At first, I was hesitant but decided to take the chance. I met the store's owner (Angel) and he troubleshooted my computer which he thoroughly went over the issues with me. One of the several things that impressed me was how Angel does one to one service for all his customers and the appointments are set up to be very user friendly via emails and texts. When I picked up my computer, he tested it in front of me to confirm that the problem was solved, and that the computer was running fine. My overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this store. Angel was very professional, transparent and his experience shows through his work. The prices are great, and the customer service is outstanding. I am a very satisfied customer and will not go anywhere else. By the way it says a lot if Geek Squad suggests this store so my advice to general population, skip Best Buy and just come to PC 911.

I clearly told them upfront that it was a low-cost device and that I only wanted the repair done if it could be fixed for around $50. Later, they called and quoted $250 for the repair, which I declined. When I picked up the laptop and got home, I opened it and discovered that the RAM and hard drive were missing, and multiple internal components had been disconnected. I called the shop, and they said they had "forgotten" to return the parts. When I went back, they gave me a hard drive that was not mine and a damaged/burnt RAM module. This experience raises serious concerns about their handling of customers' equipment and parts. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Having known TigerDirect's sales practices and policies, well, to say I was skeptical, that is an understatement. MicroCenter IS NOT TigerDirect. I came in here looking for a Dell Alienware desktop and not only did the manager say hi, he set me up with a knowledgeable sales guy. Jared knew his stuff and was honest enough to tell me that I really didn't need that powerful of a computer and then he offered me another unit that was almost $400 cheaper. In all honestly, I had already spent weeks over analyzing this whole decision and was prepared to spend the larger amount. In the end, I ended up with one of their in house brands for a little less than the cost of the Dell just due to the ease of upgrading in the future. Now the funny thing is, I came home, still overthinking my decision and hit up Grok for an opinion and not only did Grok almost parrot what Jared said, it came to the same conclusion. The machine I purchased was a little bit slower but I would never use the extra speed or features so saving the extra hundred or so dollars was the right decision. Overall their prices were the same or better than places like Best Buy. Best Buy had a very similar looking Alienware Computer but once you dug into the specs, the MicroCenter unit had a much better cooling and faster memory in the same case. I will likely keep over analyzing my decision. I know that this isn't a lifetime decision but the last box I bought was in 2018 so I suspect that I will have this one for a while.
