Fast service great comfort food. We had the Meltdown and they were both very good and served fast.

Friendly wait staff, although pretty tasty, it takes a while to get your food. They make good burgers.

Our waitress was sweet but the food wasn't. The wait wasn't very long but it didn't taste the greatest although the price was ok.

The Image that's portrayed online was not remotely close to what we received in person. The afternoon started with our waitress awkwardly coming up to our table multiple times then running off to tend to something else before even getting our drink order. Then once she did, she came back with all but one drink and said she didn't have enough room on her tray. It wasn't until we mentioned the $9 cocktail still setting on the bar 10 minutes later that she finally brought it to me, Completely watered down from the melted ice. When aha came through a short while later and asked how the drink was, I made mention that it was watered down (due to the melted ice) and she just smirked and walked off. When she makes her was back to take our food order, she once again randomly runs off because she forgot to put in our appetizer order when we put in our drink order (approx 30 min prior) After returning and getting our food order she attempts to make small talk and mentions how our daughter must be a brat because she's the youngest of our kids. What kind of comment is that?!? Mind you, our daughter was sitting quietly watching a movie and hadn't made a noise since we had arrived. Overall, our $100 meal was a complete flop and we'll never return. My wife's Bloody Mary tasted like cheap mixer and vodka, no Worcestershire, no celery salt, no pepper, no celery stalk. Nothing. Just tomato water.

I drove back to the location to request a full refund, and i returned all of the food we had received. The manager had an attitude that I wanted a full refund, instead of just refunding our missing items. I did not feel like bringing cold food home to my kids and waiting another 30 minutes for my missing items. This McDonalds location is more expensive than all of the McDonald locations in the surrounding area, yet I always end up with missing items and long waits. If you want fast food or all of your items you paid for, look elsewhere.

We first pulled into the drive-thru and waited about 10 minutes without moving forward at all. So we decided to go inside. That decision ended up revealing a lot more than we expected. I placed our order at the counter, then went to use the restroom. The floors were greasy throughout the restaurant, and it was even worse near the bathrooms. The bathrooms themselves were disgusting. While waiting for our food, we spoke with another customer who had already been there before us. Their order number was 209, and mine was 212. Somehow, I got my food first, even though I had more people in my group. It made no sense. It seemed like they had completely forgotten order 209 or gave it to the wrong person. While we waited, employees in the back started arguing with each other. I walked up to the counter again to see if that might be the reason things were moving so slowly. That's when I noticed how bad the kitchen looked. There was trash and food all over the floor behind the counter. I do not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. McDonald's should seriously send someone to inspect this location. The management clearly isn't in control, and the entire place needs attention before it gets worse.

You know when you kind of love a place so much you almost don't want the whole world to find out…read moreabout it? That was this place for me. I had noticed it before when visiting the Christmas Chute, but the reviews were a little mixed so we never gave it a try. Fast forward to this weekend when we got invited to a birthday at the speakeasy upstairs... and I'm so glad we finally went. First of all -- they're doing a great job with the speakeasy concept because I genuinely had no idea it was there. It's upstairs above the restaurant and you need a code word to get in. Since we were already there, we decided to have dinner first and the menu honestly surprised me in the best way. It's very much Southern comfort food, but elevated a bit. The vibe inside is eclectic and interesting. The staff was super friendly, and even on a Saturday night it wasn't overly busy. The new streets in Sapulpa look great now that the construction is finished, but because most of the parking is behind the buildings the street can look like a ghost town even when places are actually busy. Kind of a weird illusion. They start you off with bread and a trio of fresh butters which was unexpected and delicious. The bread itself wasn't anything fancy, but the butter definitely was. I wasn't very hungry, so I ordered from the kids menu (which I very much appreciated did not say "12 and under"). I got a grilled cheese and the waitress suggested adding a cup of tomato bisque. Yes please. Both were excellent. My husband ordered the grilled chicken and said it was moist and really good. They also have a full bar and a huge coffee bar, which I thought was a fun touch. Then we headed upstairs to the speakeasy and it's a whole different vibe up there. Very cool space. Also extremely eclectic. Think Tommy Bahama meets world traveler's curio cabinet. There were travel finds from around the world displayed in cases, parrot chandeliers, a baby grand piano, and a cheetah print pool table. It somehow all works. Live music was by Steve Lindell and he was fantastic. Two thumbs up. Bar service was great, just a little slow -- but to be fair I don't think they were expecting a 40-person birthday group to roll in all at once. All in all it was a fantastic night. If it wasn't about 45 minutes from my house, we would probably be regulars. But maybe it's okay if it stays just a little bit of a hidden gem.
