I was helped by Nori, who was pleasant and understanding. After listening to me explain what had happened, she gently explained that their business does not work at all with Apps. My mouth fell open. Why did Verizon send me here then? Nori said that I would have to go directly to WhatsApp and get help from them in order to retrieve my messages. She felt so bad for me having to drive all that way and not get results. I couldn't believe what had just happened. She then asked for my phone and somehow magically she was able to reinstall the app but could not figure out how to retrieve my messages or that maybe they were lost. I would have to go to WhatsApp directly. I appreciated Nori for explaining the process and reinstalling the app. I feel she went the extra mile to satisfy me, a future customer.
