It's July 4th and I want to call out Gary and Wireless Options. My family and I are on vacation in San Francisco and my wife's iPhone screen broke. She couldn't use it at all on a full week vacation. We couldn't find anyone who was open or willing to help us out being that it was July 4th. I tried Wireless Options and spoke with Gary. Nicest guy in the world. Met me at his office near El Cerrito. He fixed my wife's phone. Didn't overcharge and got her her phone back in 30 minutes! Pretty much a lifesaver. Met him early on a holiday when literally EVERYONE was closed. That's only part of the story. Gary fixed our phone and at the same time was taking care of his 5 year old son who has cerebral palsy. I got to speak with Gary for 30 minutes. In those 30 minutes I met a guy that balanced his job and did his job really well but I met a guy who is just a great dad that just wanted to love and take care of his son.
