Really good at sheetrock, painting, and texturing. Lee patched a portion of our ceiling after an exhaust duct installation and it's indistinguishable from the original material. Solid work, talented, friendly, dependable. read more

Lee called back and said they would be in touch, then never heard from them again, I called and left several messages, no response, don't understand how that's a way to run a business, left us hanging and now it's too late in the year to do the work, so by the time it does get seen it's likely going to cost us a lot more read more

We had a Trex deck installed 11 years ago. It was installed by a Trex certified contractor but the Fascia was installed flush with the deck boards and not recessed. Leaves and crud would get wedged between the Fascia board and the deck boards. The Fascia would warp and have gaps at the ends. We wanted to extend our deck five feet and have the Fascia recessed under the deck boards. Lee came out and looked at the job and understood the Fascia problem immediately. He took measurements, checked to see if the decking material was still available and gave me a bid. He and his crew arrived promptly at 7:30 each morning during the job. He had to modify the framing to allow the Fascia to be installed under the deck boards. He reused the existing material and bought new Trex decking and Fascia where needed. He also replaced the old faux rock panels under the deck. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. read more

We had Lee do an addition to our deck with stairs to the ground. He did an amazing job matching the original, with quality materials, and attention to detail. We were very happy with the price, and in the end charged exactly what was quoted in the proposal. Very highly recommended! read more

We recently had our master bathroom completely remodeled and couldn't be happier with the results. Lee is professional, efficient, and highly skilled. From the initial consultation to the final touches, everything was done on time, on budget, and with great attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout--Lee kept us informed, listened to our ideas, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the finished space is both beautiful and functional. It's rare to find a contractor who delivers high-quality work, stays on schedule, and is cost-conscious--Lee nailed it. We highly recommend Lee for anyone looking to do a bathroom or any remodel! In fact, Lee is the only contractor I will use for my home. read more

Lee and His crew are very professional and excellent craftsmanship. I am very pleased with his service. My extended deck is solid with no flaws. very satisfied. Thank you Lee read more

I truly cannot recommend Lee and his crew enough (seriously, all of my neighbors now have his number). After really poor experiences with past contractors, Lee was incredibly understanding and gracious with our many questions throughout the job. From the first meeting, to the end of the build, it is clear that Lee cares about his clients and the work that he does. He's happy to explain things every step of the way and is a clear communicator. We had a couple of small unforeseen things come up during the build, and Lee informed us promptly and had a solution at the ready. Our deck project also included some interior work as we converted some existing windows into sliding glass doors for access onto the new deck. Lee was incredibly respectful of our home and even befriended our intense (but sweet!) German Shepherd. One day, completely separate from the project, we had a plumbing issue with one of our toilets. Lee saw us working on it and not only gave us tips for how to fix the issue, but also brought us a spare wax seal and let us borrow a couple of his tools for some intricate cuts we needed to make in our basement. Both inside and out, the attention to detail Lee and his crew put into this project was top tier. Lee, Brad, and Eli have truly built us the deck of our dreams! I would happily hire Lee again without hesitation. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and quality contractor, stop looking, you've found him. read more

Finding a contractor to rebuild our large 800-sf deck had been a nightmare over the past few years. We had one lined up who kept raising his quote, a few who never bothered to give us a quote, even after coming out and measuring, and one from across the Sound who bid three times the average cost for the job with a big, smug smile on his face. Then I found Lee Lewis. Lee came out and discussed the project with me, and immediately I got a vibe from him that this was a true craftsman who took pride in his work and wasn't looking for anything more from the job than providing excellent, quality service at a fair price, as well as making me a very satisfied customer. Lee's quote was right in line with where I had estimated it ought to be, allowing for inflation, and after checking out his great reviews, we booked him for the job. Lee estimated he could start in mid-May, and that's exactly when he and his assistant, Bradley, showed up to begin work. Their communication skills are top-notch, quickly letting me know of any issues that cropped up so a quick solution could be agreed upon and executed. I don't like to micro-manage the contractors I hire, and with Lee, you absolutely won't have to. But often, when I did glance out back to check their progress, I would notice them discussing the job, ensuring they were on the same page, or re-measuring here and there to make sure everything was exact and to a high standard. When I would ask them about something that confused me, they explained it to me in layman's terms that were easy to wrap my head around and made sense, and always with a friendly attitude. Early on, Lee asked me if he could alter the plan from the pre-existing footprint to move the stairs a few feet over and eliminate one of the angles. This would not only save time and expense, but wound up saving us money on the rail system, as well as expanding the area at the top of the stairs which gave us room to place our BBQ there, something my wife was super happy about because it made it much more convenient for her outdoor cooking. And we hadn't even asked for that. Lee just visualized a better design and ran it by us. After a brief discussion, we saw the advantages and gave our approval. Lee's quality work did not go unnoticed by our neighbors, either. One neighbor next door has asked for a referral to have their deck redone by Lee after they replace their roof, and the neighbor below us, (who BTW had referred one of their contractors to us for this very job), also requested Lee's contact info after watching them enough to be sold on Lee's work ethic and quality standards. To sum up, in my opinion, Lee's Enterprizes may well be the absolute best contractor in all of South Kitsap! Highest quality work at a fair price. What more can any homeowner ask for! Hire this company without delay. And, thanks, Lee and Bradley. We absolutely love our beautiful new deck! You guys are our heroes! read more

From our initial consultation with Lee's Enterprizes to the finished product, the knowledge, careful craftsmanship and attention to detail during the project were as good as can be. The crew arrived every day promptly at 7:30, ready to work. Our 50 year old T111 siding had seen better days and Lee's crew carefully removed it. Lee knew without that siding in place the framing structure was weakened, and his crew installed new 1/2" plywood to restore the strength before installing the cement fibre siding. The exact measurements and cuts they performed on the plywood made it very tight fitting with almost no gaps around windows and doors. The siding and trim pieces were even tighter fitting - leaving gaps only for expansion/contraction. All of the flashing was expertly installed to insure no future internal leaks that could cause rot. The original deck had been rebuilt once, but not properly. Lee re-engineered the support structure for the deck, and it is much better now than when the house was built - and I'm a retired engineer. Lee's craftsmanship, care and attention to detail were on full display as they built the beautiful new Trex deck. Lee's a platinum Trex installer, and Trex guarantees the workmanship on their decks for twice as long if you use a platinum installer. I've seen a lot of contractors use laser levels, but these guys put in the time consuming work to ensure the structure is perfect before installing the decking. Our deck was installed using a picture framing technique, so there are no exposed ends of any deck boards. I started calling Lee "The Professor" after they were here just a few days. It's not just his knowledge, but his dedication to doing things right that sets them apart. The few extras that came up during the project were done properly, and any extra costs Lee charged us were more than fair. Lee saw that I was battling molehills in our lawn. I'd been chasing them for a few weeks with traps, but Lee brought his traps out and got both of them within a week. It's rare to find a contractor with the values, fairness and dedication to perfection like Lee's Enterprizes. Highly recommended. read more

A pleasure working with Lee and his crew. Professional and friendly during the whole process. Lee took the time to do the extra steps to make sure everything was done perfectly. We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. I would recommend Lee highly. read more

We had Lee and his crew out to do 2 large concrete pads, and were incredibly happy with the service. The work itself was great, but also they just casually did a lot of other things - like we'd asked them to throw the excavated dirt out back, so we could fill some holes back there, but they just ended up filling (and tamping!) all that themselves! They even rehung this janky door leading to one of the work sites that we half thought we'd have to rework entirely, and now it swings perfect. It was lots of little stuff like that, that we'd never have expected of them, but they just did. I guess because it was in their way, or they wanted to do it right. That kind of work ethic went through everything, and of course into the concrete pads themselves, which came out great. Would absolutely work with them again. read more

lees did a beautiful job on our trex deck, and got it done in a very timely manner, and paid attention to details

Lee built a Trex Deck for us in July 2020 and we are extremely satisfied with his work. He is a respectful businessman; his workmanship is exemplary, and he finished the project on time and on budget. Other attributes we credit him with are his honesty, his timeliness, and his responsiveness from the time we first contacted him through the completion of the project. read more

After moving to Port Orchard, WA, we wanted to replace our existing 12 ft X 12 ft cedar planked backyard deck with Trex brand decking and add a 23 ft X 20 ft Trex extension of that deck. While attempting to get bids from many contractors for this work we encountered all sorts of negative issues ranging from missed appointments,no callbacks to messages left on voice mail, clear lack of experience and/or knowledge, verbal bids not in writing, and even one contractor who provided a bid by e-mail based solely on a picture of our back yard that we sent, never visiting the site at all. The bids we did receive were much higher than we expected. We found Lee's Enterprizes on the Trex website where he had stellar reviews from others he had worked with. When I called Lee and left a message, I was pleased to get a callback within a very short time and we discussed our project in detail over the phone. We set an appointment at our house for the next day. Lee arrived on time as promised and spent a good deal of time with us going over what we wanted to do and the rough plan I had drawn. He carefully reviewed the site, measuring, taking notes, and discussing options for us to consider. He was professional and very personable, clearly knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of construction, remodeling and deck installation using Trex brand products. We were impressed with him both as a person and a contractor based on the reviews we found. He promised us a bid within 2 days. He sent a detailed, written bid ahead of his promised time frame at a cost that was much more reasonable than the others we had received. We decided to go with him for our project. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. He kept in touch with us as we got approval from our homeowner's association for the deck extension, applied for all of the permits needed from the city and helped direct me to the proper offices to pay for the building permits. He and his crew began work on the day promised and continuously worked on the project every weekday until it was completely finished, including in the rain. Their work was of the highest quality. A neighbor, experienced in construction and finish cabinetry work observed them during the building process and made a point of telling us how impressed he was with how they constructed our deck, using nailing and framing techniques that take more time and effort than others but ensure higher quality results. Lee and all of his team were always helpful and cooperative including carefully removing the screws and stacking the cedar planks from the existing deck at my request so I could reuse the wood in the future for my woodworking hobby. The completed deck is absolutely beautiful, everything we hoped for. I can confidently and highly recommend Lee to anyone who needs any type of remodeling or construction work, not just decks. He is a true craftsman and can be relied upon to do what he says he will do when he says he will do it. He and his crew are personable, friendly, helpful, honest, experienced, knowledgeable, and hardworking. We could not have hoped for a better experience or a better result at a very reasonable cost. read more

Lee built us a beautiful Trex deck. I had attempted to make contact with many deck builders over the summer. Way too many did not call me back, even to say they were too busy to do the job. When I requested a deck builder on Homeadvisor Lee responded right away and never failed to communicate promptly throughout the job, which was important because we were living in Yakima during part of the project. He was prompt with the quote, let me know when issues arose and helped correct them, and the deck was built quickly and beautifully and at a reasonable cost. Unlike other work we have had done Lee made us feel like he was taking care of our home as well as he would his own. There is no one better to call. Hire him. read more

If you're searching for an expert in deck building, search no further. My wife and I just hired Lee to remove our old composite deck and replace it with a Trex deck. We found Lee to be very professional, easy to deal with and a great guy in general. Every bit of the work he did was very professional and we couldn't be happier. He did the work in a very short amount of time and listened to my wife's change in plans w/o a problem whatsoever. If he says he'll be at your house on Tuesday at 8:00, he will be there. None of the problems I've had with previous contractors I've dealt with thru the years, making promises they never keep. EXCELLENT!!! read more

I called to inquire about an estimate for a deck and the contractor was anle to come out same day to give me an estimate. He told me that he was booked up for a couple months upfront. During the walk through he gave me multiple options and clearly explained how they would effect the overall price. I havent decided on a contractor yet, but so far I'm very impressed with the professionalism read more

Lee Lewis gave my wife and I a bid to tear out our deck boards install new hangers and support beams so he could install Trex instead of wood. What a great job he leveled things out and made a few adjustments to improve our frame work. He actually saved us some money by coaching us on different was to get the job done. At the end he was on time below our budget and our friends are just wowed over our deck. We are very excited to show off this coming summer and I am here to tell you this is the person to do your deck. We will ask him to do our garage next spring. read more
