And to top that off he messed my ringer up, it makes a jittery and broken noise that it didn't make before I took it there. I was charged 260 in total for this garbage! I almost thought she was finally acknowledging us, but she wasn't looking at our direction. We followed her gaze and saw who she was speaking to and was immediately put off. My husband and I who are black were shocked because we know she saw us. And then she goes "Don't worry I'll be with y'all as well." No we will take our business elsewhere. He took his time, unfortunately it took hours to get my phone unlocked, but went over to the other location to unlock it, came back and eventually got everything set for my phone and my sons phone. I ended up walking out with a even better deal getting a free watch from this plan. Needless to say Im very happy I ended up switching over.
