The screen was completely shattered and we wanted a new screen. $375 later for an 'apple certified' screen that isn't actually apple certified, the phone just reboot itself every 5-10 minutes. I brought it in again and they redid the screen and said there was nothing wrong with that they did and everything was fine it had to have been a different issue. I took it to a different repair shop, and that repair shop just called me after having the phone for a week. This repair shop lost one of the sensors when putting the phone back together. Instead of letting me know and fixing it, they told me multiple times it was fine. I have a very strong feeling they scammed me. Edit in response to the owners reply: I asked the other repair shop if it was likely to have happened when the screen broke /just to give your company the benefit of the doubt/ and their repair man said it was highly unlikely and the only way he has ever seen that piece completely missing (not just broken) was via improper replacement. He followed up by saying it was either thrown away carelessly upon removal or torn and your repair man thought it was okay to return the phone without it. He also let me know you did not add new waterproof adhesive and just used what was left on the phone to stick the screen on. Not only that, but over 10 screws were ALSO missing from the inside of the phone. Every single step of this repair was met with carelessness and an inability to do ones job properly. Just responding to a google review is not enough. I do not want a discount off of any future services as I will absolutely never trust you or your company with a thousand dollar device ever again. Call the number left on the voicemail to remedy the situation, don't extend a discount that will absolutely never be used. You can do a partial refund of the exorbitant amount I paid to get back a paperweight.

I brought it back in because I was still in the 15 day warranty window they've provided after replacement. I take it in and the owner tells me "I can fix it for $80"....but wait it's only been 2 days since replacement so it should be covered by warranty. "No that's only if the screen works but the buttons don't" wait what the screen is still messed up without any fault of my own doing. " I can replace the screen again for $80" hell no I am not getting robbed of my money twice! Might as well have bought a whole new iPad by this point, waste of time and money. Do not go here for any screen repairs, my situation didn't get better, it got worse. ZERO STARS.

So I decide to come into All Cellular since my mom had a good experience some years ago. They initially told me $45 for the battery replacement. The guy says "wait 10-15 minutes," I happily say yes. About AN HOUR later the same guy comes out to tell me that he couldn't get the home button on my iPhone to work. That wasn't a problem before. "It'll be $20 because I need to replace the entire screen now" he says. "But that wasn't a problem before coming in here" I responded. Basically, I had to have my screen replaced to have a working phone. He said "I'll pay half". Whatever. Sure. About 30 minutes later it's done. He says they only take cash. Why wasn't this mentioned during the almost hour and a half I was just sitting there? I'm extremely upset at this point and ask where I can find a Chase ATM because I'm not spending more money than needed on this little deal. A girl with really long hair who works there says "go to the Walgreens right there they have a chase atm". So I go. Oh and I had to leave my phone, that's fine no big deal. Turns out that the Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm so I paid $3 more for this whole ordeal. I couldn't map a nearby chase atm because once again, I had to leave my phone at the store. I come back to the store and the guy says it's $65. I'm like what? I only got $60 because $45 + the $10 (remember he had said he'd pay fo half of the 20 for the screen WHICH WAS HIS MISTAKE to begin with FYI). So he says ok, and I thought I would get $5 back....but of course not! And I told the girl "by the way, Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm. I had to pay $3 extra for this" and she unapologetically just says "ok". Horrible horrible and I feel like they find ways to get more money out of you. I wasted my time and my money. If you're looking for cheaper places that actually are honest and do a good job, I recommend a phone repair shop inside the flea market called El Centro on indian School ad 43rd. They've done an awesome job on my phone and don't charge you for their mistakes (which don't happen anyways)

I didn't have apple care and the iPad was barely 4 months new, they fixed it in 5 mins(they have proper tools) and didn't charge me a penny. Other places I called wanted $50-$95 & were up seling me for a total port replacement. On calling them- they asked me to come in and said they'll take a look and would fix if it's possible 'free of cost' only if it's doable with the tools they had. I will go back here moving fwd for all my phone/iPad issues and I highly recommend them. Much appreciate them and their gesture in today's age & time.

According to the "tech", the screen cracked when they disassembled it due to corrosion from being exposed to moisture, so essentially they broke my phone. Whether or not their story is true, or if they just broke it and didn't want to accept responsibility, well I guess that's a question that only them and the Lord knows the answer to. Interestingly, for just an extra $100, I could buy a new screen and replace the one that they broke. Anyway, this was at 7 pm and I needed the phone for work the next morning so going out and getting a new phone wasn't really an option. I guess they know they got you in a pickle. I'll give them two stars seeing as the tech did seem to genuinely feel bad and threw in a "free" screen protector to make up for it. Next time, go to Apple or BestBuy or at least somewhere that doesn't engage in shady business practices and will stand behind their work.

Sierra never gave up and finally we were able to get the correct code from Verizon and get my phone set up..During that time, while we were placed on one hold after another, she waited on other customers and never lost her cool. Several seniors came by for assistance. She handled their problems, treated them with kindness and respect.. I am 87 so also a senior. I have no respect for Consumer Cellular because they employ dedicated employees like Sierra. She deserves a raise! Thank you.
