I've ordered takeout from here a couple of times now and it's a pretty average chain restaurant, for the most part. You can easily place your order online and pick up a future date. I recently got the game time flavor bundle for $35 and it came with 24 wings, fries, fried corn and two drinks which seems like a pretty good deal. When I came to pick up the food the employees were friendly and my food was ready at the exact time of pick up. The wings were pretty standard, nothing really stood out as far as flavors. I will say the wings we got were a bit on the smaller side though. The fries had a slight hint of sweetness to it which was odd so wasn't a huge fan. Overall, the wings were decent. Employees deliberately ignore you. Was looked at least more times than the fingers on my hands, both employees after walking in and was never made contact nor greeted. Upon arrival found an employee sitting on a kitchen table contaminating the work environment, employees legs all dangling and was smoking a vape(could see it in his hand, rather have seen a phone instead tbh). Employee jumped up and ran around back trying to hide when I arrived. Still haven't been greeted and I've had enough time to type all this and post it to yelp. Employees are an absolute joke, I've even spoke up multiple times and still being ignored,least give the guy in the back a raise! Even though he was ignoring me too he was at least staying productive. My daughter wanted Wingstop for dinner, so I found this newer location in the Fairfield shopping center and placed my order online. It's in a nice storefront and it was clean inside. This is more of a pickup location, because it's very small inside. The guy and girl at the counter were helpful. I ordered the Monday wing special with 20 boneless wings, fries, and 2 dips for $16.99+ tax. I upgraded to the voodoo fries for $1.70 additional, and I got carrot sticks on the side. Everything was about $23, so that wasn't too bad. It feeds 2-3 people. They also have $.70 boneless wings individually. I got the lemon pepper, sweet chili glaze, and buffalo wings. I like that you can get several different flavors. The lemon pepper was a basic fried wing, with light seasoning. It's close to just a plain fried wing. But I did enjoy it!! The sweet chili glaze is yummy as well, a sticky wing with a sweet flavor. The buffalo is a slight heat, nothing to spicy, I liked the flavor. All the flavors were good with the ranch. I'm not going to say they have the best ranch, because it was slightly salty to me. But it is top 3!! I enjoyed it. I almost used one whole cup of ranch by myself, I recommend getting it. The fries had cheese, ranch, and cayenne pepper seasoning on top. They are natural cut fries. I liked them ,they had a good portion of cheese. They aren't that spicy, but they did make my throat and tongue tingle a little. I didn't think I'd get full for some reason, and realized me eating all 10 wings was big back energy, lol. 5 filled me up. So it's a good portion and they are a decent size. I'd eat here again. We ordered mango habanero (watery barely any flavor); lemon pepper (not bad but really salty): hot (no spice and watery), mild: (just straight butter. French fries that I definitely love but got some bottom of the barrel BS bits. The only saving grace was that they have good ranch. Never again. Wing stop is off my list. Service, the first week was fairly good since then. It started to decline. At the same time, the attention to detail has dropped off. Son noticed this location (Fairfield Shopping Center, VB) and asked if I had tried/felt like eating wings...it's been longer than I thought. I downloaded their App, selected this location for 'pick up', and ordered the 40 wings deal. Spicy Korean BBQ, Mango Habanero, Hot Honey Rub are what we decided on...All were delicious! (I've had their lemon pepper and barbecue before elsewhere, this new location is keeping the flavors right as well)! Meal comes with 4 dipping sauce choices, 1 large fries and 2 veggies trays/dips. So sloooooowwww!! Took an hour for them to make my order. The door dasher sat and waited for 30 minutes on my order. I tried to call the number and nobody answered. Called the driver and he said it was two people working and 10 people in line. This place is terrible, plus the wings taste like bleach. This location has started to diminish in good customer service. Their cash register seems to never be working (so they say) and they advise customers to pay online instead of having the option of paying cash or debit inside. This is inconvenient to customers who wish to pay cash or debit instead of having to go online and place an order when we're right in the store. House made ranch and hand cut fries for the win. They were both great! The wings were also good, but just kind of your run of the mill boneless wings. They have a nice variety of flavors. The Manager (I think he was) was a very friendly guy with a good sense of humor. He suggested the $16.99 special of 20 boneless wings and a large side. We were able to get the wings sauced 4 different ways, which I thought was cool. They make your food fresh when you order here, so no food laying around under heat lamps or warming drawers. Genuinely this is hands down the most mismanaged establishment I have ever had the displeasure of witnessing. I have been to this exact wing stop 5 times now and every single time it is the most ridiculous experience. Want to place an order in the store? No their machine has been broken for months. Wanna have your food ready on time? Wait 20 minutes past when it'll be ready. Want your order to be correct? Can't help you there! Wanna order something and they're out of? No worries you can place the order and pay for it, but they'll wait till you're in the store and offer you an exchange for the missing item, as long as it's less! Sometimes it's not the staffs fault, those mostly when I've went the staff is so stoned I can get high from walking in there. Tonight for instance they were super backed up and my food came out way later than promised, and this isn't the fault of the two workers who were hustling just a case of bad management. I'd never seen these two workers but they're the only competent ones who actually greeted me when I walked in instead of me standing there for five minutes before they ask me what I want. If you're looking for good service and properly prepared food go to literally any other wingstop. I could not write a review that states how bad this place is ran. 5/5 times I've went I've had an awful experience waited a month and decided to try again, and every single time it's been a disappointment. read more
