When I first called, there was no answer, but I was pleasantly surprised when they called me back just a few minutes later - without me even leaving a voicemail. I thought that was excellent customer service. Alex, who returned my call, was polite, professional, and upfront with pricing at $139. When I mentioned I was still shopping around, he immediately offered me a $20 discount with a coupon they had available. I decided to move forward with them, and the drop-off process was quick and easy. Alex explained the timeline clearly and even asked if I wanted to add a tempered glass protector. The next day, I was able to cancel the protector I had ordered online and called them back. Although they didn't answer right away, Luis returned my call within 20 minutes and was just as professional. He even offered me a further discount on the screen protector. I haven't picked up the iPad yet, but so far, the customer service has been outstanding - quick responses, polite communication, and a willingness to work with me on pricing. I'm very impressed with how they run their business and will update once I receive the iPad.
