Said they were definitely interested and finishing up a project but could get started soon and said they would provide an estimate the following Monday. Nada. Contacted them two more times. Said they were busy finishing up other jobs and again promised to send a bid by the following Monday. At this point, if they can't submit a bid as promised, I have no faith that they'd ever show up to do the work, or complete it.
