Several phone calls were made and messages were left that went unanswered. I sent emails and they never responded to my emails. I had a friend who referred us to them call to see if he could get a response and they never answered or returned his calls as well. I called their tech support person who answered my call but she never called me back as promised. I called her back and indicated that it appears my calls are being ignored and still no return call. All of this lack of acknowledgement and I owed them no money and we believed our interactions were pleasant. Bills for their services were paid. We owed them nothing. I even tried filing a complaint with the BBB and they couldn't even get a response from them! I don't know what prompted such dismal service. My husband and I felt completely abandoned. The expense to install the cameras was not cheap and we needed the assurance that if the cameras started to malfunction or we had questions we could call this vendor for warranty related help as most companies provide. We got no help. The only reason why my husband and I patronized this business was because a trusted friend who was very pleased with their work referred us. After the way they treated us and after all the money we paid, I wouldn't refer them to anyone. They do not have a reliable customer service line. Perhaps once they got the type of business they desired, they no longer cared about the "little man" who provided the stepping stone that enabled their growth and expansion.
