Fast forward to this weekend when we got invited to a birthday at the speakeasy upstairs... and I'm so glad we finally went. The vibe inside is eclectic and interesting. The staff was super friendly, and even on a Saturday night it wasn't overly busy. The new streets in Sapulpa look great now that the construction is finished, but because most of the parking is behind the buildings the street can look like a ghost town even when places are actually busy. Live music was by Steve Lindell and he was fantastic. Two thumbs up. Bar service was great, just a little slow -- but to be fair I don't think they were expecting a 40-person birthday group to roll in all at once. All in all it was a fantastic night.
