Firstly, scheduling: time was tight as we also had a furnace replacement that had to go on. So driveway time and interior access had to be coordinated. Secondly, knowledge of the arts & crafts construction. They replaced what was needed with period-accurate pieces which, though custom sourced, were sensibly priced. Thirdly, they scaled the project appropriately - doing minimal invasiveness on the exterior, taking advantage of existing structures on the interior work. Finally, the subs (fencing, windows, drywall, gutters) they used for the items they don't do themselves proved to be professional, timely, and competitively priced. In the end the total came in substantially under the estimate and we were very happy with the results.

A rep came to my house within 2 days, an estimate for repairs were sent via email in less than 48 hours, and followed up with opportunities to ask questions within a day. Once I obtained insurance authorization to start work, Ran scheduled repairs to start in less than a week, and they finished a bit more quickly than anticipated. The job was quick. More importantly, the pricing was fair and reasonable, and the work was perfection. The crew even identified a hole in heating ductwork that was unknown so that we could get it repaired. Because they did such a great job and established superior communication and tryst throughout the process, I decided to hire Freestone for my bathroom remodel. In addition, the company is Hardieplank Elite Preferred installer, meaning they were up to date on any installation best practices and that was important to me. Unlike all of the other bids, there was no pressure. Gino was easy to work with, extremely responsive, meticulous attention to detail. No overselling or "the sky is falling" behavior. No eye rolling or treating me like I was a PIB at the end when some little painting details needed extra attention. Was very respectful of me as a woman. No weirdness or disconnect from his team.
