I come to pick it up to find out he did not put the same type screen of screen that comes on the iPhone 14 Pro which is a 120hz OLED screen. He instead gave me a basic 60z lcd screen. The difference is night and day and I noticed as soon as I picked it up. He said he never specified what type of screen he was gonna put and was just told to fix it. He knew very well that these come with OLED and not lcd. He said it was my fault because I didn't ask for it, I did not know you put worse parts on a customers phone without letting them know! Super unprofessional, blamed me said it was my fault and that if I wanted to change it I would have to pay him again to take it off after his mistake. Talk about customer service and satisfaction. And to top that off he messed my ringer up, it makes a jittery and broken noise that it didn't make before I took it there. I was charged 260 in total for this garbage! Would not recommend, super shady and unprofessional business! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Said "$35 if we could take it out". $35 for a stripped screw. I respected it regardless and said ok. 45 minutes later told me they couldn't and then showed me an even worse screw. I walked away and he sarcastically told me to "have a good day" afterwards. I came back after looking at the device and seeing how badly they messed it up. Told me that they worked for "free" and that I was "bitching" and told me to "get the fuck out of here". Firstly, why would you pay anyone for a failed repair, much less one that made more damage?
