Ryan showed us our options, told us what the problem was and fixed right away. He was to our home the very next day we called, and was very fair on pricing. I'll say this, I trust this Patriot to do any electrical job for my home anytime.

We had all of our contractors lined up and ready to go but electrical needed to come first. He was supposed to start at 8 a.m. today but last night at 8 p.m. suddenly "texted" us to say he was quitting the job and then he would not answer our call. Funny how this happened just after we asked for proof of insurance. We now have to reschedule all of our contractors and it will push our remodel back by weeks. I would not recommend hiring him, not reliable at all, and certainly not professional.

He added dedicated outlets for our new garage door opener and replaced two exterior lights. In the house he hung three replacement ceiling fans including upgrading their brackets for safety and performance. He also replaced a GFI near our porch and added an additional GFI to support our porch lights. Finally, he replaced all of our kitchen lighting including two pendants, five ceiling can lights and added a dimmer. Throughout the project, Jay's communication was excellent, he was careful with keeping things clean, even using a magic eraser to touch up the ceiling in the kitchen. His pricing was fair, especially for the workmanship and time he invested. He added panel rings to improve the look since our old plaster doesn't have perfect cuts... always trying to ensure we were delighted. Jeff came out first to assess the situation, but a part needed to be ordered. He did remove the dangling light from the ceiling and capped the wires so it would no longer be a hazard until it could be repaired. Lin came out the next day (today). He was so kind and professional. I felt bad that he had to go into the attic with this heat and humidity, but he never complained at all. He did the repair and then cleaned the work area after he was done (even took what he had cleaned up with him). He even offered to take our ladder back out to tie garage for us.
