The return experience on Amazon was confusing and frustrating because each link only contained the brand and style of dress, not the color or size. And several returns required that I package them and print labels while others worked with a scanned code. I did my best to organize everything but made a couple mistakes. I stepped out of line 3 times to sort things out without holding up the line. The clerk was exceedingly helpful and patient, making the entire process easier and less frustrating. She even printed one label and finished packaging one dress for me. I highly recommend this store.
