took my phone in to repair a screen and battery and the battery got hot the first day. the screen went static while it was charging randomly after a week. took the phone in and the owner blamed it on the smallest scratch, saying it damaged the lcd on the phone and it needed another 140$ screen. I knew he was full of bs, so I took the phone some where else and they said the screen was cheap quality and the job was poorly done because the wiring inside was all messed up. don't trust these bums. read more

Super unprofessional place and owner. Dropped off my iPhone 14 Pro to get the back and the screen fixed. I come to pick it up to find out he did not put the same type screen of screen that comes on the iPhone 14 Pro which is a 120hz OLED screen. He instead gave me a basic 60z lcd screen. The difference is night and day and I noticed as soon as I picked it up. He said he never specified what type of screen he was gonna put and was just told to fix it. He knew very well that these come with OLED and not lcd. He said it was my fault because I didn't ask for it, I did not know you put worse parts on a customers phone without letting them know! Super unprofessional, blamed me said it was my fault and that if I wanted to change it I would have to pay him again to take it off after his mistake. Talk about customer service and satisfaction. And to top that off he messed my ringer up, it makes a jittery and broken noise that it didn't make before I took it there. I was charged 260 in total for this garbage! Please do not go to this place to get your phone fixed. My daughter is at both need other screens fixed at separate times the first one he said it stopped working after a week because my daughter must've slept on it... When I took my second daughter to go get her phone screen fixed thinking he knew what he was doing a week later it did the same thing... The screen face and it completely stops working. I spoke to Apple they told me that whoever fix the phone did a very poor job and did not use the proper tools to do so. I complained twice to the same person, a man with a strong accent Who did nothing but blame my daughters when they had done nothing to the phone since they got it fixed it just simply stopped working. He was rude, very rude. this cost me $120 per phone in total $240 wasted on this piece of crap company. read more

Bad service you go there to fix something and they end up messing something else on your phone be careful and the owner is a total jerk

I only knew about this place because of how close it is to El Prieto trucks. Repaired a cracked cell phone screen. Cost me $85 and only took about 2 hours. Only screwy thing is after I left I realized the change given back was not correct so I drove back and explained I was told the price was $85 + tax but i was charged an extra $5 bucks on the receipt. The lady working had some confusion but correctly refunded me the over charged price. Good service repairs and somewhat affordable but be careful with the price actually charged compared to the price quoted. 3 stars read more

Extremely BAD and DISGUSTING service! My 11 year old son had taken his phone in for repair since it was not charging. The guy working specifically told him it would be $35 and to pick up within 2 hours and we would receive a call. We didn't receive a call that day until the following day. The guy called me and stated that he had not gotten in contact with me because my writing wasn't legible and he had to call several different numbers (i'm a rude tone). Then he told me that the amount was $95 to fix the phone because he had to replace a battery. It would have been ok if he would have told my son since the beginning the pricing rather than increasing it after w head already left the phone for fixing. Mind that he had clearly told him $35 and to pick up in 2 hours. it literally felt as retaliation for not being able to read by writing and having to have been calling around different numbers. When i called to see if he could put my husbands old battery in instead of purchasing a new one he told me that he was not going to fix my phone and to pick up and then hung up on me! My son got down to pick up his phone and asked him nicely for his phone and the guy who appears to be the owner simply ignored him, said no word to him and slided the phone through the counter to him! how is a grown man going to act like that with a child?! very unprofessional and bad service. My husband had fixed his screen there more than 3 times in the past. We will never go there again! i extremely hope that people read this experience and don't support his rude and ignorant service!
