Thank you Winnetka Auto Mall! I didn't even look this place up on Yelp which is the crazy thing. Honestly no words can explain how not only satisfied, but HAPPY my husband and I are with our new car and our experience here. This was actually our first time ever buying a used car. We had already looked at a few other dealerships prior to coming here, had some we almost made a deal with, but they weren't cars we were 100% in love with...more of just cars that were fine with "settling" with and honestly, we only stopped by because we were on our way to the mall to get some food and noticed this street had a bunch of dealerships lined up so we thought why not try it out? Came in without having any idea whatsoever we would leave with the car we own today! Robert and Sal greeted us right from the start. We looked around and found a couple of cars we liked and found out they were already sold that same day or a day before. We actually noticed a lot of his cars were sold and there were already customers doing paperwork as well, so that looked like a good sign. Then the owner, Robert told us to go ahead and look for another one. We couldn't find any we really liked. Sal went ahead and checked the other location to see if he could find us one we would like. Based on what we said we liked, he said he has the perfect car. We actually didn't even think of Mercedes. We didn't really have much knowledge about them. We were looking for Audi's, possibly Lexus,etc. and hybrids. They brought the car down here from the other dealership and let us test drive it. Yes, they were right...it was perfect! Price for the Mercedes was a little higher than what we planned to spend with our down payment and monthly payment budget, but Robert said he can make it happen to where we would all be happy! We didn't believe it, but he made it happen! This story could go on forever, but I would literally be writing a 5 page article instead of a review, lol. So fast forward, here we are today with this beautiful Benz. Clean title, well taken care of, and not worried about living paycheck to paycheck or being one of those people with nice cars eating instant noodles, lol. I can still be here be the foodie I am, and continue to write you all of my food and hiking aventures, haha. We can continue our lives with our beautiful new car :) So here is what you need to know about this place. They work with all credit. There's a huge sign that says "Your job is your credit." It's true. They will work with you and Robert will make sure you leave happy. All of them really. Robert, Sal the Pal, and Charlie, who takes care of the paperwork. All of them are great people. Robert is a great businessman. He really enjoys what he does. He has his own bank. He has his own mechanic. You have a 30 day warranty. We actually have a couple of very minor flaws with the car (cracked bulb in the front, etc) and before buying it, he said he would take care of it so we are planning to bring it in when we have some free time :) Very good people. Every car here has a clean title. They have all kinds of good cars from Kia, Toyota, Chevy, BMW to Lexus to Mercedes. They aren't old cars you'd have to worry about. They get cars that were well taken care of. They don't deal with cars with big issues. They take care of registration. We actually even asked them to get us insurance too so everything was done through them. And lastly, you WILL leave with a car so be prepared to drive out with a new car once you step in. We were there for hoursss and we saw all the sales happen. We know we were the hardest to work with and Robert loved it! We are also people who don't like to be pressured at all, so really it was a great experience! They work with you, they don't annoy and force you into getting any car. The total price was reasonable, the down payment and monthly payments are reasonable, and you leave with the car you want. Only way you could honestly leave without one is because you just simply don't have money at lol. It was an honest 5 star experience. PART 3: Marina than goes on to send me a text telling me to just send her my credit card information to charge $500 and that she will send me a receipt. I couldn't believe what I was reading. The nerve of these people. I responded again asking that she no longer contact via text nor threaten or harass me and to speak with Charlie, Bijan (the owner), Sal and Robert and to read through the numerous emails that had yet to be looked at, and than tell me what SHE THOUGHT I OWED THEM. This is insane. I advised her that at this point I had kept my experience to myself but after the harassment, unprofessional-ism and threats, other people need to know so they can steer clear of this business and these scammers!! They hound you to write a good review about them while they are selling you a dream and saying everything you want to hear and than they act like they never even met you when you approach them or call to get anything done. At this point, my emails have still not been responded to, I am still receiving notices and tickets in the mail for a car that is no longer in my possession nor should have been driven by ANYONE, and I still don't have documentation on the 'work' they claim they did on my vehicle. My car payment is paid EVERY month to my finance company, who is NOT them - so to threaten me and say the owner is going to unwind my deal is ridiculous and selfish to say the least. I have contacted the BAR, I will be contacting the BBB, and I think that after reading multiple of these reviews, there is enough people who have had this same experience and we can come together and file a lawsuit against them. This type of 'service' and 'business' is horrible and you have no care for the people you are putting in these unreliable cars! I'm so upset with this car! Do not buy from this place! We have had this car a few weeks and already all the maintenance lights are going off, the Engine Malfunction light is going off, bulbs going out, the key for doesn't work so I can't lock or unlock the car! They are quick to call for more money but when I mention all the issues I'm getting brushed off. Then they want my son who hasn't even driven the car yet to be on the financial contract because we said it would be a gift for him. Thank you for your response...that wasn't shared with me. I've been dealing with this a week after I bought the car. I have texts from Charlie stating he would at least take care of the labor. Yes the registration was mailed to my home 5 hours away after having to call and ask about it after talking to the DMV. I did t even get the the plates cause they were never ordered. I was promised I would get a call back regarding them and AGAIN nothing. Just a heads up I do have texts promising the labor and now the car is breaking down. I didn't ask for much!!!! We called Robert for a truck we saw on autotrader.com. He had to actually grab the truck from a different dealership and did so in pouring rain! That day when he met us at the dealership on time, he immediately gave us the keys for a test drive so "the car would sell itself." We loved the privacy.
