I sent pictures of all the places I could find but apparently neither of them were the model and serial number which was needed to order the right parts. So the store manager passed my information on to John Wheatley the store owner. He started texting me around 7AM on a Saturday morning and refused to schedule a convenient time didn't give his name or any context. Just said.. "hey I need to come look at your grill". When John came on into my property and was condescending about the state of my grill and suggested that I get a new one before even opening it (the only issue is that I have been unable to order the typical replacement parts). The manager's rude tone was unacceptable.
