Sierra never gave up and finally we were able to get the correct code from Verizon and get my phone set up..During that time, while we were placed on one hold after another, she waited on other customers and never lost her cool. Several seniors came by for assistance. She handled their problems, treated them with kindness and respect.. I am 87 so also a senior. I have no respect for Consumer Cellular because they employ dedicated employees like Sierra. She deserves a raise! Thank you.

My experience has been generally good. They sometimes have lots of customers so there is a wait time but once they get to you, the service has been good. Interesting to see how young people sell the product and service. One time they told me it cost more to purchase an IPhone with cash as opposed to pay it on terms. They found a work around after I gave them my thoughts about that. Told them we used to get a discount for paying cash, not a premium. All good here.
