even when we show her that turning off the iron shield valve brings back our water pressure, her, is that "well, The more equipment you have, the less pressure you will have." Now we are being told that there is a faulty part that needs replacement. This is on equipment we've had less than 2 years. And all are under warranty, yet, it's looking in the thousands of dollars to replace something that should still be working and is under warranty. Please PLEASE take extreme precaution if deciding to use this company. Major con artist and dirty business dealings on the continual with this company. It's shocking that they are allowed to stay in business with this appalling service and highballing on prices. Terrible quality and products and incredibly untrained. And don't even get me started on the amount of BRAKES these maintenance people take during their two to three hour visits. 3 cigarette breaks in 1 hour? Last fall Peterman Brothers installed a new HVAC system for me. When I started running the furnace it made me cough and hack. For a month, multiple visits by their service techs, managers and engineers couldn't find any problem and kept telling me it was OK. My coughing didn't appear to convince them otherwise. They stated they would need to do "further research" to figure it out. Imagine a month long allergy attack. I lost the use of 80% of my house unless I was wearing a mask or chemical respirator. Desperate, I spent $2500 on air purifiers, carbon furnace filters, humidifiers, and a Peterman Brothers duct cleaning. None of these had any positive effect. I lived in my office with the furnace vent sealed, space heater, humidifier, air purifier, waiting for their managers and customer experience department to do something. I told them I wanted a new furnace and was ignored. Their "customer experience" rep rarely communicated with me and offered no solutions. They apparently ignored my emails describing the situation in detail and asking for help. They promised to call me back and on almost all occasions and did not. Finally, after a month, I called a different HVAC company for a second opinion. Within two hours he found two major problems with the installation, opened a complaint file with the furnace manufacturer (who agreed the installation was improper), and documented everything with pictures and in writing. When I confronted Peterman Brothers with the evidence they reluctantly agreed to replace the furnace under warranty, but would correct none of the other installation issues. A week later, when installing the second furnace, it was clear they were doing the bare minimum. By not replacing the evaporator coil, lower cabinet, and bump-up box, they didn't remove all the melted, black, tar-like sealant that was the cause of my distress. Consequently, after the reinstall, my symptoms were not reduced. Customer experience never contacted me for follow-up. Actually, customer experience never again contacted me for any reason, no surprise. I had a new furnace installed the following week by a reputable company and had no further issues. Overall: Peterman Brothers did not provide me with acceptable technical service or customer service. Essentially, they took my money and left me in far worse condition than when they found me. It's clear they care only about their bottom line. When the going gets tough, they leave. Their "customer experience" department is dysfunctional. They didn't take my complaint seriously. They didn't inspect the HVAC system thoroughly. They delayed doing anything until I had another company verify that their installation was improper. When they installed a new furnace under warranty, they failed to correct all the issues causing my distress. In addition, Peterman Brothers duct cleaning was expensive, didn't do a thorough job, blew black dust throughout the house, and solidly clogged the furnace filter. I spent around 12-15 hours house cleaning, even ceilings, walls, furniture, all while wearing a respirator, to get the mess cleaned up. Beware Peterman Brothers services. read more

Peterman gave me a quote to replace my old furnace. I accepted it and they installed the new furnace in October 2024. All day installation for a 2 bedroom condo. They convinced me to join their 'Protection Club" for better service at no cost. I thought my furnace has been blowing cold air inside because it's always running. Turns out to be true as my bill for January was almost 3 times as high as January 2024. Some kind of installation. Pathetic! Appointments don't exist. They come whenever. Avoid Peterman! read more

Let me start by saying I've been dealing with this company for years, so this is not just a 1x bad experience unfair review. I've even tried multiple attempts to get some kind of resolve or just integrity from management. I have been dealing with them since before they were "Peterman brothers," which I definitely felt the quality of service and integrity decline. I have always been a part of their "Membership program," which at first was a one-time fee that moved to a reoccurring monthly fee when they converted to "Peterman brother's"( of course the monthly charges superceded the one time fee. I get it inflation and trying to bounce back from c19. I will say the techs that come out either skilled or not are always super polite. So, as a loyal, faithful customer, I have rode it out with them for some time. I've dealt with them sending inexperienced techs out to my properties that wired my blower motors wrong which caused them to fry the motors leaving me with no heat, I've dealt with misdiagnosed issues with plumbing that caused me to pay hundreds of dollars, I've also dealt with paying to be a so called "priority customer" and sitting around waiting to get service after having an appointment but no one shows up, later being told sorry for the mix up. Fast forward to now. I recently had a major plumbing repair at one of my properties where one of the bedroom concrete floors was tore up after several backups in the main drain. This cost me thousands with this repair, not including all the camera inspections. I'm fine with that no argument there. Not even 6 months later, the same issue happens, but worse. My rooms, closets, etc. were ruined. I had to have mold remediation replace all my doors, trim, and carpet a 2nd time after just completing that from the initial issue that I was assured was in the past. I contacted Peterman, of course, because surely this shouldn't be happening again this soon. This time, they sent out a more "Experience" tech, which said we have to dig up the concrete again. This was completely on my guys they did not do the job right because they attached good pipe onto the existing pipe that was basically disintegrating. Even though that was some kind of relief, I didn't have to spend a few more thousand on the repair.... I thought. I still had to replace all of the things the water damaged caused again. After digging up all the concrete again they get in and say, "Hey we had to go a little further this time, but we found good pipe and you should be good" but now I have a bill which is more than the initial repair was. I was told that since they had to go back in and dig up the concrete, now I need to pay. My reply was if you did it right the 1st time when the concrete was already dug up you wouldn't have had double labor of digging up concrete nor would I have to be paying for all the repairs of the water damage. At this point, what do I do but pay it. I was told by several techs that it was on Peterman I was even told by their "customers experience coordinator"(Mark) "He was so sorry and he saw in the notes that it was a warranty job and I will be reimbursed because I should have never been charged for this job again" ok cool. I sent in all the info requested. I was then told he's having a meeting with his team, and I should be reimbursed in a few days. Over a week goes by, of course, no communication. I reach out. I get a reply. Sorry for the miscommunication. I cc my supervisor on here as well. The supervisor "Dave" responds on the email " I'm at a loss I don't see anything in the notes where this is warranty work and I can't imagine it would be if we didn't have to penatrate the concrete again" which they certainly did dig up my concrete the same area again. Since then, I haven't heard a word from Dave, who was supposed to be reaching back out to me. This has been a month smh. I'm definitely not hopeful they will do the right thing, especially when miraculously the techs notes and paperwork did say it should be warranty work, but the supervisor is at a loss and doesn't see it now. On May 15, 2025 I had a technician from Peterman Brothers at my house to perform a $49.00 Spring Tune up. After performing a few tests he informed me that the unit did not have any refrigerant in it at all. He did not explain what could have happened to cause that. He told me they would send me an invoice for the cost to refill it (10 pounds of refrigerant). The invoice was $2527.64. I was really skeptical so I called a small one man HVAC shop owner in to get a second opinion. He checked the system out and confirmed there was no refrigerant in it. He filled the system with nitrogen to check for leaks and found that a thin copper tube had rubbed up against a large copper tube causing the small tube to develop a leak.. He emptied the unit and soldered the hole in the copper tube. Then he filled it with refrigerant and tested everything to show it was working properly. Today is 5-20-2025 and it is fine. The total bill from the independent HVAC technician was $850.00. I went from $2527 down to $850. WHEW! I know who I will be calling from now on. read more

I am super unimpressed and unhappy with this company. I need an entire replacement of my HVAC system and contacted them for a quote. They scheduled me today from 8-9am. I received five text confirmations from them and no one ever showed up. At 11:30, someone called and said they were on their way, and finally at 1:00 I called them to cancel the appointment. The person said they were "on their way" again, but I told them I was going to use a more reliable company. The woman told me they work off a "flex" schedule, which I told her was from 8-9, not me sitting around all day waiting. When I told her to cancel my appt and that I was completely unimpressed and unhappy, she responded with an, "Okey dokey!" not any type of apology or care in the world. Called to schedule appointment and they said someone would be there that day. They would call 30 minutes before arrival. After waiting all day, they called at 6 PM to say technician could not make it that day and wanted to reschedule for four days later. If it would take 4 more days to get on schedule, they had to have known they would not be able to make it the same day as originally scheduled. What a dishonest and deceptive practice. Will never consider them again. read more
