The screen was completely shattered and we wanted a new screen. $375 later for an 'apple certified' screen that isn't actually apple certified, the phone just reboot itself every 5-10 minutes. I brought it in again and they redid the screen and said there was nothing wrong with that they did and everything was fine it had to have been a different issue. I took it to a different repair shop, and that repair shop just called me after having the phone for a week. This repair shop lost one of the sensors when putting the phone back together. Instead of letting me know and fixing it, they told me multiple times it was fine. I have a very strong feeling they scammed me. Edit in response to the owners reply: I asked the other repair shop if it was likely to have happened when the screen broke /just to give your company the benefit of the doubt/ and their repair man said it was highly unlikely and the only way he has ever seen that piece completely missing (not just broken) was via improper replacement. He followed up by saying it was either thrown away carelessly upon removal or torn and your repair man thought it was okay to return the phone without it. He also let me know you did not add new waterproof adhesive and just used what was left on the phone to stick the screen on. Not only that, but over 10 screws were ALSO missing from the inside of the phone. Every single step of this repair was met with carelessness and an inability to do ones job properly. Just responding to a google review is not enough. I do not want a discount off of any future services as I will absolutely never trust you or your company with a thousand dollar device ever again. Call the number left on the voicemail to remedy the situation, don't extend a discount that will absolutely never be used. You can do a partial refund of the exorbitant amount I paid to get back a paperweight.

Ok whatever at least the screen works now. 2 days later I'm watching on the iPad not even touching it and the screen goes all wacky just like the first time. I brought it back in because I was still in the 15 day warranty window they've provided after replacement. I take it in and the owner tells me "I can fix it for $80"....but wait it's only been 2 days since replacement so it should be covered by warranty. "No that's only if the screen works but the buttons don't" wait what the screen is still messed up without any fault of my own doing. " I can replace the screen again for $80" hell no I am not getting robbed of my money twice! Might as well have bought a whole new iPad by this point, waste of time and money. Do not go here for any screen repairs, my situation didn't get better, it got worse. ZERO STARS.

Another place I had gone to said my battery needed to be replaced and that the rest of the phone…read morewas fine. Unfortunately for me, that shop closes on my only day off work. So I decide to come into All Cellular since my mom had a good experience some years ago. They initially told me $45 for the battery replacement. The guy says "wait 10-15 minutes," I happily say yes. About AN HOUR later the same guy comes out to tell me that he couldn't get the home button on my iPhone to work. That wasn't a problem before. "It'll be $20 because I need to replace the entire screen now" he says. "But that wasn't a problem before coming in here" I responded. Basically, I had to have my screen replaced to have a working phone. He said "I'll pay half". Whatever. Sure. About 30 minutes later it's done. He says they only take cash. Why wasn't this mentioned during the almost hour and a half I was just sitting there? I'm extremely upset at this point and ask where I can find a Chase ATM because I'm not spending more money than needed on this little deal. A girl with really long hair who works there says "go to the Walgreens right there they have a chase atm". So I go. Oh and I had to leave my phone, that's fine no big deal. Turns out that the Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm so I paid $3 more for this whole ordeal. I couldn't map a nearby chase atm because once again, I had to leave my phone at the store. I come back to the store and the guy says it's $65. I'm like what? I only got $60 because $45 + the $10 (remember he had said he'd pay fo half of the 20 for the screen WHICH WAS HIS MISTAKE to begin with FYI). So he says ok, and I thought I would get $5 back....but of course not! And I told the girl "by the way, Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm. I had to pay $3 extra for this" and she unapologetically just says "ok". Horrible horrible and I feel like they find ways to get more money out of you. I wasted my time and my money. If you're looking for cheaper places that actually are honest and do a good job, I recommend a phone repair shop inside the flea market called El Centro on indian School ad 43rd. They've done an awesome job on my phone and don't charge you for their mistakes (which don't happen anyways)

I will say, she did go out of her way to make things right and I truly believe that this was something that happened while she was not there and as the store manager, she was not happy to hear about. (This is not how she / her store does business, nor is it the reputation she wants) Due to her going above and beyond to address this situation, I'm changing the rating to a 4 star. They cleaned and reapplied some thermal paste, only for it to be brought back in a week later. After talking with some associates there it was looking like an operating system issue. Told me it should be done that Saturday after leaving it with them on Thursday. Come Sunday still no call or update so I call and they tell me they haven't had time but I was towards the front of the queue and they would update me. Come Wednesday I just called only to hear it hasn't even been worked or touched due to supposed person working on my device wasn't there Monday or Tuesday and that other peoples devices have been prioritized and now it's looking like "Monday" they say. Over a week and a half for a supposed USB operating system uninstall and reinstall. Not to mention it might not fix my issues and I'll have to wait longer. An absolute waste of time.

I would never recommend this business to anyone. When I brought my iPad in to Cellular Care it was…read moreworking perfectly fine, but had a cracked screen I wanted to replace. They suggested an off brand screen , saying they've had great success with them and I would save $100. They also said we could save tax by paying cash, so we did. When I first picked it up, the image was cut off on the side, so they said they had to order another screen. When that was done, I picked it up. It seemed to work, although I had to touch multiple times to put my code in. Foolishly, I paid them the balance of the money, now amounting to $230. That night I found I could not even swipe the screen open. The touchscreen was hardly working at all. They said it might not be compatible, and offered to get an Apple screen, but wanted more money and couldn't guarantee it would work. I ended up going to the Apple Store where it was determined the mother board was bad. I was able to trade in my iPad and bought a new one. I'm convinced they damaged the motherboard while working on the device, and they refused to give us back our money.

I already had an appointment with ubreakifix for 3 pm so I didn't reply. The company called and said at my 3pm appointment I'll be paying a deposit for parts and my phone can be fixed in 3-5 business days. I was set to travel in a couple of days and needed it fixed. So I replied to the owner of Cellairis and said I'll be in at 12:30. I went in and was greeted by two young men. My phone was done by 1pm!! This was the second time the screen on this phone was replaced and apparently the first place did a bad job. Screws were loose or missing. They seemed like a very knowledgeable pair and they seemed to like their job! That typically shows in the quality of the work performed. I'll be back
