Went to upgrade my phone and was put through a process that made me feel as if the ad they offered…read morewas not going to work for me. After some debating about a crack on the back of my phone, they agreed to upgrade my phone. Then they wanted to sell me some other products that I did not feel I needed. I decided not to go through with the upgrade at that store and decided never to go back to the Clairmont Square store. Instead, I called Tmobile, and the agent agreed to upgrade my phone for the full upgrade value and sent me another phone without any problems. After receiving my phone I went to the T-Mobile store at UTC and was treated like I felt a customer should be treated. I got my case and glass applied to protect the new phone and walked away a very happy customer. I would recommend to any customer not to use the TMobile store in Clairmont Square, their knowledge and customer service were poor, yet in the UTC TMobile store they we very helpful and respectful of me as a customer.

I honestly didn't think we would have enough time but we had Melissa welcome us that day and helped us out choosing the best phone for my little brother and answered all of our questions and concerns. She honesty gave her best customer service, usually when I stop by a phone store they usually don't know what they are selling but Melissa most definitely did!! Honestly I did not know so much about phones until she really taught us about how each phone can help us. And my little brother was excited the whole time we were there, and same goes for me and she understood the time crunch I was in and did not hesitate or change her service or attitude she was very friendly the whole time and professional. Honestly it's hard to find workers like her that can give you excellent service and fast service as well she honestly deserves more than a 5 star review. *AVOID THIS LOCATION*…read more This place screams scams! Went in about a week and a half ago to purchase a new phone and there were two Indian ethnicity males working there. They had informed me that the only way that I could get the new iPhone 16 was to give them $100 in cash in order to save a spot for me. After being confused I ask them why did it have to be in cash and they couldn't explain why... But I then asked to see if there was any way that we could get a receipt for the hundred dollars and the guy said nope there was no way for them to do that. So one seems like he just wanted to pocket the cash... He was trying to also sell me a screensaver and he said that they are $50, but if we do cash, he can do it for $25... Again he wanted to pocket the cash... We actually decided to call another metro PCS and they said that this location gets a lot of bad rep, and to always avoid this location.
