The first time I went in, two girls at the desk were a bit cold in their customer service, but they did give me a good idea to bundle my Internet with Home and Phone. I went home to talk to my husband about it and returned the next day. There were four employees on the floor and one of them, (Trinity) greeted me and said he would be with me soon. Each of the employees was busy assisting other customers, so I stood back and waited for a bit. After overhearing bits and pieces from their conversations, I realized it might be a while before they got to me. I asked Trinity if it would be a while and if I should come back another time. Immediately he asked what I needed and began not only helping his first customer, but me, too, at the same time. He did not ignore either one of us, but asked questions, filled out paperwork, retrieved items from the back of the store, all while continuing to work with both of us, and got us both what back and waited for a bit. After overhearing bits and pieces from their conversations, I realized it might be a while before they got to me. I asked Trinity if it would be a while and if I should come back another time. Immediately he asked what I needed and began not only helping his first customer, but me, too, at the same time. He did not ignore either one of us, but asked questions, filled out paperwork, retrieved items from the back of the store, all while continuing to work with both of us, and got us both what we needed. I dare say that neither one of us felt ignored as Trinity did a great job of going back-and-forth between us, getting everything done in a very efficient manner. Before | left, Trinity made sure that I had all the parts that I needed, answered all my questions, and informed me of the best way to install what I came for. The staff at this specific Verizon store located in the Safeway parking area in Estrella Mountain Ranch were very friendly and knowledgeable about trading in this iPhone 11 Pro Max for the new and very improved iPhone 17 Pro Max, which I loved for it's larger screen size over the 11, new and far faster A19 Pro Chip, and super cool processor. The new 17 PM comes with a load of new enhancements which I absolutely love. This is a rather new store to the Estrella Mountain Ranch and I think the residents of EMR need to give it a look-see for a great staff, product line up and staff. Thank you for the great service.

I drove to the store to pick up the toner I needed to finish a project. According to the website, the 3-toner package was in stock; according to the young man who reluctantly dragged himself away from his conversation with his co-worker, that just means the item is in stock in the warehouse, not in the store. Okay, I said, can you sell me the individual items for the package price? No, he said, but we can give you the same price as the website price. Wait, you mean I'm paying more money for the same item if I walk into the store? Okay, I asked, well, that's not going to be the same as the package price for 3 toners. Do you have a coupon maybe you can apply? All of his responses were about what the store can't or won't do - and no one seemed at all interested in making a sale. I asked them if they just wanted me to leave? Throw away a $400 sale? No one offered any interest in helping me out and keeping my business, so off I go. This is not a sustainable business practice to leave your store in the hands of people who obviously are not interested in providing friendly service to customers. Seriously - this should have been a no-brainer: "oh my gosh, I'm so sorry, of course we'll figure out a way to get you as close to that package price as possible. Sorry you made a special trip down here. I know how frustrating it can be." How hard is that? You make the same sale as what I would have paid online AND kept a customer. Over the past 3 years I've made it a point to send all of my printing projects to this location. No more.
