But it was super convenient - I arranged to just slide the broken phone under their door, then he delivered it to me when it was fixed a few hours later. Gary is a gem! My phone just stopped working, and I thought it was dead. He identified it was an issue with the charger. I ordered a new charger port which he installed but didn't charge me for since it didn't fix the problem (and he dropped the phone back to me since it was on the way and Solano is a little far). I ordered a new battery which he installed. It still didn't fix the problem, so he said I could pay what I wanted. It's July 4th and I want to call out Gary and Wireless Options. My family and I are on vacation in San Francisco and my wife's iPhone screen broke. She couldn't use it at all on a full week vacation. We couldn't find anyone who was open or willing to help us out being that it was July 4th. I tried Wireless Options and spoke with Gary. Nicest guy in the world. Met me at his office near El Cerrito. He fixed my wife's phone. Didn't overcharge and got her her phone back in 30 minutes! Pretty much a lifesaver. Met him early on a holiday when literally EVERYONE was closed. That's only part of the story. Gary fixed our phone and at the same time was taking care of his 5 year old son who has cerebral palsy. I got to speak with Gary for 30 minutes. In those 30 minutes I met a guy that balanced his job and did his job really well but I met a guy who is just a great dad that just wanted to love and take care of his son. You hear about great dads and good dads and terrible dads. I saw a great one today. Our phone was fixed and Gary did a great job. A true professional. I contacted the owner, Gary, regarding what I thought was an iPhone screen that was separating from the device due to having been dropped a few too many times. Scheduled a time to bring my phone in that night (!) then called back later to see if the following morning would be ok - turned out to be better for both of us, so needless to say I greatly appreciate that he was available on such short notice, and was flexible and willing to accommodate my schedule.
