The restaurant is terrible when it comes to lost items with delivery. I ordered off the app. 10 wings were missing. So I called to let them know. My only options were to come pick up the missing items or have them save what I got and refund me for a future order. My whole reason for ordering delivery is because I do not want to drive to pick it up. I had to pay delivery fee and a tip to the driver for them to say that I'm going to have to come and pick up what they forgot. That is why I am giving them a very negative review. The good and bad: Wing Stop - good customer service, they are always busy but manage to get the food out fast and fresh. The food has always been hot and delicious. Tonight the bus boy working was super friendly and went out of his way to help our table twice. We didn't catch his name, but thank you so much for your help. The bad: There is no baby change station in the washroom. I'm a new mom and this was very disappointing to me. Best chain place for wings. Garlic parm and lemon pepper for life. Gigantic portions of fries. The seasoning is . With the cheese dip they're heavenly. Rolls are seriously underrated. The only thing I don't like is how it seems they're adding less and less seasoning to the wings. There used to be a bunch on the bottom of the bowl and you could run your wings through it for extra flavor with every bite. Then overtime it became so the paper in the bowl had nothing to even scrape off. Then they removed the option to write in "extra wet" in the comments while ordering from the app. So you have to call or order in person for the good stuff. The only reason this establishment gets 1 Star is because the food is good. The service is terrible! It's ridiculous to place an order online an hour ahead of time and you still wait 10-20 minutes on food. The cooks were on the phone and talking with coworkers in the back. Then he still would not get off his phone or stop chatting with other employees to do his job, while I stood there waiting. Went to Wing Stop last night and got Atomic wings...(NEVER AGAIN) Just found out about this place recently. Its BOMB. Love spicy, boneless wings. Anyways I went there with my cuzz last night and tonight was the night, I was gonna try the Atomic wings. I tried everything else and I could handle the hot ones. So I got the 20 piece combo deal. 10 Cajun wings, 10 Atomics, fries, 2 dips and a drink. I took a bite out of an atomic wing and it was about what I had expected. It wasn't really over the top and I kinda liked the burn. Got a little sweat going and mixed with blue cheese dressing, fries, coke it was good. I ate around 6 of them before making my way to the cajun ones which weren't even spicey anymore. My cuz tried one and couldn't handle it and then I tricked my uncle into eating one who ****ing nearly died from it. Anyways I leave late, go home, eat the rest of the chicken with a big ass chocolate chip waffle and apple pie + fruit. Then I pass out right after eating at about 1am.... I wake up at about 5am with the worst ****ing stomach ache of my life. I feel like I need to sh*t a watermelon. So I run to the bathroom, barely awake and only half realizing wtf is going on. Then a millisecond after pulling down my shorts I release my bowels in a projectile diarrhea like fashion all over my toilet. EVERYWHERE. Not only was this the worst feeling number two of my life, it phucking felt like I was legit sh*tting HOT LAVA out of my ass. It burned soooooooooo bad ZOMG. For the next hour I was on the sh*tter moaning like an injured horse. I then tried to get up and finish, wash my hands, etc. Then about a minute later I had to sit back down and sh*t more. FINALLY my body was satisfied and I was finished for now. Also on a side note I was lucky enough to have baby wipes. I went back to sleep and what do you know? At around 9am I have to repeat the whole process over again. It was AWFUL. Now, FINALLY, I am almost 100%, but I think I'll have to go in for one last cleanser dump before I leave the house today.
