Ohhhh this company has been wonderful!!!!…read more I had a file I wanted printed into a banner, without paying much attention to what I'm ordering I pay for it, send the file and that's it. Andy reaches out, says he received my order but I purchased a small table top banner, and my file is actually for a tall retractable banner. I'm amazed that he reached out to make sure this is what I wanted. We went back and forth he was giving me options that fit what I needed. Always thorough, always helpful. My file needed to be resized, he offered for his graphic designer to work on that. Now my banner has been ready for 1.5 weeks? I ordered it Sat, he said it would be done Tue, and it was. I procrastinated going to pick it up, then decided it would be easier to ship it, and I need it in a few days in another state. He gave me shipping options, making sure it would arrive in time. Andy you were such a gem to work with, over the top patient and helpful to my project that I had no idea on how to order. I can't thank you enough. Pics to come once I use banner!!

He's openly enthusiastic and easy to work with. The day of the appointment, he showed up perfectly on time and had everything ready to go in his van. I didn't even need to supply electricity or water for him! He was COVID masked up and went right to work on my Jeep, which was really really dirty from two desert trips. About two hours later he was finished and my Jeep looked fantastic! Admittedly, I am pretty picky when it comes to my vehicle detailing and I'd give him an 7/10 on my scale (for reference, at best I've only ever done a 9/10 on my own vehicles after a weekend with a buffer), for most normal people he'd easily be a 10/10. He hit my spare tire and the inside was completely free of dog hair. He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers and it's much appreciated. I definitely wanted to give him a shout out on Yelp for doing such a great job, and we'll be using him again this week on my wife's car. Thanks again Sergio!

They auto drafted every month through our checking account, aba and account #, wouldn't take a card. After our contract was over we cancelled-- after paying for services for two companies we didn't get FOR 3 YEARS AT $300 A MONTH... do the math on that wasted money. The $300.00 a month was supposed to be $275 #1, because we enrolled one company and was told each subsequent company we enrolled would get a $25.00 discount each month-- and was actually told if we enroll enough companies, Truly 360 can actually end up paying us! Far from the truth. So the $300/month. Once realized very quickly this wasn't a service that was sold to us, we tried to cancel and was given the run around, a few refund checks for the $25.00 monthly overpayment for a couple months and hen basically told we were in contract. We waited our contract out the 3 years and cancelled. After cancelling, we weren't billed a few months and then billing keeps popping up where we need to request to be refunded and SHOW PROOF as we do. We are always assure this is a glitch and won't happen again. Nobody is answering the phone or returning phone calls. Today, I again submitted proof with my request for yet another refund for 3 past months they snuck in their fraudulent fees. A few months ago I couldn't get ahold of anyone and left a review on Google of my experience. Within a short time of writing that review I was contacted and advised if I removed the review I would get a refund. I removed the review and they sent me an email with an E-check for what they had erroneously billed... and promised it would never happen again. Well it has, and I can't get ahold of anyone. Hopefully they will refund me again. At this point I am going to look at ways of escalating this with the appropriate agencies. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND TRULY 360. You will see I am not a 1 star reviewer ever-- This review is real. Call or text me with any questions. 480.369.1683
